In general the place is really comfortable and in many aspects exceeded our expectations. The quality of materials in the room is high standard, much better than anywhere we have seen in Colombia. - Personnel: Extremely friendly and always helpful - The building has many facilities like a roofterrace and a gym on the roofterrace. The gym is not very big though useful if there are max 2 people. The items here are new - Great wifi throughout the whole building. I didn't have 1 problem with working, also Zoom calls went perfectly. - The room itself has a sufficient size for 2 people. What we liked is the modern bathroom with high pressure hot shower. The bed is new and soft, and has new high quality sheets. - The building is just on a side street from a busy restaurant/bar street. In the day time it's busy with a lot of car shops. In the night it's quite dark but still it felt safe to walk alone in the night, especially since it's only 2 minutes from the main street.

Although there is a kitchen in the apartment, the kitchen is totally empty. You have to request pans, plates, cutlery, coffee machine etc separately. In itself this is not really a big problem (it's also free). What's more annoying is that you need to get cleaning materials for the kitchen in the supermarket yourself. The room gets cleaned regularly but the cleaners don't clean the kitchen.

24/7 staff.. Peaceful and very well kept

Modern sound-proofing, which is rare in Medellin. Staff extremely gracious and helpful. Great showers. Quiet a/c. Light-blocking roller blinds.

Nothing important, just some aspects that should be improved if possible. A/C air path directly onto bed area; I had to turn off the "swing" mode. Lack of outlets near to the desk under the TV. Slippery bathroom floor. Hard to see safe keypad without torch light.

Great location, lovely self-contained flat with kitchen and fridge and pots and pans and plates etc, space to work, good bathroom with strong shower, everything i needed

They clean when you ask and replace the sheets and towels which is good, but the last time they did it for me (I stayed 12 days and asked them to do it three times) the sheets had bed bugs and I got bitten everywhere.

The place is a few steps from La 70, where you can find all you look for. Overall the area feels safe. The staff is attentive and helpful. The room was very pretty and confortable.

It’s close enough to party area and far enough for a good quiet rest. The only thing is a construction just beside that starts very early. But this will be over in a few months. In all it’s very good. Recommended

The staff were great, very understanding when we asked about moving rooms due to construction next door. The shower was excellent and overall a good location.

They don’t provide products to clean the kitchen dishes with. There was also a very loud black American guy who must be staying long term. (5th floor) ALWAYS talking or arguing when in the hallway.

This was the perfect hotel - I cannot say anything bad about the stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. I loved the location in Laureles close to so many restaurants, cafes and markets. The view from the room was also amazing.

The staff was very nice and professional. There is a breakfast place in the hotel. Bars are 2 minutes away ( there is some noise of course ). Super close to La 70 main street with bars and clubs and restaurants. Safe area overall

Amazing views, hotel quality stay, spacious room and bathroom. We didn’t want to leave!

There are no cooking utensils at all, despite this being an apart hotel. Also the gym isn’t really functional

I like the room setup and how close it was to LA 70 and grocery stores. internet access and Netflix channels were great

The view wasn't that appealing. a view of ongoing construction. I just pulled the blind down.
