Quiet room with big windows to have natural light. I had a terrace :-). Close to everything but without the noise of avenida 70. I liked having a minibar and Netflix.

I didn’t like breakfast. They offer eggs with ham or sausage + dry « galette » and dry little croissant. I got tommy ache so the next day I asked if they have some fruit but nothing. So I skipped breakfast. But my friend didn’t get stomach ache.

It was a lovely large room with a fridge

It was available when we needed a place to stay, in a neighbourhood we liked, and the twin bed room we were given was spacious.

1) the address of the property on the booking & Google map, vs. Where it really exists is incorrect. It’s a block or two over, so we had a difficult time finding it. 2)the cleaning ‘spray’ scent is so strong, it gave me a headache. 3) the pillows are so large and blown up, you cannot sleep on them. 4) all the mattresses and pillows are wrapped in plastic so they make noise if you move.

Location and staff were friendly

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was okay, they gave the same thing everyday. Manuel was very helpful.

The rooms look horrible, they have to redo the bathroom my shower door fell. This building looks old. The front desk is not very pleasant, she doesn't even greet when you come in. Would not recommend this place.

I have stayed i this hotel in the past. The receptionist was so rude I almost left. I requested the room on the 2nd floor due to not walking stairs. She put me in a mold infested room on the 4th floor. The manager would not address my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel.

we turned up and they told us they didn’t have a room for us, despite us having a reservation and my name/ booking was on their computer screen. after 30 mins of communicating via Google translate, and the receptionist finding another hotel for us to stay at (and us repeatedly asking if they would charge us the same price for one night and if the hotel would pay for the taxi given it was their fault - with no clear answers), they magically found a room for us and said the new hotel had just cancelled. there were no towels in the room. averagely clean. they didn’t mention breakfast (included in our booking rate) and so we never got it. avoid if you want to stay somewhere reliable.
