The value for money is exceptional. The area/location (Laureles-Estadio) is extremely convenient since you have everything at walking distance: plenty of bars and restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets and supermarkets parks, and the transportation is really good around that area, too. Highly recommended. The hotel staff is amazing, kind, friendly. Thank you. The rooms are well equipped with what you might need.

The room is hot. However, there is a fan to cope with the situation. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR if you are given a room on the 3rd floor. Only staircase, wide enough, but only staircase to go up.

Stafff, hursts and facilities were excellent!

I was harassed by bedbugs. I can send photos of my legs and back. It was atrocious & I highly suggest you treat the infestation

Angela at the desk was exceptional- I mean, I felt so welcome and taken care of the whole time, which made a huge difference in my experience. Thank you so much, Angela, and all of the staff at the hotel for making me feel at home, safe, and loved! I will be back.

I appreciate the effort of the staff, however, the breakfast could have been better. It was delicious- what I was able to try; however, the fact that we were only allowed to choose one serving of protein made it a little lacking in substance. I do appreciate it and the staff's excellent service though.

excellent price and locaisation, simple but really Good and comfortable, congratulation to the girls at the reception that have been Excellent, but a special mention to CLAUDIA that just started her job at the reception and is simply the nicest and best hotel receptionist i have ever seen .

The hotel is in great condition: the room was very new, with a good quality bathroom (including glass shower door). The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is served at a neighbouring hotel - it was very adequate (choice of 2 types of scrambled egg, fresh fruit, mini croissants, orange juice, coffee). The location is excellent, very close to multiple restaurants, yet in a side street that is quiet. The nearest metro station is Estadio, an easy 12-15 minute walk.

Nothing to report. The hotel is good value for money - it must be assessed at its price point (not against hotels that will cost 3-4 times more!)

WiFi was not working at all during the whole stay. It probably was because of the room location. If you want a good WiFi connection, don't take the rooms at the end of the hallway.

The hotel has a great location, it's close to restaurants and bars. The room was big with a lot of space. Very quiet and silent the whole time.

It will be nice to have a smart TV in a room like this.

The TV was old and useless. You would expect a modern Smart TV in the room for this price.
