f=i instantly knew, from the moment i walked in, that my stay would be uncommon. The way the staff treated and assisted me through the check in process brought about a sensation that i recieved in no other place in Medeilln. i reccomend this place for the friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable. And in a place like Medeilln, with its known security risk, I always felt very secure in this hotel.

i loved evertything except forthe snacks on display in the room. I reall thought that devalued the tyoe of hotel I stayed in. It was an ameteur play at being hosptable to clients but really gave a motel feel.

LOVED THE LOCATION! Supermarkets, nails salons, barber shops, restaurants all near by in a lovely neighborhood. A 4 block walk to cra 70 the main ave with restaurants and shops near by and a 3 block distance from Primer Parque de Laureles where there a convenient taxi dispatch. Felt super safe and at ease. The location was really a highlight for me!

The Hot breakfast was great. The Huevo's were cooked fresh on the spot and they had a great mix each morning of different styles. They also had a unique mix of different sides with it such as Rice with beans, sausages, queso, and more. The fresh fruit was great as they had a mix of pineapple, mango, and watermelon on different days. The shower in the room was really good. The beds were great as well and were quite relaxing.

The wifi would go out off and on; however, they did notify me when I checked in that they were doing some renovations on the lower floors and due to this they would be updating the router coverage which would bring the wifi down at different times. During my last 3 days the wifi was fine so it looks like they resolved that issue.

A well-located welcoming hotel to explore all Laureles offers at good price.great location near the principal points of interests.football stadium,carrera 70,the park ect.breakfast was great and unlimited fruits and juices.the staff was amazing and very helpful,especially Luis spoke good English and thinks that I could be Denzel Washington stuntman lol.

Have no complaints or issues with the place

Loved the location of this hotel in the Laureles area, a few minutes walk to a great choice of restaurants. It's also well located to reach the Estadio metro station. The hotel has a very modern look and great decor throughout. Our room had an amazing poweful shower and it was a nice room despite the lack of a window. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 3 nights and after 3 nights, not having a window in our room felt a bit claustrophobic. The matress is really hard and as we both suffer from hip and back problems we didn't find the bed comfortable and didn't sleep well but everybody is different and some people might find hard beds comfy. Despite this, it is still a great option if you want to visit Medellin.

The staff - especially the concierge Luis - was excellent. The property itself was very nice and upscale. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood only 10-15 mins walk from the metro station. It had the same typical breakfast every morning but always tasty. The bar and coffee shop attached to the hotel was also convinient and reasonably priced.

The WiFi was slow and the room doors were weird to lock/unlock. You had to hold them closed for a moment to lock/unlock

Location is terrific. Workers genuinely tried to make you welcome and happy for sure. There is a normal dining and party scene and then a crazy one in another area if that is your thing with hookers all over not my thing, but it's there if you want to take your life in your hands.

Soap in shower within room never filled and I was there 3 days. I just used my own bar of soap as I kept forgetting to remind them about it,

A very new hotel. The beds are huge and comfortable! The room is spacious. Nice shower. Staff are very nice. The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Walkable to the metro stop. The WiFi worked great.

Very small issues. It is almost too modern! The doors are tricky to open. There should be a hairdryer in the room (you can ask for one in reception if it's available). Maybe more space to store clothes. I'm sure they will sort this out over time.

Luis is a excellent !!! Very welcoming and even tried to communicate with us in our language . Great experience!!

Exceptional hotel! The staff were super nice and attentive. The rooms were also very clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel next time you are in Medellin!
