Everything. Staff went out of their way to insure my comfort and eliminate the language barrier. Surrounded by great, inexpensive restaurants. My room had a great view of Medellin and the elevator was new and quick to my floor.

I got used to the slight noise from the local restaurants entertainment but was only on the weekends and ended relatively early. Great nearby food more than offset it. Will stay there again next time!!

location was excellent! we were so close to everything Nice Balcony Elevator was working fine and the staff was very friendly 24/7 assistance

There was a TV but no way to use it unless I used my youtube account. No mirror in bedrooms. No kitchen amenities (plates, spoons, cups!) There was a microwave but no kitchen. No better coffee options

So so so quiet! We had the best night sleep as could not hear a thing. We were in one of the rooms on the top floor (up a spiral staircase) in the eaves of the building so the room was huge - not sure what the others are like.

The room could have done with a bedside light as only had top lights which were very harsh. We had to sign a lot of forms on arrival - one of which had the details (names, phone numbers, passport numbers) of previous guests on which felt like a bit of a confidence breach.

Nice hotel in a good part of the city, with many bars, shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi connection was good.

The room is not insulated from noise, we hear a lot of noise from the street. The bathroom doesn't have a window or ventilation system.

Very good localisation… 15 min walking to Metro station. A lot of bars and restaurants and very safety. The personal very friendly and helpful

Not always hot water, could be more hangers for clothes and more chairs

Rm 301, water pressure for shower was low, no hot water ,water nozzles were loose

Great location. A good sized room with a great view over the city (we were on the 6th floor). Good shower with hot and cold water. A comfortable bed.

The property has a parking lot, the facilities and the rooms are clean . The bed was comfy

There was the option of paying with a credit card , but with an additional 19% charge. Of course this forces you to pay in cash

The staff were very helpful. They would call the car for me to take places.

I wished they would of had air conditioning.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Secure parking.

One thing was annoying was no hot water, there was a thingy to heat the water but it didn't work.
