first thing to be said about hotel Lincoln is the attention and the service of Mr Jorge at the reception!!!he is the star of this hotel and to my honest opinion this hotel would be less then good without this man!! he provide QUALITY SERVICE above and beyond expectations !! i mean in every aspect of a traveler needs !! From the moment i called him about my booking mistake (I made a mistake in my arrival date) to the fact that i left my reading book at check out! ! i mistakenly booked my stay at hotel Lincoln from Monday 8 of April but i was coming in on Tuesday 9th of April. Mr Jorge showed interest in giving me the best solution to this problem ,as well did he and Miss Daniella in helping me recover my reading book a few days after i left the hotel !! they did all they could for me to get my book delivered to my friend address . so for that thank you both so much!! this hotel has a great location if you come to enjoy Medellin as a tourist that love to be in all the night happening if so then this hotel has the perfect location for types of tourists interested in Medellin night life!! otherwise the noise would be bothersome at night because even though i had a inside room, i was still able to hear music the whole night through! the room was very spacious but i would suggest updating them as well the bathroom ! but the spaciousness of the room is far more then i expected so for that reason i liked the room! the breakfast is as well very good ! and the staff are very attentive to the hotel guests !!

the hotel is up to renovation and or remodeling the rooms and bathrooms perhaps ? i haven't seen all of the rooms but at least my room needs it ! And the reception area should be more inviting as well and the office area should be kept more privately from the reception and or entrance to the hotel.

At the same time was the „Ferias de las Flores“ next to the hotel. The festival was great and you didn’t need to go far. Before I arrived I didn’t know about the festival.

Because of the festival I needed my earplugs to sleep otherwise it was impossible to sleep. First room was directly above the entrance then i changed room and the noise from the festival was not so big but still there. And the showerhead needs to be changed The breakfast get served and not a problem to get more but guys not happy about it if you ask for more.

It's in a central neighborhood, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and willing to help.

When they clean the room, they don't clean the floor, which is quite bad, and sometimes you hear the noise of the main street of discos and bar.

Very clean! Nice staff! Located at a very busy area. The location is perfect if you enjoy night life. The AC works great and there is a TV and small fridge in the room. Cold/hot water at all times! We really enjoyed it!

The rooms are not sound proof. You can literally hear people snoring when passing by. They are doing maintennance and they start working VERY early. Constant beating on what sounded like concrete at 7 AM( if not earlier) Would have been nice if they told us beforehand. But it really is a great hotel! Would 100% stay there in the future.

The room was perfect, loved the style! It was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast also was abundant, diverse and delicious, served in a trendy and nicely decorated lounge.

The only bad thing was the noise … although we were so tired every evening that had no problems sleeping! Anyways, that’s not really the hotel’s problem.

Everything! In fact, I originally booked for only three days and I canceled two other hotels I was going to try out. I was not going to give up the comfort of this one. Think if Courtyard by Marriott. Ended up staying for two weeks. It has everything. The desk clerks are all professional but friendly. They clean the room and change the sheets every day including Sunday. Their 5th-floor whirlpool bath is amazing, and you no longer have to book it 5 hours in advance. The elevator is modern, no surprising jerks. The wifi is strong (sorry I didn't check) but I had no problem running video or doing a Zoom meeting.

I honestly can't think of anything. Now that being said, the loud discos nearby don't seem to stop playing...Depending on the floor you're on and your location, you might want to get earplugs. I'm not kidding.

Very clean, staff is quite helpful and friendly. The bed is super comfortable in the room I had. Which was a welcome surprise. Most places here have very firm or “ Hard “ beds. Breakfast is very organized and well prepared. You wait for nothing.

We stayed there 3 nights. The hotel is located in a really good and safe area in Laureles with a plenty of good bars, restaurants, shops, cafés. Room was very clean. Staff was also really helpful.

The walls and the windows are very thin so you can hear everything. Breakfast is the same everyday.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to the University where my meetings took place. There were lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Some of the bars in the vicinity had loud music until very late at night.

Great Location, many bars and restaurants of La 70ta. Housekeeping complete very good service. Clean Hotel. Visitors are allowed before 9pm with no extra charge.

AC was not working well. Noisy on the floors. Groups of teenagers playing and talking for a long time on the floor. Poor Breakfast & Hotel Stuff doesn't speak English
