Location is perfect close to Calle 70, where there is a lot of food options, and as well if you like night life there are several bars and night life there. Staff was very friendly and helpful and Miguel from reception recommended us some good tours that was all worth it. It was all walking distance to get food and some drinks :), there is a mall close by like 15 min walk.

Breakfast not included in my package. Could not check in until 3pm, even though I arrived early. Hot showers not a problem. Free coffee in lobby if you like yours black.

Needed a soap dish in shower. Plastic soap and TP dispensers need to be removed if not kept stocked. Bathrooms very small. Shower door did not stay closed. Doorknob in bathroom loose and came off in my hand. I asked if there was a safe in the room and they said yes, but there wasn't one. Maybe the question was lost in translation...

We were not allowed breakfast they said we were not on the list and our booking said breakfast

My bathroom had no shower curtain so I almost fell in the bathroom because of the wet floor

Nice hotel in great part of Laureles. My room was on the 7th floor and had a comfy bed, small balcony, nice bathroom… Communication with staff was easy and quick and this facilitated an easy reservation and check in. Quick, close walking distance to many very good restaurants, as well as various tiendas, liquor stores, and big Éxito supermarket just around the corner.

A nice clean hotel. Nice personal. Everything you need just next or around the corner, less then 10min walk. Restaurants, tour office, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, nightlife, taxis.

For the good price and the verry good location. I cant complain.

Location is very convenient with many restaurants close by. The staff is very helpful and nice. Short walk to the metro station. Do not forget to visit Saludpan right next to the appartment, the best breakfast we had in Medellín.

Comfortable room and near lots of good restaurants and cafes! Efficient staff at the reception.

The bathroom is a bit small and the glass windows are unfortunately opaque. We had a nice view but we had to open the windows in order to see it!

Safe location in Estadio neighbourhood, nearby cafés and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms (2 nights in double rooms, 1 in family room with balcony). Delicious breakfast, very friendly service.

The sheet on the double bed should be broader. Supply of 1 shower towel for 2, but when we asked for an extra one it was given immediately. Some noise at night from partying public at weekends. You might bring earplugs.

It has a very good location in the city, the facilities were always clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The only bad thing was the parking lot because there was not enough space. The rest was perfect.
