My wife and I travel often. This was not just one of our favorite hotels of our Colombia trip, but one of our favorite hotels that we've ever stayed at. The property is very clean, modern, updated, and nestled away in a great location. It's close enough where our day trips were just a quick Uber away and off the main roads enough where the property is quite quiet. We had all of the comforts we needed in our room. The food at the restaurant was delicious! Everything was very fresh and there was enough variety. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. We traveled with our 14 month old son and they interacted (and laughed!) with him, ensured we had everything we needed, and didn't mind when he made the occasional mess with his meal. We could not have asked for a better stay. If we are ever back in Medellin, we will most certainly return to Terra Biohotel.

I wish we could have taken this hotel with us to other parts of the country! Seriously could not have asked for a better stay.

The hotel is very clean, everywhere smells nice. The rooms are quite large. Our room had no window, inspite of windows opened onto corridor the room was airy. Because the hotel's walls are not standart concrete walls, as if the whole hotel is breathing. The staff is helpful, some of them speaks english(a little). The breakfast is perfect and perfect, very fresh and satisfying. Location is very safe, the nearest metro station is 1,2-1,5 km away from hotel.

They should find a solution to the safe-cases in the rooms. There is no instruction card on it, our stuff locked inside. And another general problem all around the Colombian hotels, the is no isolation on the windows, all the noise inside the room.

Everything is outstanding, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Christopher (charming and professional on equal measure) at the check in. The hotel has a great location, quiet and really safe, streets are really green and easy to walk. The room was perfect, bed really comfortable, spacious room. The whole team was always ready to help with a very positive attitude. Breakfast was perfect too as it was the staff in the restaurant, truly attentive. The hotel has the perfect location to visit the main spots in Medellín, a metro station a mere 10 mins walk which serves the one of the main lines. All in all, a little gem of a hotel in Medellín. Saludo a Christopher who went the extra mile lending us his spare metro card for the duration of our stay. Gracias a todo el equipo!!

Place was so clean, quite surroundings, location is perfect which was close to grocery stores, restaurants, mall, emergency clinic, drug stores and easy to get around. Breakfast is good between choices if eggs and other native foods. We not only had good service but we met such nice people. Christopher and the whole front desk, Keila and I think his name is Kevin with the braces and his lovely smile and the whole waiters crew, Alejandro de Chef, they all made our stay a perfect one. I truly recommend this place.

Laundry is managed by the hotel but not too much cost. They will help if ironing is needed.

Stayed on two separate occasions in the same month. The first room had an ok view, but the second stay had a wonderful balcony with easy access and a beautiful view. The restaurant staff were the friendliest of all with the exception of the head of housekeeping, she was fantastic. The remaining staff were just doing their j-o-b-s.

No help getting our bags in or out of the building and front desk staff only doing what they needed to do. Willing to answer questions, sure, but volunteering anything to make you feel more welcome just did not happen!

Great location, large room, comfortable bed, nice balcony, breakfast buffet and restaurant were nice. Safe area and blackout shades. Mini bar and fridge.

There was this annoying beeping sound every night like a big truck backing up sound that was constant. Not sure what it was but the white noise app on my phone was a must. Housekeepers were aggressive - coming in my room after I said I didn't need anything. Apparently I was supposed to have a "do not disturb" sign for my door which was not in my room - Shower door would not close. TV had no English channels

King Room with Balcony is amazing view, great sunshine, lovely outdoor seats... Food service is great too! No air pollution, has it's suburban edge but also city vibe. Big bed, clean, spacious, beautiful floors. If they make it a bit more affordable or offer long-stay package deals including food, I would totally go for it! I decided to stay longer! Love it!!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The neighborhood is safe for solo female traveller. Closeby is supermarket and restaurant. Hotel receptions are friendly and helpful. My room is spacious, clean, well-equipped. Breakfast is various.

Very tiny thing: I always took Uber. If I would have taken Metro, I would need to walk more than 1km till the station.

Service excellent. Room very well designed and fitted out. Very good space. Restaurant is outsourced but excellent. Smart hotel. Staff all great. Laureles here is leafy and safe.

Restaurant closed a bit early - 8pm; no other good restaurants nearby. A slight drawback is ambient traffic noise from nearby busy roads; had to close balcony door at night.

Everything the hospitality the service the food the ambience the cleanliness the helpfulness omg amazing 10 out of 10. I would go back in a heartbeat
