The staff and location were wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. The roof-top pool was great and the roof-top bar was convenient and fun. The food was delicious and the building offers a lot of nice amenities.

The location is on a busy street across from a club. If you are a light sleeper or have an early morning tour, I recommend an interior room.

I loved how modern it is !!! Also love how the staff are welcoming and friendly from the moment I stepped in. The guy at the front desk let me in at 1 am and checked me in with no problems. I also loved the restaurant roof top it has great food! I actually booked one more night next week when I’m back in Medellin because of how amazing it is !!

There was nothing. It was so tranquil meditating areas, it does echoe when people talk in the corridors but I loved how they gave ear plugs in the room !! - I found it a little noisy but I slept right through!!

You can feel there, that this is a community place - the place for people. The whole building is in very modern and nice style, common areas is very nice, the rooftop with the pool and restaurant is amazing, and you have there very good view on a whole city. The staff speaking English very good. We can use our room for a few hours earlier, then the check-in time, with no additional fees. Breakfast is very tasty and you can choose it from the menu. The neighborhood is safe, and you have quite a lot restaurants in range of 15-minutes walk. Very nice place to feel good and spend a nice time.

The only thing to note, is the location, if you would like to use public transport. To metro or to metrobus you need to make a longer walk. Apart from that, the object itself is great!

Spacious rooms, absolutely incredible breakfast, nice staff, decent location. If choosing to stay here, I would recommend getting one of the superior rooms which face outside, they are louder but offer more privacy

A lot of the rooms have their windows towards the courtyard, which means you can look into the other rooms and vice versa. The weirdest thing was that our first room did not have real curtains, but only blinds which were see-through and made us feel very uncomfortable. The staff was nice and changed the room. The rooms that do not face outside are very dark, especially with the dark paint on the walls.

I stayed at Los Patios for around 50 nights during my medical elective and the duration of the stay made it feel more than just a short trip to a hotel! I quickly acclimatised and the place became like home. The view from the terrace at night is breathtaking. To begin with, the accommodation at Los Patios is excellent in terms of service and hospitality. It appears as advertised and the room was excellent overall. It was a little disappointing not to have a washing machine but the manager and staff are pragmatic and you can reach a compromise. The room is spacious and very nice as is the shower. Outside the hotel, there are movie and game rooms (although the gaming area is pretty limited). The cleaners are amazing and very friendly, accommodating especially Elizabeth and Leyda. It was a relief to see the room in top condition every day after a tiring day of work. The chefs and the servers Sebastian, Maela and the rest were excellent. Each morning the breakfast was great in terms of taste and consistency. The receptionists are very friendly and full of useful information. David, Santiago and the rest were great guys (and gals!) Overall i really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone especially those staying for a prolonged period like I did.

I felt like the restrictions on the number of guests was restrictive, especially for those staying for long periods. It did feel more like a hostel/hotel hybrid with a very long list of rules for the accommodation.

Clean environment. Enjoyed the rooftop atmosphere.

Only 1 room key given and it had room number on it. Also, this time around the safe did not work and had to use a key to open room safe. Lastly, for breakfast the service could be better. Wait staff took to long to take orders or come back with drink.

What did you like most about the property? I liked most that the room was spacious, the location was quite good, and the warm water pool was very nice. Additionally, the hotel bar served great drinks, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied.

I didn’t like that the room was very noisy due to the street noise. The hotel is located on a busy street, and the noise from passing cars was quite loud. The hotel provides earplugs, but I was told that they plan to replace the windows with soundproof ones.

The place is a gem in Medellin. The area is very safe, the people very helpful and the roof top was amazing. The swimming pool is not for swimming but for puddling, however very relaxed. The food is very good. The breakfast too. Although it takes some time to service.

Breakfast service is great but the execution is a little too slow. Order in time! Also if you want to be in the city center this is in Laureles, not the right place.

Great property and everything clean, the common spaces are great for collaboration and social activities and the art and architecture is beautiful. This place is great for visit the Medellin lighting (2km safe walking) and also has many night clubs nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast delicious. I have receive a free room upgrade for book with BOOKING 😎.

I would like a better consistency in bar cocktails, they have changed in quality based on the availability bar tender, and will be great to have the swimming pool available at least one more hour.

Anything and everything in this place is pure beauty and joy. The facility is literally located at walking distance to the mall and transportation to go anywhere is so easy to find. Although what made my husband and I wanted to never want to leave was the staff’s warmth and attention. Ivone Perea at front desk along with Santiago are the sweetest people to talk to! Sebastian in the rooftop along with all bartenders made our stay such a fun one!! We left with absolutely no regrets and with all intentions to be back every time we visit Medellin!
