Room: the room was an ample size with enough space to store my clothes etc. Mine was facing the highway so there was a lot of noise from the cars driving by but I was able to sleep through the night with no problem (ps they provide earplugs if you need them - just ask the front desk). Staff: they were superb. So nice and friendly. Made me feel very welcomed. Gave me a slice of birthday cake for my birthday which was soooo sweet of them. Food: the included breakfast was limited but also good - eggs, toast, fruit, coffee. I ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant one time and it was very good as well especially the hamburger. Location: Ubers found it easily. There is a huge mall right next to it (about a 1 minute walk) which was convenient to get anything little thing I need including have my dollars changed to pesos.

Cleanliness - while my room was cleaned everyday which I greatly appreciate I think maybe adding in some vacuuming will help because there seemed to be a problem with stray hairs all over the room.

I didn’t like that it was noisy. It’s located close to a bridge, the area is not secure. We didn’t feel secure to walk around. The service at the restaurant for breakfast it takes too long, you need to go with time. It took more than 30 min to order, There is only one person attending breakfast.

Really lovely rooms and very friendly staff. The location was walking distance from some shops, restaurants and bars, also easy to get an uber anywhere else you needed to go. Wifi was good. We were able to store our luggage after checkout as we had a later flight.

Could be a little noisy but earplugs provided and we were able to sleep perfectly. Breakfast portions are a little small but good quality. Cleaned the rooms everyday but didn't provide extra toilet paper.

The hotel room was clean and modern, the staff was very pleasant, and breakfast on the rooftop patio made for a great start to the day. And the water pressure - old school. Strong shower, very warm water, very pleasant!

Little nags, nothing to detract from the quality of the stay. The shower drain wasn’t cleaned, such that the shower regularly overflowed into the bathroom (which had a second drain, so wasn’t the end of the world). Also, the facility is a little far from the TranVia, but cabs are so cheap it wasn’t really an issue.

it was very clean and the room was very nice. The location is good you’re a few seconds away from unicentro and it’s safe.

I feel like the breakfast can improve much more, the options were very limited. The same drinks everyday and they change the food everyday but it’s almost the same thing, it was always a piece of toast and eggs on top and maybe mixed with mushroom or another type of vegetable. If you’re thinking about getting breakfast included it’s not worth it.

Staff is overly nice, friendly and helpful. Nice and very clean room with AC which is appreciable as it can get really hot. I stayed 2 times at this hotel and would stay there again if I come back to Medellin

The fridge can be quite loud Music from the bar upstairs which is loud but stop at 10 or 11pm I believe.

The location was really good, i felt very safe. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The laundry service almost took 2 full days which kind ofn inconvenienced me but that’s the only ‘negative’ thing so overall i had a really good time and would book this again.

Amazing! Thank you to Herbert, Handel, Wilson, Priscilla and the rest of the wonderful staff. My staff exceeded all of my expectations. I brought 4 friends with me to this hotel and I cannot wait to stay again. The rooms were decorated so well, the shower is so good you won't want to get out, the restaurant on the roof is SO GOOD (get the mushroom risotto), the location is perfect and right next door to Unicentro, the beds are comfy, the rooms come with a desk...I can't say enough great things about this place. I'm really looking forward to staying here again.
