Great location, rooms were comfortable and clean, staff very nice, friendly and accommodating except for management staff with the breakfast charge.

Made reservations by booking.com, which said breakfast was included in the reservation total charge. It was not included. The Hotel did not tell us this, and during check-in, they charged us breakfast in advance for the entire 10-day stay without knowing if we were going to have breakfast daily. We were not happy.

The location to the metro is great. The staff were so helpful with directions, maps and transport to airport.

Open concept from ground to 6th floor. Sound can be loud if there are is people talking. Open vent in room which allows sound in. Weekends there are 2 bars across the road that play music until 4am.

Breakfast was adequate, Colombian fare, with an American presentation. Room had kitchen with refrigerator. Smart TV can play customers' Netflix, YouTube and Amazon accounts (don't forget to log out when you leave), also has a soccer channel. Nice location in Floresta near Metro (2 blocks).

Wi-Fi worked but was a bit slow. No safe for valuables in room. Everything else was fine.

Nice modern comfortable hotel, excellent location in nice clean area near metro station and walkable to sports complex. Helpful staff some spoke English. Lounges on every floor. Bright open dining area with nice terraces. Breakfast not huge, but tasty and adequate. Not very expensive and wouldn't hesitate to return.²

I Loved how clean the bed sheets and rooms were. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

They need to clean more some of the hallways. Especially in the area were the back elevator is located. Also they need to remove the sofas that are placed on each floor between rooms. People like to hang there and make a lot of noise. Besides those sofas are very old and don’t look great.

Breakfast was ok Juice was from commercial vendors. Colombia has so many fresh fruit, they should have natural juices.

This is an older hotel but well maintained and the staff is very helpful even though only a couple know English. This place has character which I like. Very quiet and clean place. Some beautiful old furnishings. The bathrooms are very small but everything works. Internet worked good most of the time but I experienced lost connections many times. I am still here today as I write and the connection has been dropped several times but in time returns. The breakfast is extra and only average. The coffee is free so I just have coffee in the restaurant and go to a fruit stall and bakery for the rest. Short walk to many services and restaurants. Residents here get a discount at lavododera restaurant around the corner. If you love avocados your will love this restaurant.

Bathrooms are small which I suspect is caused by the age of the hotel. Internet disconnects but does return. Average breakfast.

Really wonderful hotel located in Laureles, not far from the stadium or La 70, meaning there were a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars in and around the area. Close to the Floresta metro station, so it was easy to get around the city. As for the hotel itself, it was a pleasure staying there. Friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful spacious, clean and comfortable facilities. Very strong WiFi too. Nice rooftop overlooking the city and the mountains too, which looks stunning at night. I had a very enjoyable stay here, and I would love to stay again. 10/10 experience :)
