Clean facilities, air conditioning works (though batteries in AC controller didn't really work, always bring your own triple A battery pack when traveling). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Bathroom and shower worked as should. Small fridge was useful.
Lack of privacy, plus noise isolation is poor to say the least. To me the noise is not a problem, but since my room was located near front desk, I could hear their conversations and I'm sure they could hear my TV playing 😅 All around, good for short stay, not good to feel like you have your own quarters.

Thr overall location us the hotel is great being close to a number of great restaurants and other destinations in the highly desirable neighborhood of Laureles. However, the immediate major arterial the Hotel afronts is a not as well kept and oleasant as a other thoroughfares in the area.
Traffic gets a bit noisy at times if you have a room on the front side of the hotel.

The location was good. Restaurants nearby, walking distance, hotel staff were helpful when needed. They pretty much let you do you. Secure entrance. The room key would have been an issue if you spouse or roommate is asleep. When the key leaves the room lights and power go off. Including AC. I have no complaints. Also have a garage. I used Uber. Will definitely return.

Love this hotel. I am a frequent patron. Hot water good location good stores restaurants staff reliable. Good wifi. Sockets near bed on both end tables. Kitchenette.
