The bathrooms were incredibly clean. Also the water in the shower is tempered so not too cold and not too hot. It's the perfect body temperature. The AC and Wi-Fi worked really well. The decor of the hotel is very nice. I love the big tree in the middle of the hotel. It's a charming little place. Simple room but very efficient.

The door just needs a little repair because when the wind blows, it blows the door and you can hear the banging sound of the wind on the door. They didn't have extra blankets available and there's only a thin sheet on the bed so I got a little cold at night.

Lovely and helpful staff that provides very useful information. Good air conditioning. Nice outdoor área with hammocks.

Good location close to the bus stops for Minca and Tayrona, as well as the historic centre, but quite desserted at night.

The staff were exceptional, so kind and friendly. We could leave our bags here for a night when we when to Minca for no extra charge. The room was fine, everything you need

The beds were quite hard and the location of the hotel didn't feel the safest however the front door was always locked and there was a staff member available 24/7 to let you in/out

no sunlight in the rooms, but therefore no noise from the streets; showers are cold like everywhere in Colombia, so not an issue
