Patricia and Sarai made a big change on my first impression. They were extremely nice and accommodating. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without them. The suits were beautiful and clean. The house keeping staff very friendly. The food from the restaurant waa incredible.

The only problem at that time was that we were not lucly to have the pool available to use. But we understand that this are situations that are out of their hands

The pool and restaurant terrace had an incredible view! The staff were all so nice and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning and restaurant/bar staff. The inside of the hotel has cool decor and was clean and easy to get around. Front desk helped us plan things to do and get us taxis. I have traveled a lot and this felt like a more upscale hostel - easy to get in and out of, right in the middle of town. Vibes on the terrace were cool in the morning and at night. Bar was open late and served good strong drinks.

Food at the restaurant wasn't really impressive. Breakfast wasn't much but it was okay. Location of the hotel is a little odd- it's right in the middle of town, it does not feel like a tourist center or resort area at all. No problem with me, if you have been in Latin America outside of Americanized zones it's nothing crazy. It's not sketchy. But if you're expecting an Americanized resort area you will be surprised when you get to the front door. Shower wasn't very hot.

The staff are incredible, especially Gladys in the dining room. They provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. The food at the restaurant is outstanding, and the team is dedicated to helping you around the clock.

The drinking water and ice are not provided by the hotel. The AC was a little old and makes noise

The people are very accommodating, the rooms were spacious the beds were comfortable. It was in The Perfect part of town to get to anything and Centro historico

I would have friends come over and we were unable to utilize my room to relax we had to stay at the pool which was 97° average daily

The hotel is located just in the old city centre, the area seems very safe. The facilities are just fine, the room is not very large but it was quite enough for two persons. The swimming pool seems nice, but we didn't have time for it since we took day trips. We really liked the restaurant: the complimentary breakfast was OK and the dinner that we payed for was great; but the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace made the experience even better!

It would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge (since tap water is not potable).

It's ok. Food could be better. Needs a bit more flavor though and variety.

The room was large and comfortable with a great view of the Catherdral. The restaurant had better views and the pool was fantastic. The staff were cheerful and helpful.

The Restaurant food was good but no steaks by Monday. this was our only disappointment.

Nice roof top pool. Great location very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and I do not speak great Spanish. Felt very safe in the area. Excellent family vacation.

The central location, the large, comfortable rooms, the 6th floor bar views at sunset. Friendly, helpful staff. Also, they kindly allowed an early check-in... twice! The hotel is a few minutes walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants too.

Spacious, modern room, friendly staff, great location near restaurants and Malecon, nice pool.

The hotel has thin walls. When you have loud neighbors like we had 1 night, you can hear practically everything they do.
