The restaurant/bar/breakfast area it's one of the highlights, all food is of so good quality and it tastes incredible. The hotel personal it's so attentive and they will help you in any way possible and also give you a lot of recommendations. The installations were always clean and the hotel had a modern design that makes you keep an eye to the small details all around the lobby, corridors and balcony.

The only part was that booking.com did not add the TAX and it did cost more than it appeared on this website. Maybe this website can help me on this matter.

1. the staff, they are so kind and very helpful 2. the food, everything made from scratch and all you can grub. 3. the location, close to parque de los novios, good stores, Street food and the beach (all in walking distance) 4. the room was very clean, smelled good. 5. the Jacuzzi's are working, they have two terrace one on level 5 (food and Jacuzzi are on level 5) and one on level 6 ( level 6 for the best sunsets). 6. they have a bar on level 5.

Breakfast was amazing all the fruit was good all days, and the options really good, a good coffe, we really love it. All people was kindly, we have really enjoyed it!

Surroundings were not the best ones, but I always felt secure perhaps that. Also sometimes we experimented some kind of bad smell in the shower, but the water was good, so maybe was related with the drain.

Every thing anche clean. Comfy big bed. Lovely hotel. Good location close to downtown and close to the buses to Minca and Tayrona.

The staff doesn't speak English. I would have given 10/10 if they spoke a bit of english

I like the food served in the restaurant, it was delicious and there was a huge range. The staff were friendly and put up with my bad Spanish. It's only a short walk from the sea front.

Honestly this is difficult, I am going to be picky, there was a small leak in the bathroom but it didn't inconvenience me. The bottom of the bathroom door frame has perished. Shower water strength was weak

This was a very nice place to stay in Santa Marta. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff super friendly and helpful. It’s about 6 blocks from the heart of the town and we always felt safe walking. The location was very quiet though.

The shower door didn’t close all the way so water leaks out, but was fine with an extra floor towel.

Staff is very kind, especially a receptionist, Maria is the best. There is a restaurant for breakfast in the loop-top, so it has wonderful atmosphere.

There is a lot of mosquitos. I killed more than 20s in my room in three nights.

I seldom give a ‚10‘ but this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The facility is brand new and the staff was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming. Reception, restaurant & jacuzzi service, cleaning - they all did their best to give us an unforgettable stay. Location is near the city center and beach. The rooftop bar/restaurant is worth a visit even if you are not staying in the hotel.

I can‘t think of anything to improve. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely return and also recommend further.

Some rooms don't have functioning wifi/ aircon so check before you settle in. But they sorted it quickly and we got another room :)
