I loved the property as it was right next to the beach and some stores and restaurants- the hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly - I recommend it - it was also a good price

The excellent staff was very attentive and helpful! They did an excellent job! The rooms were small but EXACTLY what we wanted/needed. The rooms were very economical and VERY clean. All in all, I was very impressed with Ballena Azul and will definately wtay there again when I go to Taganga!

The coffee situation could have been a little better. When I think of coffee in Colombia, I think of a better set up at the hotel/ Having said that, if I complain about the coffee? Everything else is great! Had a blast

We had a really nice balcony where you could watch the sunset. The room has a fridge which is nice. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hotel is directly at the beach and main spot for restaurants.

On weekends it is really busy on the street and you hear the traffic and party noise through the windows.

The staff are great. The location is excellent. The beach and restaurants and markets are only a couple of minutes of walking.

Tinto coffee is available...but regular coffee and cups would be nice.

Attentive, helpful, communicative and very nice staff. It's in the beach so close to the spot to grab some tours on the fly. Close to an ATM, taxis and pharmacy, all within a block away. Also it had reliable wifi.

No pool but you'll kno that beforehand. A mini fridge in the room would be a nice touch.

Had to get jucuzzi fixed, and sea view room was questionable though you could see the sea. If you like to sleep the Restaurant below does play live music most nights and starts early again ...but not a big issue below

The rooms are old but they are very clean, there is an excellent view from in shared space upstairs that you can watch the sunset and has a nice breeze, the AC worked really well, the sheets and towels were super clean and the staff was very nice. It’s a great location if you need a taxi anywhere. There are restaurants just outside, easy to organize a boat tour, it can be a little loud at night but not too bad. AC worked well.

no hot water, Normally I don’t care about this but after a day in the sun with sunscreen it would’ve been nice to have hot water, there’s nowhere to cook or heat water or make coffee.. it’s being remodeled but the project is at a stand still.. it would be easy for them to add a few details to make this place a bit more comfortable
