The staff were very helpful and the room comfortable and clean. The pool area and gardens were really nice. Saw more unique and colourful birds in the gardens than anywhere else on our trip! The included breakfast was good. The location was convenient to shopping and a few restaurants but the hotel restaurant was also good.

Our only complaint would be the noise at night. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and there was a lot of noise presumably from the patrons at or around the nightclub across the street. Lots of revving of cars and motorbikes until quite early in the morning. We were in room 6 but perhaps a room in another part of the hotel would not have been so noisy. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay...and if you are a night clubber I guess it would be perfect!!

The room was spacious and clean and the king bed was super comfy. We could have used one more pillow but now that I think of it - I probably could have asked the front desk for one;0). The grounds were also beautiful, with lots of peacocks and birds and a nice walking path around a pond. Also - breakfast was excellent! A good variety of fresh fruit, breads, and typically local food.

This place is absolutely amazing, location is great, and everything that you need is just some steps away. My reservation included breakfast and to be honest we were not expecting something of that level, it was just great. Lot of options to choose from and the buffet area with gallo pinto was just delicious, and you guys have the best orange juice in the world 😅

I think that a bracelet for guests would’ve been perfect, I spent the night outside and when I was entering the hotel nobody asked me to identify myself, or anything like that. I think that a little bit of extra security is needed, or at least something to identify you as a guest.

Tucked away in the city. Great restaurants and pools and property to wonder. We saw crocs, monkeys, iguanas and peacocks all over the property. Also, a great stop over when arriving or departing from the airport as it’s nice & close.

The bed was stiff hard and only a sheet was provided. No actual blankets provided on either bad.

If it weren't for the torrential rains. The hotel is excellent but, the restaurant is in an open area next to the pool. When it rains (often) during Sept and October you need an umbrella and gollashes to get from the lobby to the restaurant. It's an open air hotel casino. The Casino, hotel lobby, and guest rooms are the only places indoors. On Sunny days, this hotel is wonderful! When it rains heavy, not so nice. The staff is excellent and the rooms are spotless!

It was clean, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful grounds with a stunning pool and great breakfast.

It didn't have a Casino. It's in their name and on their sign but it's been closed for awhile now. No big deal we were just excited about there being one. It had zero barring on our time there

Large rooms, quiet AC, well equipped gym and giant pool. Breakfast is way better than at other nearby hotels. Price per night is very good, considering all the hotel offers.

Traffic around the hotel is impossible at rush hour. Leave with ample time if you're heading to the airport to catch a morning or evening flight.

The staff were amazing. The pool area has so much potential but it's constantly covered in leaves from the trees above. Even if they cleaned it 3 times a day... They are constantly falling back in 😂 2 minute walk to shopping and restaurants.

No elevator. Trees by pool coukd be trimmed because there are so many leaves in the water.

Clean, nice swimming pool, surrounded by beautiful flowers and massive trees bigger than I’ve ever seen before, and there were peacocks and peahens and iguanas and frogs. Also, the staff was happy, kind, and helpful. Would stay again.

Overall very nice except hard beds. Slightly uncomfortable.

The location is central and you can walk next door to the outdoor mall and have several good food options. We liked that it felt like we were in Costa Rica here- lot's of locals speaking Spanish! The hotel was quiet and had a good breakfast. The pool was nice, but the lining seems to be peeling away from the bottom which I didn't like. The wildlife at the hotel was cool- a baby croc in the pond, lizards, birds, etc.
