the location was very good, the design, the lighting, the tv was nice and big.

they gave us a room on the first floor and we had a stroller to move every-time without lift. breakfast was ok but the place is a smoking area and you have breakfast with people smoking around you. with a baby 3 months this was not very good. additionally despite the fact that the property has its own parking the space is limited and when is rush hour especially for the luna park which is inside the property you can not find any parking.

Staff were very very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, highly impressed. Location is perfect right next to the sea and minutes walk to the main streets filled with shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to the luna park. There is a really nice brand new swimming pool with high quality comfortable sun loungers surrounding it. An outside bar is under construction. Amazing spacious clean well presented room. Really nice place to stay.

Would have liked the balcony to be more private, the modern wooden fencing allows you to see and feel like you share the balcony with neighbours to the left and right. A sun lounger on the balcony would have been nice to relax on. No tea/kettle in the room.

The stuff is really very friendly and helpful! We appreciated their readiness to assist ❣️ Location is very nice, close to the city center; restaurants, shops etc.. it's in a walking distance from the Agia Napa monastery. Hotel itself is very cozy and have very nice design ❣️ We had rooms with a garden view and could see the see as well, that was very nice 🌊

We hadn't face any big issues. Just would like to give sime minor recommendations for improvement... For example: Some room facilities do need update.. it seems that because of humidity some areas on walls need repairment.. Besides, some towels are too old and need to change... Also, a little bit later check out time would be significantly better and comfortable 😊

The staff were very attentive, especially the ladies at the reception, they resolved the noise issues we were having with our neighbors next door in a very promptly manner. We are highly appreciative of this and if we will return to Ayia Napa, we will stay here again.

It was very close to everything we wanted (restaurants and beaches) and it had a free private parking. Even though we got there very late, the keys were left in a locker box and we could check in (the reception closes at 12). Breakfast was good and fresh. Very good everyday cleaning service and the entire staff is very nice and welcoming.

The front door needs a little bit of maintenance, as it required some extra strength to open it. We could sometimes hear our neighbors, but only the ones that were a little bit too noisy, so it also depends on the “quality” of the other guests, nothing to do with the property itself.

We’ve loved the location of the apartment - close to the center, to the main promenade, to the sea. It was really easily accessible, there were enough parking lots as well. The apartment was nicely equipped and spacious, AC worked well. The beds were really comfortable, cleaning of the room happened everyday and without any problem. Breakfast wasn’t wide and too diverse but you always had some kind of the eggs, cold cuts and variety of sweet options. The staff were so nice and friendly, always willing to help. It was a beautiful stay and we will come back!

On our first day, our booked room (deluxe apartment) had some issues with AC so we were transferred to junior suite which wasn’t fulfilling our expectations. Second day we got to our apartment and that was much better. The hairdryer in the room didn’t work, but you could borrow a nice one on the reception with the deposit 10EUR. Overall, we loved our stay and all the small problems were solved by the stuff.

Large room, with a bed and a couch. Toilet is separate from the shower, having window. Balcony facing west, somewhere far it could see the sea. Good breakfast, diversified choises. All normal.

I booked and paid (more than average) for a "luxury suite with sea view". But nothing was "luxury", nor sea view (a bit of the sea, far away, thru bushes). No "luxury" towels, no "luxury" sheets, no "luxury" features. Just a normal, larger room with balcony. All normal, with basic amenities. We proposed to have a romantic time in couple, we hoped for "luxury" and "sea view". But it was very dissapointing. I let myself fooled by the name: "luxury suite with sea view". AyiaNapa is walkable, wherever we stayed. We could have chosen real "luxury" and real "sea view", in the same price. Lesson learned.

The staff are extremely helpful and cooperative. Simply lovely and kind. The location is excellent, right by the sea and next to some nice restaurants. The breakfast is generous and good. The rooms are spacious.

We were 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom apartment and having one bathroom was a bit of a hassle. The apartment is two floors with the bathroom on the first floor. The spiral stairs that leads to the first floor was tricky to climb up and down especially when one would need to use the bathroom. The ground floor room has a small windows, which would make it claustrophobic for some people.

We stayed there for 10 days. All staff were super friendly. They change towels every day. Washing machine station is 5 minutes away so you can clean your dirty stuff for 4 euros. Breakfast was simple bit good (oats, eggs, bacon, cheese, toast, fruits, yogurt...). We ordered food on wolt every day and food is amazing (Lorenzo pasta the best, Yo thai for chinese food and for indian food Rasoi indian cuisine) and they bring food very fast.

We didn't like thin walls because you can hear your neighbors. Also if you like peace there is not any. Every single night there is a parking 50 meters away and there are bickers and loud cars. They are revving them and loud music until 3-5am every single day and you can hear every thing even if you close balcon doors.

We loved everything, the vibe was very chic and minimalistic, the room was clean, spacious, the interior design was modern, the view from the balcony to the terrace and to the sea was perfect, the location war right next to the harbour which was amazing for our boat trip, 2 minutes of walking to/from the beach and 10-15 minutes of walking to/from the Ayia Napa Square. On our last day, we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception and the staff gave us great suggestions about what we should do that day when we asked them about it, they even wrote it down for us and they were very friendly and helpful! I really recommend staying here for an amazing experience!
