My stay at Blue Harbour Boutique was very pleasant. The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the center and the promenade, yet quiet enough to get a good rest. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good air conditioning. WiFi worked without any issues, and the terrace was a lovely spot for a morning coffee with direct access to the pool. The staff were friendly and always available to help – from reception to the waiters and housekeeping. The continental breakfast was excellent, and I truly enjoyed it every morning. We will be happy to come back.

Warm water in swimming pool

The location of the hotel is amazing - close to the harbour and the beach. It's also very close to the center of the city with nice shops and restaurants. It's very quite in the rooms due to good isolation for windows and doors. So even if you live in the busy center city - you definitely can enjoy some calm time in your room. We lived in a new build part of the hotel and we loved every second of it. It's very clean and cozy. The pool area looked really nice, even though we didn't use it - we were on the beach all time.

I have nothing bad to tell about the hotel - maybe more like a suggestion/wish - to make the mail entrance more visible from the main road. It was a little bit difficult to find the entrance.

The rooms weren't well ventilated. Thought the ladies mopped it took hours and hours to dry.They mopped in the morning and it wasnt completely dry until 6-7 the afternoon.As a result the room had a very intense smell of the detergent they use. Because they had parquet floors i would suggest vacuming instead of brooming so as to get all the hairs out even from the corners and behind the furniture. Another type of bread could have been added to breakfast and not just toast bread. Also I couldnt get the tv to work. Cytavision was not connected. Also a bit loud area at night

Overall, the hotel makes a solid impression. There is free parking available right in front of the hotel, the pool is completely newly installed, and the rooms are also “okay.” There is a pool bar, and food can be ordered from a restaurant across the street. They probably belong together, as breakfast is also served in the neighboring restaurant.

Unfortunately, we didn’t know that the area itself is quite noisy and constantly in a party mood. As a result, there can be disturbances at night—not from the hotel guests, but from the street noise. The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors even with the slightest sounds, which is pretty uncool. The breakfast is not worth mentioning. I actually find it bold and unacceptable to offer such a breakfast. There’s only toast with poor-quality cold cuts, and the scrambled eggs are definitely industrially produced. We lived on fruit for two days and then arranged a proper breakfast later in the morning

the location was very good, the design, the lighting, the tv was nice and big.

they gave us a room on the first floor and we had a stroller to move every-time without lift. breakfast was ok but the place is a smoking area and you have breakfast with people smoking around you. with a baby 3 months this was not very good. additionally despite the fact that the property has its own parking the space is limited and when is rush hour especially for the luna park which is inside the property you can not find any parking.

We visit this hotel every year and it never disappoints. In fact, it just keeps getting better! The staff are always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are beautiful – spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and it’s very family- and child-friendly. Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of options to start the day right. Highly recommended – we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

I think a little more options for breakfast will be a good idea but yeah still there is good food options

The location was superb, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Julia and Anna in particular. A stay is so much more than a bed and a pool, its about the service, conversation and effort. All of which we will highly recommend. The pool was great, just enough and very clean, we only got to experience breakfast and there was enough choice and of good quality. We will be back. GREAT Value for money. The room was EXCELLENT, clean and of a good size. I bought natasha a Rose and Julia went looking for a vase to put it in, its the little things that stand out, and having been a hotel concierge for 20 years, this was quite a big thing. Staff were very very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, highly impressed. Location is perfect right next to the sea and minutes walk to the main streets filled with shops and restaurants, 5 minutes to the luna park. There is a really nice brand new swimming pool with high quality comfortable sun loungers surrounding it. An outside bar is under construction. Amazing spacious clean well presented room. Really nice place to stay.

Would have liked the balcony to be more private, the modern wooden fencing allows you to see and feel like you share the balcony with neighbours to the left and right. A sun lounger on the balcony would have been nice to relax on. No tea/kettle in the room.

The experience we had for a two-night stay was awesome! The hotel has an incredible advantage that it is attached to a kids' fair, with a playground and various arcade games, catering to the needs of our five-year-old all day. Also, impeccably placed near the beach (although the season was still a bit too cold for us), near a number of restaurants of different cuisines and themes, and near multiple venues for nighttime fun. The staff was perfectly friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant prepared simple but delicious food, and the walks along the beach were perfect. Plus, the hotel is served by an incredible PR team: we had to change the date of our arrival last minute, but we were charged the same amount as our initial booking!

Struggling to find something to say here. If someone (not us!) were splitting hairs, the breakfast buffet was a bit limited. However, everything that goes into an English and a European breakfast was there, and the food itself, cooked or not, was fresh and really delicious. Also, cherry on the cake, there was free coffee and wine in our room!

It’s THE BEST option for vacation at Cyprus. Perfect location at the center, two minutes from Limanaki and Pantachou beach, free safe parking at the property, great breakfast and coffee, every person who works there is so polite and at your service 24/7, everything you need you have (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath gel, fan). For 10€ deposit you can borrow clean beach towels everyday. Great value for the money and we checked all properties at Agia Napa. We’re coming back soon and we gonna book here for sure.
