The service was very nice and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. As for the food, there was plenty of it and it was very tasty.

I would recommend Nicholas Color Hotel as it is in a great location -just tucked away from the main strip of many shops and restaurants and 2 mins from the beach and local harbour. The beach nearest to the hotel is slight, grainy and rocky where you enter it so take reef shoes. Boat trips from the harbour take you directly to lovely swimming spots such as The Blue Lagoon and Konnos Bay. A 3hr tour including lunch is cheaper than a taxi to the airport -which is 40mins away-so definitely worth it. There were some problems early on but hotel management put things right immediately which impressed me and showed that they are committed in delivering good service. Fantastic breakfast -I was B&B only but I know that you can opt to upgrade to Half or Full Board status. Bring your own beach/pool towels or rent them relatively cheaply. Power sockets in the rooms are UK -I foolishly took a EU adapter along but was able to hire the correct one from Reception. Lovely pool area; clean and just the right size. I went early September so it might have been that it was a slightly quieter time but the guests -all nationalities- were chilled, polite and quiet…although they gave it some welly during the karaoke night! All rooms were spacious, clean and with good sized, private balconies -each with a small, retractable airer for towels and wet bathers. I did not walk past any hotel that I was jealous of.

If I was going to be super critical, I would have preferred a softer bed -maybe toppers could be added?

We were for the first time in Cyprus and didn’t have much expectation. We really like the food at the hotel - a lot of varieties for every taste, preferences and diet. Also they have AMAZING desserts and not only. If you pick all inclusive, you can get free beverages at the bar. The room was nice and its 15 min away from the near beach and 25 min away from Pantachou beach which has turquoise and clear water. You can also take a bus to the Nissi beach. We had an emergency and the staff was very helpful and understanding and even if they were fully booked they extended our room for some more days and they offered us some discounts according to our situation and they proved to have a lot of empathy and compassion for their clients. They also have a pool but I didn’t used it. We are very satisfied for our stay.

Booking a room for 3, we got an armchair that was not very comfortable but the staff was receptive and got us a mattress. They didn’t provide any slippers at the beginning but again we asked for it and they gave us.

I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms, all the hotel amenities such as the pool, the restaurant and also the location of attractions and other services nearby.

1st In the bedroom's bathroom there is something that needs to be changed or rectified, which is that the bathroom bar is level with the floor and when you are taking a shower it spreads throughout the entire bathroom and hall, making everything wet and difficult to dry. and use. 2nd beach towels should be bigger, when we put them on the sun loungers they don't cover the whole thing and we burn our legs and feet and it's not nice to have other colors on them

I can't recommend Nicholas Color Hotel enough! Our stay was perfect! The room was big and cleaned daily, the food was good and variegated (we had the all inclusive package that I highly recommend!). The location is perfect for going around, and Ayia Napa has amazing beaches and views. But what made this hotel stand out was definitely the hotel staff! They went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even organised a surprise birthday cake at the hotel restaurant for me! 🥰

We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and everything was great. There was a wide variety of food and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and overall it was very good value for money.

The mattress was very hard and not comfortable at all, which made sleeping difficult.

My good points during my stay at Nicholas Color Holel, The staff were amazing and very helpful if there's an issue or assistants required. The pool was perfect, with the included sunbeds and bar (although I didn't pay much attention going to the bar since I don't drink "honest") . The breakfast serves was delicious with a variety of choice, also lunch and dinner service is available by you may be charged for that so I didn't attended and ate out. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone, absolutely YES! 8/10

Well there were a few issues that I would like to address during my stay. The first is when I entered the room and everything seemed to be in order, I even notice there was a safe to keep your personal belongs. However mine was broken and I didn't want to alert the staff or provided 24 hrs security when I'm not in the rooms, so I kept quiet and kept my things safe some where in the room (probably a bad idea). Also I noticed in the bathroom the toilet had not been cleaned properly (when I'm out of the room during the day), not even the use of bleach. Likely it's just me staying the room, but if someone else was staying OMG! Also I had trouble sleeping with the noise from outside, but it's what to be expected.

The location very close and walking distance to supermarkets, luna park, restaurants, shops, etc. Unlike other reviews that I had read, the rooms were much bigger than expected and clean. We requested a cot for our 2 year old and there was even a bunk bed and a cot. Also even though our room was faced towards the luna park we could not reallyyy hear the noise as other reviews spoke about. The breakfast had too many options to choose from and overall it was an okay experience. I would say however that it should have been slightly cheaper for what it offers.

As it is a Hotel it should at least provide their guests with toiletries. I brought my own, as I had read from others that they do not provide these only shower gel. Also, the bath towels are quite small even for me that I am not a very tall person and they are not changed daily.

Location is excellent, near bus station (101-102) for all beaches, supermarket, center and Limanaki pedestrian zone. Food was delicious and various. Rooms are very comfortable.

Our room facing the hotel parking was a little bit noisy at night and in the morning caused by the delivery vehicles and garbage trucks. Pool view rooms are much quieter. Mattress should be changed.

Really nice hotel in perfect location- close to both the city center and the beach. The hotel is in perfect condition, everything clean and well maintained. We had all inclusive and it was perfect- high variety of food even at the beginning of the season (start of May) when the hotel was not fully occupied. Nice pool area with the bar as a part of the all inclusive you can taste typical Commandaria wine which was super nice quality (from local supplier). I highly recommend to take this hotel rather than those located on the beach as the price difference is huge. You need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella (7,5 EUR per 2 beds & umbrella per day) but it is cheaper option given the hotel price difference and on top of that every day you can choose different beach, there is a public bus stop close to the hotel- we used that (1,5 EUR/ person) to visit Konnos beach, Nissi beach, Landa beach or you can visit Sea Caves and Cavo Greco area! Hotel stuff is very nice, my sons serves themselves and the barman was always happy to comunicate with the kids and encourage them to speak English! Thank you for wonderful stay!
