Staff is amazing. Location also.

Suites located in the old building are not worth the money. They are large and spacious but need a refreshing. Breakfast is average.

Firstly the hotel upgraded us as I asked for a room close to the lift as my wife was recovering from a hip operation and couldn`t walk very far. Room was large more like a 1 bed apartment and very comfortable. The hotel was very nice with a lovely pool area and plenty of eating options available. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only real grip was the air conditioning in the room wasn`t working when we arrived, I reported it the next morning but it never got fixed. the weather had cooled down a lot so we just had the windows open but had to close them at night as it was a bit noisy.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team—the rooms were always spotless, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. It’s also very family-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our baby had a great time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable as a family. While some parts of the interior could use a bit of renovation, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Every cent spent here was absolutely worth it. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at their local restaurant, Aura. The food was exceptional—some of the best dishes we’ve tried! We highly recommend visiting if you stay here. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would love to return!

Everything was very good. The location, the breakfast and the room too. We really enjoyed it.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Loads of restaurants, shops, beach and gift shops. The hotel was really nice but what really made our stay more special was the fantastic staff team! Nothing was too big a job to do. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Farenzo (manager) spoke to all the guests and was present everyday we were there. Farenzo and the staff worked tirelessly ensuring the guests felt comfortable. We will definitely return and come back to MelpoAntia! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended excellent hotel near to local beaches with great customer friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is in middle of the city center from which the local beaches and main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean & tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage IMHO.) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local chicken soup with lemon was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.

The location was perfect.. obviously it of season but hotel was fine.. Room was very comfortable.

I presumed a 4 star would have at least a tea bag/coffee etc for one drink or a comp. Water

Hotel is located at the center of Agia Napa, close to all restaurants, bars ,shops-Everything is walking distance Reception lady from Greece was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Breakfast is great with delicious foods Pool area and pool bar are amazing. Comfortable big room Food is excellent

New sunbeds and umbrellas are needed at the big pool area. More umbrellas are needed also there-every day overcrowded. Cleaning of the room and balcony needed improvements. Difficult to reach a taxi-you need your own transportation to explore island. Jaccuzzi at the pool area was not working for the whole stay

Big and good looking room, cleanliness, balcony, comfortable bed, welcome water wine and fruits, good breakfast, it has 4 restaurants and also a supermarket, in the city center close to the bus station, entertainment program whole day, pool, automated lights (interesting way to set DND for the room)

Coffee, same breakfast each day, would be great to have also a bottle opener in the room, the live music show in the evening is very loud depending where you have your room, shower head to be changed (water was flowing out from the end of it)

The hotel is located in an excellent location, My room was with a balcony overlooking the pool, I had a great view and the pool was also very nice, They have a friendly and attentive staff, Breakfast was good, with the usual standard variety of choices, I'm glad I chose this hotel, I hope I will rest with you again.... I would like to thank the members of the bar and the supervisor they took care of our kindness, They were very friendly ijaz, omer(v), hasmat... We had a great rest with 5 friends and had fun recommending everyone come here...

There should be better cleanliness in the hotel, I hope you will fix it, I would add a scale in the receptionist they refused me when I wanted to weigh my luggage the night before the flight (No problem it would just be more comfortable), I would fill the minibar in the rooms with small products and drinks and add a menu to the room ( MINI BAR ) it would be more comfortable...
