Staff is amazing. Location also.

Suites located in the old building are not worth the money. They are large and spacious but need a refreshing. Breakfast is average.

Very kind staff, rooms are clean and spacious with great balcony (at least our room on first floor for two adults and two kids was). Location of the hotel is great, rooms with pool view have good isolation from noise from the streets. Parking is mostly in the shadow during whole day. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is enough choices to eat different every day. Many young people were at the hotel during our stay, but we didnt recognize problem with noize as some comments said. Maybe depends of group, but it is expectable that they speak loud or scream in some moments, but not 00-24 (we were all young once :) ). Rooms have very good sound isolation. Ceiling in the bathroom is lower so person with 2m height will have difficulties to take a shower. Air condition is automatic, so you can adjust only speed (not temperature) and it is blowing directly to the bed. If it is not working during the night, humidity is high and there is not enough oxygen in the room.

The hotel was clean, which is the most important thing for us. Special thanks to the maintenance man who kindly moved his white Mercedes every time so we could park our van. Also, a big compliment to the housekeeper for her work. The food was tasty, although the selection was quite limited. Tomas at the reception was also very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Most of the hotel staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Plates were taken away during breakfast and dinner before I even finished eating, which felt very rude. A simple smile or greeting from the staff would make a big difference, but unfortunately, that was missing throughout our stay. A particular issue was with the doorman-porter, who rudely told me to move my vehicle from a parking spot that is apparently reserved for the hotel — though there was no sign indicating this. Even if it was reserved, there was a much more respectful way to handle the situation. The reception failed to manage noisy younger guests, who were causing disturbances late into the night. Because of this, I was unable to get proper rest during the last three nights of my stay.

Firstly the hotel upgraded us as I asked for a room close to the lift as my wife was recovering from a hip operation and couldn`t walk very far. Room was large more like a 1 bed apartment and very comfortable. The hotel was very nice with a lovely pool area and plenty of eating options available. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only real grip was the air conditioning in the room wasn`t working when we arrived, I reported it the next morning but it never got fixed. the weather had cooled down a lot so we just had the windows open but had to close them at night as it was a bit noisy.

The hotel is central, the food is a wow slot of different options, the room very comfortable and spacious , the staff friendly and welcoming , also really appreciate the unexpected surprise cake found in the room for my birthday from the hotel staff

Have seen a couple of cockroaches roaming around inside and outside, but staff members offered us spray for it . Room cleanliness could be a bit better for example we had to ask for a refill of toiletries such as hand wash liquid, mugs not replaced after use for 2 days, etc..

The location is absolutely fantastic — you walk out of the hotel right into shops and restaurants, which is super convenient. Everything you need is just a few steps away.

The quality of cleaning could definitely be improved, both in the room and around the property. What was even more disappointing is how the staff handled simple requests. When I asked for additional tea bags at reception and from other staff members, I was told to buy tea in the nearby shop. This kind of response does not reflect the level of service you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

Our family had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team—the rooms were always spotless, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. It’s also very family-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our baby had a great time, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable as a family. While some parts of the interior could use a bit of renovation, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Every cent spent here was absolutely worth it. One of the highlights of our trip was dining at their local restaurant, Aura. The food was exceptional—some of the best dishes we’ve tried! We highly recommend visiting if you stay here. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would love to return!

I liked a lot the size of the room and balcony - it was very large space inside and outside that left me out of words! Also, excellent cleanliness, staff has provided us everything we needed and we got a nice welcome box containing fruits, wine and bottled water. Besides that, bed was very cosy, restroom was clean and towels were changed regularly, as expected.

I couldn't find ironing service within amenities on the booking offer, so it could eventually be updated on site, as upon arrival we found out that ironing service is available.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Loads of restaurants, shops, beach and gift shops. The hotel was really nice but what really made our stay more special was the fantastic staff team! Nothing was too big a job to do. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! Farenzo (manager) spoke to all the guests and was present everyday we were there. Farenzo and the staff worked tirelessly ensuring the guests felt comfortable. We will definitely return and come back to MelpoAntia! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended excellent hotel near to local beaches with great customer friendly staff and delicious food. Excellent hotel with great staff. Customer friendly welcome, they made an early check-in into the room possible which I really appreciated. The hotel is in middle of the city center from which the local beaches and main tourist attractions are in a short walking distance. Hotel rooms are big and always clean & tidy. (Free parking is also an advantage IMHO.) It is worthwhile to book the all-inclusive package and to try out at least once the Harmony Spa facility. I can only recommend it. Food is very delicious (e.g. fantastic salad options; the traditional local chicken soup with lemon was also very tasty; and I would also highlight the fishes during lunch and dinner time). Waiters and stuff at the bars are always helpful and kind.
