Based on the reviews, we expected worse! However, we didn't arrive with high expectations anyway, considering it's a 2-star hotel. The staff was very kind, and the room was extremely clean! The walls were freshly painted, and although the furnishings were a bit old, they were very well maintained!

The only problem was with the hot water supply! When there was hot water, there was no water pressure, and when there was water pressure, there was no hot water

The mattresses were comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and towels were put in nice decorative way as on the picture. Owner and stuff were nice and helpful. I was hesitant to book because of previous reviews and very glad I chose to check it myself. Of course, don't expect a 5 star place as it is a 2 star one. For a 2 star accommodation it was a great stay. Note that it is located in the tourist area next to several restaurants so you might hear many "happy birthday"- songs in the evenings :)

We came with low expectations but the hotel really doesn’t deserve the low score. It was clean and we had pretty much everything we needed - a comfortable enough bed, an okay bathroom, balcony and air conditioning included. It wasn’t very noisy and the location is just perfect, in the center of everything and next to a really nice mexican place. The best and funny thing is the radio incorporated in the bed. There are also two big paid parking places behind the hotel, for 2 or 3 euros per day, which is reasonable to have the car safe.

The furniture is old, the building itself and the bathroom look bad/ugly. After all, if they were to renovate it the price would increase so it’s a good option for budget travellers. A recommendation would be to clean the AC filters better though.

The hotel was in a very good location in the centre of Ayia Napa on the main road. Room was basic, but clean, good size and easily accessible with comfy beds, TV, Aircon, fridge and a nice balcony to enjoy. Very happy with this good value for money hotel and will definitely book again. The owner, Pasxalis was very welcoming and friendly and helped with any information you asked.. I will definitely book it again when I visit Ayia Napa. Thanks for good memories

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was ideal – close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly hospitable and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cyprus. It’s the center of Ayia napa, nearby clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything since it’s the center I really enjoyed my birthday during my staycation because the staff are very accommodating, cleaned room, new air conditioned and very affordable hotel. Worth it and will be back soon.

Nothing but the best

excellent location in the middle of the city (from the airport- shuttle bus stop Napa Plaza), very nice personal (I miss them so much), really tasty crepes in the restaurant below the hotel. Adequate accomodation for the price. Rooms with street view could be noisy, they also have rooms with view to parking lot- they are more quiet.

one more time I have to mention- for this price it is adequate. If you are looking for low cost hotel- this is really nice. Furniture and air condition was old.

The hotel is located in the very centre of the town. This is very convenient, especially if you arrive and depart by an intercity bus given that the bus stop is only a few meters away. The room was reasonably clean. The staff was friendly.

The TV in the room did not work. There was also something wrong with the lock of the main door of the room, given that it was very difficult to lock the door from the outside.

Amazing stuff very kind and friendly. The rooms were great. The location was perfect couldn't been better and the price was really good.
