We came with low expectations but the hotel really doesn’t deserve the low score. It was clean and we had pretty much everything we needed - a comfortable enough bed, an okay bathroom, balcony and air conditioning included. It wasn’t very noisy and the location is just perfect, in the center of everything and next to a really nice mexican place. The best and funny thing is the radio incorporated in the bed. There are also two big paid parking places behind the hotel, for 2 or 3 euros per day, which is reasonable to have the car safe.

The furniture is old, the building itself and the bathroom look bad/ugly. After all, if they were to renovate it the price would increase so it’s a good option for budget travellers. A recommendation would be to clean the AC filters better though.

excellent location in the middle of the city (from the airport- shuttle bus stop Napa Plaza), very nice personal (I miss them so much), really tasty crepes in the restaurant below the hotel. Adequate accomodation for the price. Rooms with street view could be noisy, they also have rooms with view to parking lot- they are more quiet.

one more time I have to mention- for this price it is adequate. If you are looking for low cost hotel- this is really nice. Furniture and air condition was old.

The hotel is located in the very centre of the town. This is very convenient, especially if you arrive and depart by an intercity bus given that the bus stop is only a few meters away. The room was reasonably clean. The staff was friendly.

The TV in the room did not work. There was also something wrong with the lock of the main door of the room, given that it was very difficult to lock the door from the outside.

The location was incredible. Restaurants & fast food all surrounding. Very good price. Booked two nights & ended up extending to three.

Although it was air conditioned, there was no remote to adjust temperature so it became very cold at times. Beds weren’t very comfortable

I liked the spacious room, the bed was really comfortable and the ac was good. Honestly if your looking for a place to just leave your stuff and sleep this is the one. So close to everything. And the staff are so friendly and greet you with a smile!

Nothing really, maybe if they added some toiletries would’ve been nice, shampoo, conditioner etc.

The room was spacious and very much clean. Proper beddings and everything was available. Towels, small towels, bathroom carpets, ash tray, small stool, wardrobe, pillows, tv and what not. There was a balcony, chairs and table in balcony and such a chill weather. There was a bathtub for shower. Everything was perfect. A restaurant is attached to this property and they give you room service (food) Centre of the city and lot of parking space available. I would love to stay here again. Card payments accepted

No hot water for shower. However with temperature around 22C, I managed to take a shower in normal (cold) water!

Location is excellent , near is everthing , near bus station , near market , restorans ... family hotel, people are ok and for any help. Staff wonderfull , greetings to the restaurant staff .
