The location was good, because it was close to bus station. The value for the money is the best option. I dont like very expansive hotels with bad beaches, this was far better option, where you need 2 minutes of walk to reach bus station, and you could visit all beaches for small amount of money. Market was also close and everything else, because the room was in city center, but not on the main road.

I didnt like the noise from some other hotels or clubs. It isnt a huge problem, but it would be better if it was without it. It was during friday and saturday evening/night. It was ok during other days. Also, I didnt like the towels, they werent clean.

Great location, within the walking distance from all the necessities, bars, restaurants and also easy to reach the beach. The apartment is modern and clean

We booked a double room, specifying that we want 1 double bed, but we still got 2 twin beds that were just put together, which made it uncomfortable with a hole in the middle since the beds were constantly moving away because they have wheels. Also the sea view is not really as per the photo, which is very misleading, you’re not looking directly towards the sea, it’s only on a side. And lastly, the towels were a bit used up and with stains

The apartment was big and comfortable. We had balcony and kitchen, although we didn’t use the kitchen it was well equipped. The pillows were low for us so we tucked in the blankets underneath. However, they notice that and they brought an additional pillows without asking, really appreciated this :). The room was cleaned and sheets and towels changed regularly. It was our first time in Ayia Napa and we felt in love so we will be back as well as to Myriama once again :)

The facility is older so probably needs disinfection and desertification as we saw couple of bugs in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location is very near bus station and city center. Room was very clean, though the glasses that were there on the table were dirty. Our host was very kind and always answered quicky on any request we had.

Water pressure is a bit weak in the bathroom. Sometimes it can be loud during the nights due to clubs in the near.

I absolutely loved staying here. Stayed 3 different time and each time the owners are so helpful and friendly they were always available when I needed to ask a question such a lovely couple. Great location by the main square easy to find great rooms with TV and balcony. Excellent value for money will alwyas come back here. The owners really care so much about their customers it feels like a family home but you also get so much privacy and is very quiet and peaceful i stayed in February and will be back in April as I miss ayia napa and all the lovely cats Xx

We spent 4 nights here and were satisfied with everything. The location is perfect with the coast nearby, and there are many good restaurants in the area. Also, if you arrive by public transport, as we did, it is easily and quickly accessible. One thing to note about the central location is that there are many clubs nearby, which can be very loud. However, with earplugs, we could sleep comfortably. We found the hotel and our room both very nice and had no problems. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the large front terrace with a beautiful view of the sea! The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

Location is perfect- close to Nissi Avenue and bus stops which lead to all the beaches around. It is few minutes from Nissi beach, Makronissos beach but also excellent if you are heading in another direction towards Protaras which takes up to 20minutes. Hosts are patient and kind, willing to provide you with anything you need. They both speak English well.

The only thing we did not like is that towels and taps are pretty old. But again, the value for the money spent is just perfect.

great value for the price, room was clean, towels were changed every 2-3 days, we needed adapters for the electricity and the owner gave us 3. They let us leave out baggages at the reception because out flight was late at night and helped us with getting a cab. Bed is extremly comfortable! Location is great, near is the bus station and everything you need, we went to 8 different beaches for 8 days so it was very important for us

if I have to mentions something bad, you can hear the music at some nights but nothing too loud and it’s expectable becouse of the part of the city

The place is three minutes from the city center and bus stations. Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Cleaning was done every second or third day. The hosts are nice people.

The clubs are one street away from the apartments so the music can be very loud. This is inconvenient for someone who wants peace and quiet place. Beside that, everything else was perfect.
