Went here with my family for a nice holiday abroad, couldn’t recommend more. Perfect facilities, couldn’t complain about cleanliness, and plenty of towels for all of us. Felt nice and secure for my family and the kids really enjoyed the pool (including the water park features). Would definitely stay here again, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. 10/10

I wouldn’t change a thing

They didn't seem to have hot water in the shower Tried to talk to them about that they seem to known there is a problem about it The bed was making squeaky sounds

No need visa for reservation. The payment is just paid upon arrival. Hot 🔥 shower water 💦 at any time. Big room, with kitchen, two balconies, 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 refrigerators (1 small and one big). The location is perfect and ideal. The breakfast is till 11 a.m and this is very convenient. It is included a small swimming pool. The room was clean.

Some spoons, knives and forks are dirty and not well cleaned. It is obvious some remaining food on them!! That's why i rated it with 8/10 and not 9 or 10/10. The room was clean, but it needs more detail cleaning. The staff at the bar/service/kitchen must be more flexible with tourists, to have university degree or a diploma for tourism especially for a 3 🌟🌟🌟 Stars Hotel. A bit noisy during night so get ready to sleep after 2 a.m or 3 a.m

The stuff is amazing. They gave me room for 4 people,fixed everything I asked immideately,it was clean,a lot of towels,pool is warm,music is fine. I will come back

Absolutely worth this money

Very helpful and friendly daytime staff. We got a great deal for a good cost. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Spacious rooms. Nice pool

A lot of noise at night due to nearby bars and construction.

The a/c was not working properly

Staff very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much. Nice large rooms, clean pool, location was good, had everything I needed within a short walk.

The receptionist it’s was very kind and helpful but I didn’t check-in because there is no hot water in all buildings

It was wonderful there, It's amazing to stay, clean room,clean bed. Actually everything was nice

Bed and perfect clean toilet

This is an average hotel, but the price was just 11 euro per person per night. And the breakfast was included, so we were more than satisfied. The hotel is just off the main road of Aiya Napa, full of restaurants, bar and shops. The location was very convenient and also close to the beaches.

The space in front of the apartment could had been cleaner.
