Location is excellent.We were in room 105 on the first floor and we had sea view.Apartmant was clean and flooring is new and nice.Swimming pool is out of order but if you read carefully everything before reservation you will notice that.Also there are clubs all over Ayia Napa and everywhere you will hear music and yes there is one club near bit we didn’t mind that much. For money we gave we are satisfied.

Some things of course can be better but again for the price we paid it is ok.

Internet was super sketchy eh y, dropping out frequently with veg limitedgygyy vto messaging (streaming not gt). Connectivityv could g regained by standing by the front door or gWiFi ggggrffyh

Relatively other options that I've checked, this was the best value for money. We are a big family, so i was looking for two bathrooms. In Agrino we got 2 rooms for a very reasonable price. The rooms are big, well equipped, the kitchen is good. The cleaning and changing towels is twice a week, relatively to the price, it is ok. But you should ask for more toiletries for that period.

The location was excellent and the facilities included everything we needed. The place was nice and the host very friendly and helpful. I recommend

modern kitchen, big bed, lovely balcony. we got upgraded for free from a room on ground floor level to one with a view. staff was really nice.

it was loud in the evening because of the location, so that made it hard to sleep. There didnt really come enough water out from the shower head or the toilet, so showers take longer time if you have longer or thicker hair, and the toilet didn’t flush properly.

Our room got upgraded from the ground floor small appartment to the upper floor double room. The location is a walking distance from the busy night life street but far enough to be quiet. It's clean and the staff were helpful to accomodate extra requests like keeping our food in a fridge because we arrived before the check-in time.

The balcony view was blocked by a tree but this is nitpicking at this point.

Very big 2 floors apartment with 2 balconies, very comfortable. Free parking place nearby, far enough from the bar street, so it was quiet even with open windows. Nice staff at reception. Clean rooms and beds, kitchen has everything what is needed. Nice sea view but a bit far from the sea so you can see mostly the roofs of the houses downstairs

Room key is turning on the electricity so must stay in the room to charge your phones etc. But the fridge is working while you are away.

the location was awesome shops and places to eat all near by. the main town center just a walk away also theres a park across from the place good for families and kids our room was ground floor right next to reception no stairs to climb just walk in or out and start our day without disturbing anyone we heard no noise from the clubs at all and wifi was great

Everything was good - great lady at the reception (but another one was a bit rude), good room, good place (far away from clubs, but there is a big one near, so your nights won't be quiet still). We liked everything.

Paid A/C is the only thing that was relatively bad. Internet was not perfect (as we're working remotely), but this is not something that should be there.

Good value for money, clean, friendly staff, nice swimming pool

Air conditioning is charged extra, and it is in the bedroom so the whole apartment would not be cold enought, internet was poor
