I have to say from my first visit all the way through to my end stay was absolutely brilliant and with everyone being polite and very helpful which I have never experience any experience like this and this is all due to the lovely manager Linda who in every way helped me as had a crises out here and with someone great like Linda to help me get through it see made my stay and would stay again and again thank you Linda, As for the food this was lovely and once again with lovely staff offering me each day my choice of dinner that the chef would cook and once again big thanks to the area Manager once again a lovely guy thanks to the team and the experience guys

Everything was perfect

Pro: - we booked overnight and had no problems like other people who wrote reviews, we were offered the room very quickly - I could pay after I arrived and I saw how the room looked before - positioning very close to the downtown - the room was simple but spacious - I found free parking easily, on the side of the hotel

Cons: - when I arrived, there was a strong smell of chlorine in the room; after airing it was ok (at least we know it sanitized so that's kind of a good point too) - the bathtub was old, and the bathtub curtain unhygienic

Love the staff at flora Maria , Linda really looked after me and made my stay so much better I can’t wait to come back next year . Hotel is so close to all the bars and clubs and the rooms are spacious.

The tv didn’t work , unsure as to why but if it did the stay would have been unfaultable

The reception area and communal areas where clean, the location was excellent! Our stay was really nice and Linda on reception was just amazing, so lovely and always on hand if we needed anything!

the downside was that the hotel was very noisy at night, there are a lot of families staying in the hotel and we’re awake all hours cooking as you could smell it. there was always large groups of people hanging about that made us feel uneasy.

Very very good for the money, Linda the manager and team where exceptional , value for money you can’t complain , people complaining of noise it’s Ayia Napa it’s a party town what do you expect ! Will come back great location and room was very nice for the money

I liked the location of the property, right in the heart of ayia napa, it has a supermarket next door so you don’t have to go far for your every day essentlsx a fast food takeaway place just opposite which is helpful if you just want to pop out for some chips etc 2 min walk from the strip, bars and clubs. and about a 5 minute walk from the famous nissi avenue where the restaurants and shops are.

there isn’t really much not to like, it’s a great little hotel if I was going to be super picky, the only complaint I would of had was a tiny and I mean TINY bit of mould near the shower area. but again hardly noticeable and didn’t stop anything from working or affect my holiday

After my flight was changed , the staff accommodated me for two extra nights , absolutely fabulous manager Linda could absolutely not fault , very cheap to stay and was ideal for us staying , great location and very good staff x

Ok is not perfect just for 0* is really ok . I know I paid for location and Agia Napa . Hotel need renovation just was clean all the time . Thanks to cleaning girls and Receptionist and also manager .

Mister ahmed 2 is the best receptionnist that I’Ve never seen !! I booked a lot of hôtel before that but the professionalism and the kindness of Ahmed 2 and all people who work in this hôtel is incredible !
