The accommodation is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is fully functional and includes all essentials. The kitchen offers plenty of facilities and great tools for cooking meals. The accommodation is about a 7–8 minute walk from the main street and around 15–20 minutes from the city beach. The accommodation includes a swimming pool, a bar for food and drinks, and a 24-hour reception.

On the first night, it was very noisy from the bar and pool area during late evening hours, which should be quiet hours. There was also noise from the neighboring room, and we couldn’t fall asleep until 3 a.m. due to loud music and shouting from other guests. We suggested to the reception that more attention should be given to respecting quiet hours. From the following night, it was noticeably quieter.

Location is good, short walk from the city center (500m), but far enough to be in quite zone. Just across the hotel is supermarket. Beds are very comfortable. Wi-fi was working good (we watched movie). I have to say that the air conditioner was included in the price and we didn't pay extra for it (as we read a few comments that some people were paying extra for the air conditioner) and it worked properly. The stuff were polite.

The beds were joined side by side but they separated easily at the slightest movement, so it was very easy to fall between the 2 beds and injure yourself. I think this could be solved, so this is a suggestion for the hotel management.

Actually we arrived bit early than our check-in time which was 11AM, but super friendly staff still let us in and even upgraded our room for free, we were stunned by the view of the meditterian sea🌊🌺 location was so great! Just 5min walk to ayia napa cathedral, bus stops, cafes were nearby, also sculpture and cactus parks😊 we had a view over luna park! Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and memorable!

Excellent location quite close to d centre. Nice spacious apartment with huge terrace. Friendly and helpful staff - reception, restaurant and also housekeeping. Pool area was nice as well.

Very minor things… breakfast quality could be improved a bit… could do with a proper hanging area with pegs for drying clothes… also not sure if an elevator was available in our block but not really bothered by that.

We have stayed there for one week and it was a very good decision. Great localization, walking distance to the beach and Lidl. Apartment was super clean and had everything what we needed. Nice contact with the owners.

Clean and very spacious apartment. Just minutes away by walking from the main ayia napa square. But If you thinking about waking to the beach that will much longer. Its away from main streets so is quiet

Both air-conditions were out of order. I don't think they were broken. Fuses weren't working as it seems they removed something so that guests cant use them and maybe spend power. Is wasn't a big of deal cause it wasnt so hot but, come on, both of them out of order? Also very expensive coffee at the bar and a sitting area that is outdated

this apartment was extremely spacious and clean , brilliant value for money , it is nice and quiet but only a short walk to the strip

the staff in the bar weren’t too friendly at times to us and we ate and drank there every day during our stay and also that you weren’t allowed to eat or drink anything that wasn’t bought there around the pool, got given out to for drinking water

It's really wonderful hotel everything was brilliant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, The Staffs and ladys at the receptions are very friendly nice and helpful, And it is at at relly good location with lots of parking boxs. We were there 4x every Vacation. We come here every year hapilly ❤️
