Very friendly and kind staff, especially the host – we truly felt well taken care of. Whenever we had any issues, the staff did their best to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty, and the pool was large, clean, and never crowded – there were always free sun loungers available. The covered parking area on the property was also a big plus – we never had any trouble finding a spot. The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchenette. Towels were changed every few days. The location was also very convenient.

The breakfast offered no cereals at all, and the outdoor bar tables were so wobbly and unstable that eating there became quite frustrating.

They are near the centre with the party spots, but we still had our sleep. The room was convenient (cleaning every 3rd day) with a working air-conditioner, most of the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast comprehensive. Some things didn't work (e.g. the cooker), but they did their best to help out.

Some minor issues, there should be at least 1 plug socket near each bed. If you have plenty of stamps to sell and are asked by the guest for one, sell it (even without the postcard, buy 1 stamp more next time...), instead of sending him to the post office ... Biggest issue: When you have such a nice pool, let it be used at least till 21:00 or 22:00 (currently 19:00)! I missed a night swim ... Addition: If the pool times are Ayia Napa custom, I can't blame the hotel.

Like many other have said, George was very helpful and did everything in his power to make our stay as brilliant as possible. Other staff members were also lovely, always greeted with smile and were eager to help with anything. Pools were better than we could hoped for. The kids pool were shallow enough even for the one year old to play with and what a tired parents dream to pare it with pool that has table in the center of it and seats to sit on. Our three year old, one year old, grandparents and one tired mom was were happy with the pool scene. The hotel was clean, nothing fancy, but just enough. There's very minimal equipments in the kitchen, but toaster was only thing we missed (but not so much we would have asked to maybe get one). If you are looking home-like, easygoing hotel look no more, this is it. I hope to go back next year.

I visited this hotel with a friend at the end of September. The location is excellent, relatively close to the city plaza, and the bus station is just a 2-minute walk away. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The breakfast is always the same, but there’s a good variety—there’s something for everyone. They changed our towels twice during our seven-day stay (the first time after four days, and then again after two days). We only received soap once at the beginning. The pool is large and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. One downside is that there are no EU sockets in the room, but you can buy an adapter at the reception.

It's very green, the pool is big and really clean, there is enough space around it in the shadow. The location is also great, away from the road and 10-15 min walk from the two nice and quiet beaches: Loukkos and Katsarka. The staff of the hotel and the owner are amazing, and always ready to assist with any issue. In general, the atmosphere around the pool is very friendly and relaxing.

The rooms are pretty basic. We were staying in a one bedroom apartment. The AC was only in the bedroom, and sleeping in the studio was impossible (too hot). So we ended up sleeping in the bedroom all together, which wasn't quite what we were hoping for. The bathroom is pretty small, which is ok for me, but might be uncomfortable for somebody. Also water leaks a lot, when you take shower. The're is no good coffee available at the bar. Only instant coffee.

A good choice for Ayia Napa! The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was fine, the bed comfy and the a/c strong. Great Advantages: Vfm. Polite stuff. Great breakfast served until 10:30. Beautiful pool. The bar is open until late but the music is not annoying. The bus stop is near by. The hotel is very close to the city center and two mini markets are located 3 mins by foot from it. Tips: -If you arrive in Larnaca Airport use Kapnos shuttle (11 euros/person) instead of a taxi (60 euros). -Use the public transportation that its very close to the hotel and visit the central square of Ayia Napa and Protaras, it's a place with great water activities/sports plus there are many daily lovely cruises (25 euros/person). Overall a beautiful experience, thank you for your hospitality!!!

Everything was fantastic The rooms were cleaned regularly all the staff were very welcoming and always friendly. George the manager is a great guy welcomes everyone who turns up even if you've just been out for the day cannot do enough to help out if you've a problem he gets it sorted always stops for a chat about things a breath of fresh air really you hardly get to see managers in most hotels in my experience. A big shout out to Andreas who was on every breakfast a great guy and very friendly always smiles with a good morning no matter what and also a big thanks to all the other bar staff and other staff realy top friendly people. We loved it and will be back again I had a chat with george about the hotel some of the rooms are a bit dated and he said changes are in plan to update them not an issue for us wonderful place 5 stars from us food is excellent as well from the bar😎😎

Every member of staff were lovely. The owner George goes out of his way to accommodate any requests you have. Front of house/ bar staff are friendly and personable too, In particular Andreas, George & Harriet ( sorry didn't catch the other staff names) but you were all great ( and lets not forget the housekeeping team that comes in 2/3 times a week to change towels, make beds empty bins and ensures toilet tissue is stocked, thank you!) Accommodation is basic but clean & spacious. The location is excellent. The Napa square is practically right behind the hotel yet it was so peaceful. Security is excellent, we all felt very safe staying there as its residents only. Thank ypu for everything, we will be back soon!

All was great but the self catering kitchen facilities were very basic, just two hob rings, no grill or oven. . It would have been useful to have a toaster and microwave in the room. Mattresses were just a little hard

The location is excellent with easy access to transport to explore beautiful beaches like Fig treeand Protaras beach which was an exceptional beach along with Nissi beach and other areas of the island. For basic accommodation yet clean with a great pool and amazing staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have a fabulous time in Cyprus I would have no hesitation in recommending Green Bungalows as a holiday stay.

George is very nice, all the time in a good mood. We liked pool and restaurant. Rooms are spacy and calm. You are not far from main street and bus station. We stayed there few days to visit Nissi beach- to Nissi is few bus stops and lunapark- you can walk there, it is close. Breakfast are every day the same, but enough, our son missed some cornflakes or nutella. But still it was really enough for that price.
