Recently renovated hotel, in the centre of ayia napa. We had a great time and i would recommend to book this place. Very friendly reception staff, comfortable bed and a good location. Iv seen many reviews about the bathroom being to small, yes its small, but its modern and everything works properly. You dont go for holidays to spend all your time in the bathroom 😄 Overall it was very good.

The cleaning of the housekeeping could be better. It was just about making the bed and not really cleaning or changing bedsheets. The + was that they provided clean towels whenever we needed.

The accommodation is in the style of a guesthouse with room equipment in the standard bed, private bathroom with shower and toilet, refrigerator, TV, iron and hairdryer and air conditioning. Regular cleaning of the room, change of linen, towels. We had a room overlooking the city, where the location of Sun Plaza is really in the center of the action. A busy street full of businesses, bars, disco clubs. The overall location of Sun Plaza is ideal for walking or driving, where there are many beaches, restaurants, shops and other nearby. Free parking right next to the accommodation. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful. We agreed on a ride from the airport, where a taxi was not waiting for us. But within 15 minutes the problem was solved and the driver drove us away. For transport Larnaca - Aya Napa 60€ by agreement. I rate the accommodation in terms of price, quality and location very positively. Thanks 😊🍀

The location of the accommodation is on a busy street where party life is almost the order of the day. Sometimes we found insects in the room on the floor or in the bathroom. However, I must add that the mattresses were clean as well as the overall maintenance. The cockroaches could also pass through the air conditioning

Most of the things are very nice. Location ir very good near the center and beach. Breakfast is in another building but its ok no so far to walk. We stayed 3 nights and buffet was ok for that number of night.

First day we were laying in the bed and the staff member came to the room without knocking the door. My husband was sleeping that time so it wasnt nice of them. No hair dryer, the pool is ok but outside the pool is renovating buildings so we didnt even go there for a swim.

The staff were very assistive and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

However it's not as much perfect choice for the families with small babies as access to room gets difficult since there is no elevator. Outdoor activities are limited, there is a pool but no available bar so for the drinks and the food you should visit places near by. During nighttime it's quite dark, the pool has no external lights. Anyhow it's quite nice room, clean, tidy and employee's are assertive so if you are coming just to take a rest and reach the bars and the beach place is a good choice.

It was very clean, housekeeping was everyday, overall it worth the price

The suites are in a good location, easy to find and close to everything. If you don’t like the noise or you are a person who needs quite to sleep, you should know that here is not the place for you, but it didn't bother us, it was really pleasant.

The only thing that i didn’t like was that the room smelled of something, cigarettes or shoes.

We stayed for four nights in the hotel and had a great stay. Initially we booked a normal room which was on the city side of the hotel. The host Theo really helped is by setting us up with a room on the pool side which is a lot quieter than the side where the bars and clubs are. I would definitely advise to take a pool view room they are really great!

Very nice property. Our room was recently renovated so I guess the whole property is as well. The bathroom was very clean and so were the bed sheets. The receptionist is very polite and friendly he even offered us beer. There is also a pool. Great location in the heart of Ayia Napa plenty of convenient stores souvenir shops and supermarkets in the area. Literally in the bar district.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. It's in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. Essentials like a hair dryer, iron, and kettle were all available in-room. Highly recommend!

We were there for a long weekend the room was very comfortable and very clean, the shower was really good. We went over to the Annonamas pub every day they land lady and landlord where very friendly, we will definitely be back, very enjoyable stay
