It was spotless, had everything you need and want. Close to walk around and see ayia napa, and nissi beach. Shops, bars, convience store across the road for essentials.

Shower hose holder needs adjusting, the floor was soaked as the water was spraying towards the end of the shower where there was no glass door....

Very nice hotel with great location. Staff was amazing, all the 👏🏼 to chef who was preparing Lebanese breakfast on the site. We loved it!

There was no hair dryer and iron in the room, maybe upon request. I suggest some shelves in the bathroom since the space around the sink is limited for cosmetics and private things, and more towel hangers.In my opinion, the pillows were a little bit hard.

During our recent holiday in Cyprus, we stayed at four different accommodations, and Zoi Ayia Napa Hotel stood out as the absolute best. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's modern design and welcoming atmosphere.​ Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a cozy balcony that provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The staff at Zoi Ayia Napa Hotel were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel's location is ideal—situated very close to the vibrant restaurants and pubs of Ayia Napa (minutes by walk), yet far enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment at night. This balance allowed us to enjoy the local nightlife without compromising on rest and relaxation. Overall, Zoi Ayia Napa Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Cyprus and looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to stay.

The room was really nice and comfy, with a big bed and a huge balcony. We also appreciated the lock box in the wardrobe and the microwave in the kitchen - it was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is almost in the city center so it is close to almost everything.

Opening the windows was noisy since they were facing the street with active traffic, so we avoided doing it. Breakfast was scarce and monotonous. As Zorbas is nearby, we would better go there. Finally, on the last day of our stay, we found a few giant black ants in the room which was unpleasant.

The property was very modern, 10 minute from the main strip, and the dinner that they serve at their restaurant nearby, is out of this world! Definitely try it, you won’t regret. Also, Nikolas and Mohammed were the two receptionist that served us, and they were both fantastic, so 5 stars both of them for their kindness and professionalism.

Probably the TV and the strength of the Wi-fi, although that didn’t really affect how comfortable our stay was (since we were mostly outside), for some people that may spend more time inside, this can be a factor. Although the Tv said it had Netflix, it really wasn’t working. And the quality of the audio could be slightly better. I’d suggest to buy better quality Tvs for the future :) For the Wi-fi, the connection was good but only in the living room tho. It was poor in the bedroom and kept disconnecting. Connecting the wi-fi with the tv was a struggle as well, because it kept saying password incorrect, although the password was right.

The location is perfect, close to many markets, restaurants ant the three main clubs. The rooms are big, they also have a kitchen area and a big couch. Definitely recommend

Room was clean, towels were changed every day Staff was nice, we didn't like the pillows at first, but they changed them at request There wasn't much to choose from for breakfast, but the owner was nice enough to offer one of the breakfast menu items instead of the buffet one morning

AC was located right in front of the bed, so using it at night wasn't plesant, as the cold air goes directly at you Bed wasn't actually a double, but two beds put together Although we had a kitchen, we didn't find it really useful, we'd prefer a chair or a couch to sit on instead, as there wasn't one in the room

I ended up giving the reservation to my friends since I was unable to go and they were not willing to modify the dates to a a less busier time. However my friends said it was really nice and modern and the facilities are adequate. Also they had a nice pool area and close to the bars. Very clean and good option for budget.

The staff seemed a bit unprofessional or unexperienced but expected for a new hotel. The next day before check out time the staff called me twice as ‘mistake’ for some confusion on the restaurant bill, which had already been settled by my friends staying in the room. Other than that, it’s unfortunate that due to this strict policy I will not be willing to book this hotel again.

Nice facility - clean and well-maintained, big garden, swimming pool. Hotel is located on the outskirts of the center, so it is not crowded neighborhood there. City is pretty small, so good walking distance to the center and beach.

Attention to the details - we got towels with self-tanner stains, but they were replaced after we brought them to their attention. And second thing, payment with cash was made at the time of arrival. Then next few days later, my reservation was rescheduled for next year (yes, a year ahead) and I was charged second time for new reservation which I have not made.

There wasn't anything about this little gem of a place that I didn't like,lad on reception on arrival was so friendly and helpful with where we could park and telling us about the facilities to taking us to room which was absolutely spotless more than adequate for our needs but the highlight of our stay had to be the hospitality shown to us by the owner and other members of staff when returning to apartments after a night out we popped into the bar for a nightcap and in the wee hours of the morning we eventually retired, didn't do breakfast which was included in price so unfortunately I cannot comment on that but on passing there were a few guests having theirs rest assured we will be returning but next time will be when Napa isn't closed for winter

There wasn't anything not to like about Zoi ...but if I am looking for something minor maybe let people know where the hairdryer is hidden.. was in the only drawer I didn't look in
