We were misled by the pics of sandy beaches on Booking as we eventually had to walk like half an hour every day to reach them. The closest beach/coastline was really rocky and difficult to get in while we had picked a beachfront hotel specifically having the sandy beaches in mind for a relaxed vacation.

Very friendly and helpful staff, reception and kitchen. We used breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and various, especially dinner.

Most of the guests were young adults. Despite the fact that hotel music always stopped at midnight, they continued screaming and singing till early morning. The hotel management should to undertake measures to regulate behaviour of the quests aimed to ensure peaceful rest of the hotel quests.

Great hotel for the price! After reading some of the more negative reviews I was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was great, very comfy bed, lovely balcony, fantastic view of the pool and the sea, really beautiful. We got a great price (November, low season), for the price I felt it was fantastic value. The hotel is about 300 metres from sea, on a rocky beach, the nearest sandy beach is about 10min walk, which didnt bother us, the walk was beautiful. We booked also breakfasts and dinner, it was not amazing, but not bad at all, every day a bit different. Staff at the reception was very helpful.

In the restaurant there is at the moment mostly Russian staff, that never smiles and is not very helpful.

Very nice small hotel. Just reopened and i do not know how long was it closed.

1. Probably a 3 star hotel rather than 4 but it just reopened. 2. No espresso machine. Due to a medical problem i can not consume other beverages similar with espresso. The machines that they have are making a style of espresso. 3. Some utilities have to be rechecked. Open wiring switches, room ventilation not enough but for few days is ok.

The room was ok, clean and tidy, pretty new. The breakfast was nice, the dinners too, a very precious variety of choice for every day. The book was ok as well, the territory was clean and nice.

There was one receptionist who was very rood, and as she checked us in, the first impression was not very positive. So if you meet her, just ignore her, as the rest of the staff are much nicer. The cleaners have been ignoring our "do not disturb" signs and knocking/entering the room when we were sleeping inside. The hotel doesn't have a private sandy beach, but there is a beach with stones. very close to a lot of shops, amusement park, 15 min from a sandy public beach where you can get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for 7 euros.

The pool made for a very nice and relaxing environment. In June there was always available sunbeds and space to enjoy. The hotel looks like it went through a modernization / refurbish and everything was brand new and clean in the rooms. I would definitely return and feel like we got good value with the daily included breakfast. There is a bus stop out front that takes you directly to the aqua park and other beaches so that was quite nice.

The mini fridge was connected to the auto turn off power system when no room key was inserted so we had to leave one of our keys in the slot in the room all the time to keep our food/drinks cold. Not a huge deal though.

Room size. View. Food. Pool plenty of sunbeds. Water was warm. Sea front walks to the harbour and nissi beach lovely …

Noisy loud people, playing music loudly around the pool. The choice of ambient music inside the restaurant and outside pool bar was just not in keeping with a relaxing time. Party at night not during the day! Reception staff didn’t speak English. Cocktails had cheap watered down booze and they used squash instead of juice - yuk! The nissi road is outside the property it’s awful with broken paving and pot holes and too noisy motor bikes and dune buggies whizzing up and down - and crowded and this in the outskirts of ayia napa.

THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH NEXT TO THE HOTEL, THE PICTURES LIE!! Sea view, buffet food was unexpectably good Outside pool area super nice

Cold weather in April, baby cot not in the room when we arrived and the staff could not fix the problem until the next day, sauna limited only to 30 minutes per day. First they insisted the spa area is not included although I had called Booking.com in beforehand and they said I should have an own sauna in the room - be aware the way they sell the rooms is misleading. The elevators should be repaired they felt like not working properly. They played tecno music in the inside spa area and that loud, I would have needed earplugs!! Horrible!!!! Not relaxing at all. The bathroom was SUPER OLD.

Room was comfortable with complimentary wine, water and fruit on arrival in the room along with tea/coffee and the usual bathroom items of shower gel and shampoo Food range and standard was adequate - not as much choice as other hotels I have stayed in across Cyprus but the dining room was very quiet so completely understandable to avoid wastage (I guess due to the location, many guests never made breakfast or lunch due to sleeping after some late nights - early mornings up on the strip!) Drinks were good (tip if you want a cold coffee don't pay the €3 for a frappe, instead ask for a latte off the drinks menu and a cup of ice, tip in and ask for a top up with milk!) Plenty of sun loungers 10/15min walk to the strip meaning no noise from loud bars and clubs We were a group of 6 ladies between 21 & 40+ away for a weekend for some relaxation and a bit of a night out and this hotel suited our needs perfectly

The hotel has a fantastic location right next to the beach. There was a lovely range of food for breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were constantly going around removing used plates. The pool I did not use but it was very nice. The pool bar food was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful side view of the sea. Beautiful trees around you.

The carpet along the hallways were very dirty from stains, but this does not impact me directly. The beds were uncomfortable. They felt like cardboard. I have lumbar disc problems, but the bed caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. The staff do not communicate via booking.com. The spa isn't really a spa. I left my number for a massage and no response.
