Spent 5 days in Napa Jay Hotel with my husband and impressions are very positive. Here are some Pros from our experience: 1. Ideal location, very close to cafees, restaurants, stores, beach 2. Very friendly reception staff, ready to help always and all possible ways 3. Good kitchen and bar, food is fresh, cofee is very tasty, service is attentive and lovely. 4. Good pool with both options finding place under the Sun and shade next to it. Thank you to the staff, especially Hristo Hristov who is very interesting person with sharp sense of humor). Hope to see you guys in the future.

The only thing that was bad for us is the slow cleaning service. 3 hours to wait for room cleaning is quite long IMO. Also there was no air conditioning in bathroom and we couldn't find hair dryer in the room. Those are the things that we didn't like, but overall it was nice experience.

Nice location in the very centrr of everything. Superclean, great staff. Special thanks for Christo (in charge of breakfast), Olga and Marianna at the reception - so helpful and great! Few minor issues were solved very fast The breakfast is very good, the croissans were fresh baked. Highly recommended. Two tips: our room was a pool view, but the Luna park around was quite loud. The next tip: if you come from Larnaca airport, take tha bus stop ar Aya NPSquare, nearr the Aphrodite shop, it is 5 min walk to the hotel.

I want to thank the hotel for the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. They responded very quickly to our requests or comments, and also helped us with calling a taxi or looking for things that fell from the balcony due to the wind. I would also like to note that the price of this hotel is equal to the quality. The breakfasts were not bad (the same every day), it was easy to find something to eat and it was quite tasty. The cleaners cleaned the room perfectly every day and did a quality job. The window insulation is also good, even with the fact that the hotel is located near the road. As for the location of the hotel, there are both pros and cons. It takes 15 minutes to walk to a normal sandy beach, but on the other hand, there are many restaurants near the hotel. The pool at the hotel is clean and you can swim. The biggest advantage for me was a good Wi-Fi because I was able to work.

It was not every day that the cleaners brought gels and shampoos. But when we asked, they brought it.

I loved to stay here! As a female single traveller I felt safe and the room is really comfortable! It's clean, close to everything and great breakfast! I would stay here again for sure!

The bath water didn't drain, but they can easily fix that. My room had a connecting door to other room, but it was quiet and safe. The receptionist told me to not worry and the room was empty so no noise at all! I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Location, value for money. The receptionist at check-in time (14:00) and bar/pool area lady were fantastic!

The evening receptionist was quite rude. There was no response from her twice when I greeted her with "hello," and when I had a question, she seemed annoyed (receptionist at check-in time was fantastic). The WiFi in the room was not the best, kept losing signal. Two single beds were requested (and confirmation email received), but one double bed was in the room. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle to ask for another room.

Great location in central Agia Napa, renovated hotel with all we needed for 2 nights. Breakfast was pretty good and staff very friendly and helpful.

It does get pretty noisy at night due to the proximity to the fair - bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Value for money might not be great, depending on the rates you pay. I would not pay the normal room rate (currently 200€ for a double room) but with a combination of genius, mobile only discount and 10% back it was good value for us.

My wife and I were very satisfied. Friendly staff, free parking in the hotel parking lot, rich breakfast and a pleasant environment. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, there is also an luna park near the hotel, but it closes at midnight, so it does not disturb. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The only small minus for us was that the TV in the room had an EU plug, so it didn't fit with the socket in the wall, we had to use our adapter :)

Everything was great. Hotel is in the center of Agia Napa and a few meters from Paliatso Luna Park. It offers parking, pool, table tennis and tennis for free which is amazing. Rooms were clean and have great view. Breakfast contains variety of options for all people (even vegetarian) and personel is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and i will stay again when i visit Agia Napa. Thanks

Everything was perfect. Clean room, excellent service. Breakfast was perfect. Excellent location. Nice view to see from balcony. large room large bathroom. Cleaning room every day and change towels. Professional staff. Greetings to Ms. Mariana and Mr. Cristo, was very professional, polite and friendly. Thank you very much. You makes my vacation perfect.

Breakfast was good. The staff who worked in the morning was awesome! She always had a smile on her face early in the morning and even making jokes. Loved her! The location was really good, I don’t mind outdoor sound at all, I honestly can’t sleep if it’s totally quiet. So, for me this was perfect. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if one wants peace and quiet, but if you don’t mind it - go for it! Everything about this hotel was good for me.
