A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location in the city center, lovely room, hygiene at a high level – the rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided daily, which is very important, especially during the summer. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. What I would praise the most is the great atmosphere in the hotel and the very friendly staff (special greetings to our favorite receptionist 🥰 and of course Christo), who truly made our vacation better and made us feel at home. Nice pool and a perfect spot to relax after the beach, with a bar and the best cocktails in town (also thanks to Christo haha 🫶🏻). All in all, we loved everything about this place, especially the amazing staff who were always there to help with anything we needed. A solid 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back!

We would consider staying here again on a future trip. A Modern and Convenient Base for Exploring Ayia Napa Overall, we had a very positive experience during our 2-night stay at the Napa Jay Hotel. It's a great choice for those looking to be close to the action while enjoying modern comforts. What we liked: The hotel is perfectly situated. It was just a short walk to the main square with all the nightlife, and also within reasonable walking distance to some beautiful beaches and the harbour. We didn't need a car for most things. Our room felt fresh and recently updated. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the August heat, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job keeping it spotless. The pool was the highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a great vibe during the day. We were always able to find a sunbed. All staffs were welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much.

Spent 5 days in Napa Jay Hotel with my husband and impressions are very positive. Here are some Pros from our experience: 1. Ideal location, very close to cafees, restaurants, stores, beach 2. Very friendly reception staff, ready to help always and all possible ways 3. Good kitchen and bar, food is fresh, cofee is very tasty, service is attentive and lovely. 4. Good pool with both options finding place under the Sun and shade next to it. Thank you to the staff, especially Hristo Hristov who is very interesting person with sharp sense of humor). Hope to see you guys in the future.

The only thing that was bad for us is the slow cleaning service. 3 hours to wait for room cleaning is quite long IMO. Also there was no air conditioning in bathroom and we couldn't find hair dryer in the room. Those are the things that we didn't like, but overall it was nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Ayia Napa, and the breakfast was just as expected. Our room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed, which made our stay even better.

On the downside, the WiFi signal was quite weak, so I ended up using my mobile data most of the time. The room could have been cleaner, especially in the corners of the floor, and there was some mold in the air conditioner that needs attention.

PERFECT location next to luna park CLEAN (very) FRIENDLY for all especially families. All staff are perfect especially CHRISTOS .. he was playing with my son, he cared about us at the breakfast, pool area, he is PERFECT.Thank you Christo for all. All staff was great Petros, Georgia, Alex, Ilonka also Maria for the room service and all girls at the reception. All are very kind. Every day the manager was there just to ensure that all was working fine. Will definitely come back next summer. Thank you Napa Jay for nice hospitality.

Definitely value for money, the hotel had everything we needed. The room was clean and had a balcony, and the hotel is in a great location, with lots of restaurants nearby and the sea just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, made us feel welcome. The pool was small but probably this is why the water was so warm - it was great, I didn't want to get out.

The breakfast options were rather limited, but still, cannot say that I couldn't find everything I wanted. One of the pool's walls was dirty (kind of green) on our first day but on the second one it was cleaned.

Nice location in the very centrr of everything. Superclean, great staff. Special thanks for Christo (in charge of breakfast), Olga and Marianna at the reception - so helpful and great! Few minor issues were solved very fast The breakfast is very good, the croissans were fresh baked. Highly recommended. Two tips: our room was a pool view, but the Luna park around was quite loud. The next tip: if you come from Larnaca airport, take tha bus stop ar Aya NPSquare, nearr the Aphrodite shop, it is 5 min walk to the hotel.

Honestly this hotel is one of the best in the whole of Ayia Napa, in terms of location it’s perfect, the rooms are modern, clean, and really just so nice. The balconies have a fab view of everything going on, such as the fare. Air con is the best ever! We was blown away by how great this hotel was, for the price. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. The staff was really helpful and friendly!

I loved to stay here! As a female single traveller I felt safe and the room is really comfortable! It's clean, close to everything and great breakfast! I would stay here again for sure!

The bath water didn't drain, but they can easily fix that. My room had a connecting door to other room, but it was quiet and safe. The receptionist told me to not worry and the room was empty so no noise at all! I would recommend this hotel for sure!

Location, value for money. The receptionist at check-in time (14:00) and bar/pool area lady were fantastic!

The evening receptionist was quite rude. There was no response from her twice when I greeted her with "hello," and when I had a question, she seemed annoyed (receptionist at check-in time was fantastic). The WiFi in the room was not the best, kept losing signal. Two single beds were requested (and confirmation email received), but one double bed was in the room. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle to ask for another room.
