Very close to the center but a little out of the way so the nights were peaceful and quiet I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel – thank you for the warm hospitality and overall great service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

Everything was really nice, but I wanted to mention one small thing: in the kitchenette area, it would have been helpful to have some basic dishwashing supplies (like detergent and a sponge), since there were dishes, utensils, and pots available for use. The beds were really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a perfect temperature. However, I noticed that the duvet didn’t have a duvet cover, and it was more like a day blanket, which was a bit worn out. It would have been more comfortable with a duvet cover. Overall, I would definitely consider staying again and recommend the hotel to others. Thank you again for your service!

Check-in was quick. The room was located in the first floor and conveniently accesses from the pool area (note that the pool area in the photo is not the same, this is misleading and they should remove these photos. Room was renovated and clean except ants in the bathroom. They gave us fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling alcohol on arrival which was a lovely surprise. A/C working great in both rooms, balcony area was nice. The breakfast was also good and we were happy with the options.

It seems to be catered for younger crowns and the music in the pool was ridiculously loud, not pleasant. I don’t mind the music as it was a great playlist but it should be a few levels lower for a nicer experience. Also due to drunks around, the lifeguard was more a baby sitter constantly trying to keep the safety, I think they should have a “pool moderator” instead of a lifeguard. Guests should be told in arrival about basic pool rules that should be added on a board in the rooms as well. It says no food or drinks from outside but I saw this was not enforced. The club sandwich I ordered as soon as we arrived was off, this was a concern but thank goodness the breakfast was better.

All the waiter is really good. Really helpful also the girls on reception are so kind and explane you even the small details. They make up and clean your room every day, even if you didn't ask.

No one answered on the phone at reception I call a couple of times in deferent hours. Only the night receptionist guy (Stavros), I think, is him name. It is very rough. On simple questions like where is hotel parking or How i can find my room. Parking is outside, and your room is upstairs. That is not professional for me. Also parking is very small and aweys is full when I ask him where I can stop now he say on street is free no worries about penalty. And I believe him, and in the 3th day, I get a penalty. For me, it is not enough professional for this position.

Anthea Hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, in walking distance to the harbour, Parko Paliatso (entertainment park), many beaches. This was our fourth stay here, so this tells our relation to this hotel, we simply love it. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, half-board was much better than in the previous years. Its central location, comfort, services, kind staff werw excellent. It worth its price. I definitely recommend it.

Just one thing: I think at the dinner a jug of simple water should be free for all the tables. Sometimes it was free, other days it was for a fee.

We rate this Hotel with 9. The general impression is positive. I would have to emphasize about the meals. In this place there are more food and tastier food than in other significantly more expensive hotels in Ayia Napa. The only negative impression was the check in. On the website it says at 2pm, our room was not ready 1 hour later. The staff tried to correct this in several ways, which is positive. There is no need for that. It's simple. Check out is at 12, that is too late so let it be at 10am and until 2pm there will be enough time to clean all the rooms to guests can come in it at 2pm

Room facilities are very good , hotring/kettle /toaster/fridge. Aircon is good. Maids are attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast has excellent range of fruit, pastries, yogurt, cheese , ham , ' full English breakfast', toast, rolls, juices , tea , coffee, cereals. Hotel is very well located on nissi avenue, 5 minute walk to beach /harbour/monastery/ bars/restaurants/bus stop / and not forgetting ZORBAS bakery . We didn't use pools this time , but have on previous visit . There's also a laundry facility, and 24 hour reception .

Nothing to complain about .

The localisation is perfect. Just in the center. The room have been cleaned and the towels changed every day (not thursday and sunday). The swimming pool is very cool and big. There is a lot of young people in the hotel !

The kitchen miss some equipements like salt, sponge, dish savon, oil… The music is too loud all the afternoon so you can’t sleep after 12h. We had a problem with the fridge and the personal don’t help us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. What made our experience even more special was meeting the Ukrainian employees—they were so kind and attentive, which made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also had a fantastic view of the town and McDonald’s, which was a fun little detail. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the sea. Visiting off-season was a great choice because it was peaceful and relaxing, but I can only imagine how wonderful it must be during peak season. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely return.

Hotel is totally fine.Location is great-bus stations for beaches are near (101 and 102) very nice bakeries and taverns.Beds were very comfortable we were sleeping like babies! Air conditioning 10/10. We were having new towels every morning.Pool is not like on the pictures but its nice area with trees and good music all day.If you are light sleeper book room which is not on the street with ocean view. Specious balcony where you can dry your clothes. Smell of hotel vlwas very pleasant.

Bring your own hairdryer.

Good location just in the corner of city, on the Nissi ave.which is full of shops,restaurantarts or attractions (and not so loud in the night). To the best beaches its a litlle bit far, mainly with a small child to walk (next time we would rent a car). Rooms are renovated, not super new but nice and comfortable. Food was tasty and good looking, breakfast chooseable and dinner always something different so we were satisfied. Stuff was helpful, they make fun with small children...we got some food packed because of early check out. Definitely recommend the hotel, we would come back.

Maybe only rooms without TV but it wasnt neccesery.
