The localisation is perfect. Just in the center. The room have been cleaned and the towels changed every day (not thursday and sunday). The swimming pool is very cool and big. There is a lot of young people in the hotel !

The kitchen miss some equipements like salt, sponge, dish savon, oil… The music is too loud all the afternoon so you can’t sleep after 12h. We had a problem with the fridge and the personal don’t help us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, the service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. What made our experience even more special was meeting the Ukrainian employees—they were so kind and attentive, which made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also had a fantastic view of the town and McDonald’s, which was a fun little detail. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the sea. Visiting off-season was a great choice because it was peaceful and relaxing, but I can only imagine how wonderful it must be during peak season. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely return.

Good location just in the corner of city, on the Nissi ave.which is full of shops,restaurantarts or attractions (and not so loud in the night). To the best beaches its a litlle bit far, mainly with a small child to walk (next time we would rent a car). Rooms are renovated, not super new but nice and comfortable. Food was tasty and good looking, breakfast chooseable and dinner always something different so we were satisfied. Stuff was helpful, they make fun with small children...we got some food packed because of early check out. Definitely recommend the hotel, we would come back.

Maybe only rooms without TV but it wasnt neccesery.

We found the staff really friendly; the breakfast and dinner that we had included in the price were really satisfying and with a wide choice at the buffet. I would also like to specify that the structure was very helpful in providing separate gluten-free options to ensure customer safety. We were surprised to discover, upon our arrival, that the room assigned to us was of a higher category than the one we booked, much more spacious. In short: if you are looking for a structure that allows you to relax, with kind and efficient staff, and good food ready to welcome you, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room and the structure was not excellent.

The rooms are very spacious and balconies are large. We didnt use any offfered amenities but they are very find quality. The people in the hotel are nice welcoming and helpful. We needed a later checkout and it was no problem. We had halfboard that was very tasteful and the food was of high quality. New towels every second day.

The hotel usually accomodates young Brits which can be disturbing for some people due to the noise. The food is tasteful but especially breakfasts could be more various and not everyday the same repeating. The rooms very made up quite ok but tons of dust everywhere need to be better cleaned.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the harbor, Luna Park, and several beaches. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and guest-oriented. The breakfast is normal: it would be better if the food wasn't the same every day and if they added some local dishes and sweeties to the menu. The rooms are satisfactorily arranged and equipped. A special thanks to the Ukrainian girl at the reception and the man we met at breakfasts. This was my second visit, and I will definitely return.

-The fully renovated Superior rooms are spacious and well equipped and comfortable for a family with children. -The large balcony looking the pool, and the DJ at the pool is like being in a party, for us it was a plus. -The rooms a spotless clean. -WiFi works well through the property. -A complementary Bottle of wine was provided. -Late checkout provided by the GM complementary and extra fresh towels also provided on request -Inna at the Reception was very professional check in was very quick and smooth and she is an asset to the hotel, keep up the good work well done, one of the top receptionists I’ve seen. -Breakfast was good and freshly cooked and the manager and staff were amazing. -Pool bar provided refreshing beverages and food was freshly prepared from the main kitchen, George and Elisavet were very professional and hard working. -There was an African man at the pool bar cleaning around the pool collecting empty bottles and plastic cups was not up to the standards and he should be provided training on how to treat customers as his approach was absolutely wrong and after we complained he apologized George at the pool knows about the incident. -The coffee shop makes a variety of Coffee. - This is a hotel that will give you a party vibe and we loved it. -Many youngsters at the pool and the vibe was great. -Great Location in the heart of Agia Napa opposite of the Luna Park. For sure will visit again, thank you.

-The Lobby is not well furnished. -Attention to details. -No TV in Room. There is a margin for further improvements.

3rd time staying here , location is perfect , easy access to nissi avenue and bus stops, beaches and harbour within 5 minutes walk, monastery is 2 minutes up the road . Bars and restaurants , including the strip are only minutes away also . Room very comfortable and clean , good aircon , facilities for tea/coffee making , also toaster and hotplate , excellent maid service . Breakfast is very good value , plenty of choice . There is also pleasant hotel bar serving good selection of drinks . Swimming pools are excellent, there's also pool bars .

The location is perfect if you want to be near bus stops (bus 101, 102) and near clubs, in the centre, near all pubs and shops. Food is really good. There is a pool, although we haven't used it because the sea is perfect. The staff is nice, especially the guy who was collecting our dishes in the evening. If you want a quiet place to stay, this isn't it, because music can be heard until midnight, sometimes even more. Bus for young is perfect. Plus, we had a free upgrade to the lux apartment

There is some weird smell in the room, possibly water

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is in Nissi Avenue where all the cafes and restaurants are. So you don't need vehicle to go anywhere. Amazing location, very central. Also, the premises are very well maintained and the rooms spacious. The pool is nice too, even though it can get crowded.

The breakfast and dinner buffets could be enhanced a little to provide a bigger variety of foods. The items I tried were all tasty, but the variety was rather limited. Also, there could be a little better housekeeping, for example to change the towels more often and to refill the soap dispenser when needed. These were the only things we pointed out. The overall cleanliness was very good.
