We booked this hotel, because the location for us was perfect. We were over in January, and loved their restaurant, so decided to come back, and try out this hotel. The rooms were huge, and had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds.

The only issue we had was the noise. Every morning at 5.30am you hear the local church bells ringing. Also there was a bar just across the main street, that played loud music until 2am every night. After the first night, we invested in earplugs, which resolved the issue. Obviously the hotel cannot do anything about the noise, and it wouldn't put us off in the future.

Good size of the room. Lots of light. Decent bed. Good shower, good towels. Pretty nice bar/restaurant next door (main street), remember to ask the reception for 10% discount voucher. Free parking (but it fills quickly, and we were off-season). Overall, good value for money in a rather nondescript party town.

Room is a bit... tired, could use some fresh paint. TV is supposedly a "smart" one, but it's not connected to internet and firmware blocks editing its configuration - hence, no YouTube/Netflix/...; we weren't able to get Chromecast to work either. We had a mouse in the room (came from the hole behind a mini-fridge). Informed the reception desk, they weren't suprised. There was a misunderstanding with the final invoice (wasn't given one), but sorted it via email.

Very friendly staff, clean well kept complex, nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional customer service from the reception team. Ideal location and a bonus having a free car park. I would highly recommend this complex, a hidden gem!

How rooms are allocated. More thought needs to be put into mixing, older couples, young people and families. However the noise issues were dealt with promptly, only to be expected at this time of year.

The girls from the reception were amazing. If you have any problems they will definitely help you. An environment friendly and professional team.

Being next to the city center the music can be loudly each night ..so you must pay attention to this .

Great location nice spacious room hard to find in ayia napa. Very nice staff willing to help you. Specially Nafsika at the reception went that extra mile to find us a better room and with pool view and we are very grateful about this!

The rooms that aren’t at the pool they need some kind of restoration. Keep in mind that their are a lot of stairs if you are staying to the top rooms

Located in the heart of Ayia Napa. There was a decent living room and a big bedroom. The balcony was isolated from the neighboring apartment, so we had complete privacy. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking and making tea. The swimming pool was quite good, although we didn’t use it much, given the beach was only 10-15min away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We liked that it was super clean and mostly hosted by women who were really sweet to us. Price was perfect for such a good place

We paid for renting the adapters (5€ each) and after wanting to return them, knowing that the reception works 24/7 there was no one available, we called and tried to reach out but no one appeared, that was bad because we didn’t know to whom we could leave our hotel cards. I tried to reach out to them via booking.com two times but I was always left on delivered. It’s strange because people from the reception (especially Yulia) was really nice

Everything is perfect here. It's our best stay in Aya napa. Very comfortable apartment. Well equipment kitchen. Good location. Between the best restaurants Sage and Liquid and in the middle of Aya napa, can easily walk to everywhere. The apartment is very bright and clean. Every day they change towels and every second day change the bed cover. The swimming pool is nice, enough to chill and cool in the afternoon. Very friendly cleaning staff and reception. They were always glad to help. We were feeling at home in this apartment. Highly recommended!!!
