Great value for money. Perfect location, market nearby, beach and restaurants 10-15 min walk. Comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen.

Some small improvements are needed - rusty screws could be changed, but it's not a deal-braker.

What you see in the photos is what you get 😉 Clean, big, comfortable bed, TV, air conditioner, balcony and a small kitchen to cook whatever you want 😀 The location is very close to the city center, about 10 minutes walk. You also have a swimming pool and breakfast (7.5 euro per person) at the property. Good communication with the host. Good price for this location in June. I would give it a 8.3-8.4 out of 10.

Walls are too thin, you can hear almost everything . Some ants, but I think this is a Cyprus problem, almost in every apartment I've stayed in Cyprus had ants.

Really small bathroom, could barely move in there. Also super small sink, and you have nowhere to put your cosmetics.

Clean and quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day. At night is usualy quiet, you can hear (if you open the terrace), the truck from cleaning streets in the morning. And, as always, you can hear loud people in other apartments, but, to be honest, that is not their responsibility... Otherwise, it is recommended! You have all that you need. The keys for safe you can seek at the reception, with the deposit of €10. The pool and the reception are in the other building - Mia apartments (the next in the line). The staff were very fast, helpful and friendly. There is an elevator in the building, so I'm sure that the entrance is also suitable for disabled people. The location is a little on the hill, but not so big elevation.

The only complaint that I have is maybe a small terrace. And, other thing, we've been there for 10 nights, and our sheets were changed after 7th. Maybe, that could be better.. I don't know, maybe in the middle of stay to change it... But, if I told them, they would sertanely change it. And, the bed, for my taste, it's a bit softy...

we had some problem of communication, l got the info about the key and system of check in quite late, it arrived during our flight to Larnaca and then l did not have an internet . so when we arrived to the hotel there was nobody and l was almost panicked. fortunately it has been solved after a while. hopefully next time the communication could be earlier. but we were quite satisfied of our staying !

A comfortable place where you can relax. The staff was nice, the cleaning lady passed by every morning to clean and give us new towels, the kitchen was equipped enough so we were able to cook. The place is close enough to any important landmarks here but it's quiet so you can sleep well. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Generally, everything was good. The shower didn't have hot water immediately, which is why it's good to let the water flow for a couple of minutes and then it's perfect. Not a real flaw, but for someone it might be inconvenient.

The location is good and the staff is very kind and wants to help. Our room was clean and our towels were changed twice in our seven day stay. The breakfast could be had at Mia Hotel next door and we could have used the pool there also.

The only problem were the ants that showed up if we left the bread open in the kitchen (we put it in the fridge in the end). And perhaps the downstairs beds were short for people taller than 170cm.

Apartment clean and comfy , location is super. 5 minutes on foot to main square.

Check in is late (15:00)- check out is early(11:00) . Needs to be improved

I really loved my stay at River View Boutique Apartments. Calm, lovely place and still less than 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The room was very cosy, clean, modern and well kept, with kitchenette and with basic kitchen utensils. Breakfast and the happy hour with drinks in the afternoon at the adjacent hotel possible. The staff were really friendly and especially the hotel manager, Mr. George was very helpful. I will be delighted to choose the River View Boutique apartments on my next stay in Ayia Napa again.

Amazing for a short stay! Clean and very well presented. Great water pressure in the shower, basic kitchen amenities too, and a comfortable bed. But the gem was the staff. As I came off season, the reception was handled at the Mia Hotel Apps right next door. I didn’t take the name of the gentleman at the reception, but him and Eva, another receptionist, were both excellent. Pre-arrival questions through Booking.com were answered fast and well, the check in and check out were fast and smooth. When I had an issue with the TV, Eva came right up to help, and even though she’s new she was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They both made the stay great. I quickly intersected with a lady from the cleaning team and she was also all smiles and very kind. The staff was just excellent.
