Staff were really kind and helpful. We had to check out at 6am so they had prepared a breakfast to go for us. All hotel areas were well maintained, the room was cleaned everyday, and the towels were changed daily. Food was solid, there were a lot of different options everyday for both breakfast and dinner. It was nice having also healthy options like egg whites with salmon, chia pudding, lots of salads, etc. The newly opened rooftop bar has a great view and is a perfect chill out spot. The location is great too, in the center, really close to the bus stop and the beach.

everything is so clean ( bathroom, pool, room and etc.) The lightest point of this hotel is its staff. everyone is very sociable, helpful and friendly. Also the location is perfect near the city center and 5-6 minutes away from the nice beach. Also there is the luggage room, where you can keep your things if you are about check out and still have a lot of time until the departure, so you can leave your bags there and go around the town.

The breakfast is the almost same all the day and it’s boring somehow, but still can find something delicious to eat. Also the swimming pool closes so early I think, about 5-6 o’clock

Location, breakfast, staff. They greeted us warmly. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they let us have breakfast free of charge and enjoy the pool before our room was ready.

The towels in our room didn’t look very clean, mine had some black stains on it. Even if it had been washed, it didn’t feel safe to use so i didn’t. We had two rooms, and in my friends’ room, the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, which made showering difficult for them. It was also extremely noisy at night, people were partying everyday which is definitely not hotel’s fault, but since the balconies are right next to the pool and we were on the first floor, we had no privacy and it was very disturbing to sleep around midnight hours.

The hotel was very nice, the bar had good cocktails, the pool nice, although we didn't go in the busy hours, it was clean. For the rooms that are near the pool I guess it was even better for the view and the vibe. The breakfast was very good, it exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly, for us even more as there were romanians in the staff. :) The room was cleaned daily, which was helpful because of all the sand, and also fresh towels every two days plus products for you in the bathroom. I loved that we had coffee, and tea in the room, very nice. The location of the hotel is very good, close to bus stations, big stores, and 10 min walk to a great beach, Melissi Beach. It was very good for us and I would definitely go back there. I think the price was fair for the facilities we had overall.

I would put some little carpet at the entrance of the rooms because the floor would get dirty fast, after we came to our room from the pool or the sea. Also, I would work a little to make the hallway to the room where we stayed more pleasant and work a little on humidity there. Also, the bathroom needed some improvements, as the shower had water drips (not big ones) from other places and also there was a screw near the shower where you could hurt yourself. I would note that these were minor inconveniences and I did not state that to the staff then, I am sure they would have been open to receive this feedback, but I am only saying this now to help, for the future, for an even better experience for other tourists and even myself. :)

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was extraordinary with lot of choice. Also there is a rooftop bar which has a beautiful sea view ( I would recommend cocktails and snack in the bar especially). Also, the hotel is near to few beautiful beaches (10 min by walk) such as Limanaki and Grecian beaches, as well as Ayia Napa harbour. The city center is about 5-10 min by walk with many good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and polite.

A friend of the customers was severely sick with an ear infection, the 18-19 year old joung adults did everything for him who had booked no room and the hotel staff supported them with an extra bed at reasonable charge, they made soups as he had troubles chewing etc and everybody was human and helpful- its no more self evident these days… Thanks a lot to the great Team!

Location is amazing it's close to centar, very close to the beach, close to bus stations if you want to go to protaras, at perfect location for everything but also you have peace, breakfast was amazing, staff was fantastic and helpfull for every question that we had, rooms very clean as the whole hotel. Just perfect 10 for everything, and we will again choose this hotel for next time. Also it was my birthday so I had suprise waiting for me at our room. Thanks for everything

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. Regular towel changes and a large balcony added to the comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with prompt replenishment of trays. Food and Cocktails by the pool were outstanding, with great taste, beautiful presentation, and an unbeatable price of €5 for drink and 12€ for food (burger). Special thanks to the friendly bartender, Mr. Nik, for his excellent service. Highly recommended.

The only downside was a faulty shower handle, resulting in splashing water, which made using the smaller shower option less ideal. Despite this minor inconvenience, our stay was highly enjoyable and recommended.

The morning shift female receptionist was so gentle and helpful, she went out of her way to call our excursion company to double check that transportation was on their way. The breakfast and dinner buffet staff was very friendly, food was very fresh and delicious with a huge variety. We appreciated that the hotel upgraded our room for free with a huge patio overlooking the ocean view. We enjoyed the pool very much and the additional amenities were excellent, including the showers, gym & luggage room. We were still able to use these amenities after we checked out that same day. Amazing value for being in the heart of Ayia Napa, walking distance to everything, and lovely beach hotel ambiance.

The bed comforter wasn't fluffy enough. There were a group of guests that were very loud (arguing) by the bar area around 11pm outside and no one told them to quiet down.

I liked the new rooftop bar/sun area. Children under 14 arent allowed up there. I liked that the all inclusive lunch and snacks were made to order, the food is so good this way! Rooms were a good size & clean, nice bathroom.

Not all cocktails were included with all inclusive Water pressure in the shower isnt great Pillows are very uncomfortable! People coming in from the strip at all hours, i was woken up 2am & 5am one night.
