The reception staff was really nice The buyer made it is also super friendly and professional. The pool view is amazing even The small Seaview that we have from the rooms. Location is perfect for those who want some peace from loud music from the party area

The pool inside, and the Jacuzzi were dirty, it’s a shame that they don’t take care of it, as well as the rest of the hotel, which is clean. so it’s a bit surprising. A smaller the detail the housekeeping entered in my room while I was sleeping twice, even if I put the non-disturb button

Room was very clean we got an update to the room with private swimming pool and we thank you for this , straight outside of our bedroom🙏 Staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The receptionist Anastasia helped us with the check in also we requested for an hour late check out due to the rain and she helped us with our request as well. The Restaurant manager Andreea is very professional and friendly also the staff at the bar I remember few names Anca, Iannick and Szymon also the rest of the staff all were very professional and friendly and also the lifeguard Vita. We were on all inclusive and breakfast lunch and dinner had a lot of variety of food and different every day. We are definitely going back to Eleana Hotel and I highly recommend it.

We liked everything about the property however It would have been nice if there was a bingo game or any other type of entertainment for those who just want to spend their holiday in the hotel. Also if it was possible the swimming pools outside the rooms to have been heated just thoughts I was having while I was there. Overall it’s fantastic and the excellent customer service played a huge role to our perfect weekend. Thank you!!

Rooms are fully renovated, modern style and clean. The whole hotel looks renovated and freshly painted. Poll was busy but not crowded. Great service on the pool bar. There is also indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi and steam bath that added value to our stay. Great variety for breakfast. We had dinner too and it was excellent.

we were asked by manager to advise what we did not like so they can improve... we did try to find something but we did not manage.

Stayed here for the second time. • perfect location, 2 minutes of walking from the center, but very quiet 👌🏾 • room with direct access to the pool is the best option • delicious breakfast

We booked it last minute (on the same day) on a day where everything is very busy (public Holiday for Cyprus) and the stay was beyond our expectations! Price was very reasonable, everything very clean, staff very friendly and polite, the hotel wasn't chaotic, very quick service, drinks and food by the pool as well as breakfast all fresh in reasonable prices and big portions. Highly recommended!!

Breakfast was great. Buffet that covers a range of bites. Location was modestly away from the bustling downtown while walking 🚶‍♂️ distance to chill out to feel the vibes. Perfect location at the junction of tranquility and nightlife enjoyment - with a room for both choices. 👌

Nothing much I can think of at the moment. Not far from Perfection for the value of money you happily spill.

The location of the hotel was great, you can go everywhere on foot. It was pretty clean, and has a good price.

I only chose breakfast, and honestly the variety was a bit poor, and the same during 5-6 days, also there was no air conditioning in the toilet at the room. This are minor issues but however

The pool was really nice and the sunbeds in the pool were very comfortable and convenient. Very good prices for cocktails and food. The staff was pleasant and happy to help. The location was very good as there were many cafes,restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

The breakfast and the food from the pool bar could be better. We will recommend adding a professional espresso machine in the pool bar for a better quality of coffee.
