Alion Beach Hotel continues to impress after our third stay. The Deck restaurant offered superb dining with excellent service from the attentive staff. Our Panoramic room was spacious, comfortable, and provided stunning views. The allocated sunbeds system is a brilliant touch. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike.

This hotel is unbelievably beautiful and has far exceeded our expectations. The services, food, cleanliness, and staff were all amazing—not to mention the stunning garden. The staff took care of us every single minute, ensuring we had everything we needed, including a constant supply of drinking water and perfect room cleanliness. We truly felt like we were in paradise. Breakfast and dinner were unique—everything was delicious and fresh (with an incredible variety of tasty salads), juicy fruit, desserts, sushi, and so much more. Sunbeds were available for us free of charge throughout the stay and reserved just for us. Every summer we choose a different destination for our holiday, but next summer we are definitely coming back to Alion Beach Hotel. Thank you for everything!!

There are many things that made our stay really good with a baby like the ease of access to the beach from the rooms. Same elevator takes you from rooms to breakfast to lobby to the pool and beach. Being able to reserve our sunbeds in the garden for the entire stay was great. The sandy beach front is public (and so beautiful) and you have to pay around 7 euros to reserve 2 sunbeds and an unbrella. The service of the pool restaurant was amazing and the food is really good with many options. It was my birthday so they got me a cake to the room. Every single staff member was beyond great and welcoming. They made sure we were happy our entire stay. We had a small problem when we got there but the manager and team directly fixed it and were very sorry for what happened. The location of the hotel is beautiful and very close to the market. I would definitely come back and can't recommend enough this hotel.

The whole stay was just incredible - Special regards for Vladimiros from the reception, he really made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. - The hotel is fresh, modern, very neat and clean. - The pool & beach area is incredible, offering a lot of natural shade as well. The pool was just perfect, the poolbar offers tasty food and it is very convenient to call a waiter and order at your sunbed with their system. They also bring out cold fruit cuts and cold towels for refreshment during the day. At first we were a bit surprised with the sunbed reservation scheme, however we soon realized it really does remove all the unnecessary fuss. - The beach is great with its powder sand, crystal clear water and in walking distance from Love Bridge rock formation. - Breakfast was very well organized and orderly, selection was perhaps a bit limited but to be fair I did not miss a thing. - Our room was spacious, room service is quick and efficient, cleaning was as expected. - The hotel has it's underground parking which is very convenient. There is a bus stop on the main road, but Ayia Napa center is already at a walking distance anyways. - The room was spacious with all amenities as described. - We stayed at other 5* hotels at Cyprus, but this one really stands out. Altogether a 10/10 for Alion!

Everything was just exceptional, beach, food, our room, hygiene. Dinner food was exceptional, so much variety, very high quality, we enjoyed it every single night. The room was very clean, cleaning ladies were there twice a day, towels smelled great and all hygiene products were very high quality as well - this is not something you get, no matter how good the hotel is. Costas who works at the cocktail bar makes the best cocktails! He was very friendly and kind, we enjoyed our nightcap every night. We will be back, definitely!

We loved everything! Spa treatments were great, but kind of overpriced in my opinion.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this remarkable hotel. It's peacefully nestled right by a stunning beach, surrounded by lush greenery and trees that create a serene ambiance around the pool area. The staff, especially Natasha and Athina at the reception, were outstanding in making my experience truly special.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden full of bougainvileas! We had everything we needed and more! The staff are excellent, polite, friendly and helpful! The pool is big and up to 2,10 metres in depth. The sea is right in front of the hotel and the water is turquoise. The food is amazing, delicious and made with fresh ingredients in all restaurants of the hotel. All restaurants have excellent and exciting vegan options that are permanently on the menu and clearly marked! The spa provides a wide range of massages and treatments; we were very relaxed after our massages! We could buy a six pack of water bottles from reception which is highly appreciated, since we did not want to around looking for markets to buy it. We wish we did not have to leave! We will definitely come again!!!

It would be great if the dishes that are vegan were clearly labelled at breakfast too; all other restaurants and the dinner buffet had labels that showed what is vegan.

Breakfast was excellent. The highlight was the freshly squeezed organge juice machine. The staff was exceptional. We travelled with a baby and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Always had smiles!! Rooms were very clean. Location of hotel was excellent since was connected to beach and walking distance to restaurants.

The only disappoined was the dinner buffet. We tried it the first night and the quality of the food was not very good and was very pricey. I would order a la cart or eat at nearby restaurants (10 minute walk).

I loved how the hotel was beach front. Staff were really nice.

You had to pre book beach lounges, so other guests would book front lounges for their entire stay, meaning many of the beach front ones remain empty for the entire day (as they do day trips etc). We had to use chairs facing a hedge so no view whilst the front 2 rows were empty for 2 days. I don’t think they should allow guests to book chairs for more than 1 day, so all paying guests get the opportunity to have beach front chairs..

Room was Ok, not very new, but was clean and had everything you need. But we did not stay in the room very long at all, as the whole property was beautiful, so that you will definitely not need the room for more than sleeping and showering. Breakfast was amazing, had everything somebody could possibly need and more, that meant event some cypriot specialities, definitely 10/10. We did not book the dinner buffet in advance, but used it twice. Is not cheap, but is definitely worth the money. Also a la carte restaurant is beautiful. Beach is really nice, I mean there are more beautiful in Cyprus, but more remote or overcrowded as Nissi Beach, but for a beach just in front of a Hotel it was one of the the best I have seen so far. Pool is also perfect, sunbeds and everything also. Really nothing to complain. You definitely see that the management has an eye on details as I have not seen one flaw in the facilites.

Just one negative point, the noise isolation of the park view rooms could be better, as you hear the noisy Quads running by the streets through the whole night. But that is a general problem to Agia Napa due to the party tourists. Also when we arrived the initial room was little bit smelly from smoke of propably some guest before that was tried to be covered by some perfume or so. Didnt really work and when we complained we got a another room with no discussion that was totally fine.
