Alion Beach Hotel continues to impress after our third stay. The Deck restaurant offered superb dining with excellent service from the attentive staff. Our Panoramic room was spacious, comfortable, and provided stunning views. The allocated sunbeds system is a brilliant touch. Highly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The city center is a 15-20 minute walk. The area around the hotel is quite quiet. The hotel's garden and courtyard are very sophisticated, tidy, with lots of plants and flowers. The beach is sandy, rocky inland, with seaweed, but this is not disturbing. There is a jet-ski rental next to the hotel, jet-skis go all day, but far enough from the shore. We were not disturbed. The hotel's sunbeds are perfect, there are shady and sunny areas. The pool and the bar around it are great. The whole hotel is clean, beautiful, renovated a few years ago. I would especially like to highlight the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff! The food was very delicious, varied and plentiful. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

There was no such thing.

For me, Alion is the best place to stay in Ayia Napa. It's central enough to be close to the action, yet secluded enough to avoid the noise from outside. The service is top-notch, and the staff, both at reception and in the restaurant were amazing. We enjoyed the food; we had lunch on our last day and the quality was excellent. It's a bit more expensive than other places, but the extra 15% is well worth it. Although we arrived late, the staff had kindly left sandwiches and fruit in our room, along with a bottle of wine—such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room. The views are stunning, and it’s even quieter. Be bold—spend the extra few euros. You won’t be disappointed.

Location is great. Next to beautiful beach. Staff was really helpful and friendly - at the reception, in the restaurants etc. You can book your sunbeds for the length of the trip. Reception ladies were very helpful also if we wanted to change the booking. Breakfast had many choices and everything was tasty. We tried also Asian night buffet - was also really impressive. But hint - you need to come early. By the middle of the night, most of the amazing sushi, for example, ran out. As well as some deserts. So people who came later already couldn't experience what we tasted. Clean. The hotel is old, but the rooms and the building inside is well renovated.

We were with small baby and couldn't really move around, so had to have all the meals in the hotel. There's not much choice of restaurants / variety and all of the food in the hotel was really overpriced. You cannot choose to have one day a budgeted lunch and then some fancy dinner, say. Food even at the pool bar was a pricey. We spent LOTS of money on food and drinks in the end. Just a note for parents - The baby cot they provide was not comfortable for a small baby (ours is 4 months only). It was very low with high bars. It should be okay though for bigger ones. Small swimming pool.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality – truly the most polite and attentive team I’ve ever encountered. The amenities were outstanding. Each morning started perfectly with a delicious breakfast where you can order the coffee of your choice (I loved the freddo espresso!) at no extra cost. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having “game” tables for card playing – such a fun detail. The location is ideal, with easy access to the beach, making it effortless to enjoy the sea whenever you like. The spa treatments were exceptional and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of all this, the hotel even offered a Happy Hour on one day with complimentary drinks and snacks – such a generous and enjoyable surprise! Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches, but what truly makes it shine is the remarkable staff. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

This hotel is unbelievably beautiful and has far exceeded our expectations. The services, food, cleanliness, and staff were all amazing—not to mention the stunning garden. The staff took care of us every single minute, ensuring we had everything we needed, including a constant supply of drinking water and perfect room cleanliness. We truly felt like we were in paradise. Breakfast and dinner were unique—everything was delicious and fresh (with an incredible variety of tasty salads), juicy fruit, desserts, sushi, and so much more. Sunbeds were available for us free of charge throughout the stay and reserved just for us. Every summer we choose a different destination for our holiday, but next summer we are definitely coming back to Alion Beach Hotel. Thank you for everything!!

There are many things that made our stay really good with a baby like the ease of access to the beach from the rooms. Same elevator takes you from rooms to breakfast to lobby to the pool and beach. Being able to reserve our sunbeds in the garden for the entire stay was great. The sandy beach front is public (and so beautiful) and you have to pay around 7 euros to reserve 2 sunbeds and an unbrella. The service of the pool restaurant was amazing and the food is really good with many options. It was my birthday so they got me a cake to the room. Every single staff member was beyond great and welcoming. They made sure we were happy our entire stay. We had a small problem when we got there but the manager and team directly fixed it and were very sorry for what happened. The location of the hotel is beautiful and very close to the market. I would definitely come back and can't recommend enough this hotel.

The whole stay was just incredible - Special regards for Vladimiros from the reception, he really made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped on the property. - The hotel is fresh, modern, very neat and clean. - The pool & beach area is incredible, offering a lot of natural shade as well. The pool was just perfect, the poolbar offers tasty food and it is very convenient to call a waiter and order at your sunbed with their system. They also bring out cold fruit cuts and cold towels for refreshment during the day. At first we were a bit surprised with the sunbed reservation scheme, however we soon realized it really does remove all the unnecessary fuss. - The beach is great with its powder sand, crystal clear water and in walking distance from Love Bridge rock formation. - Breakfast was very well organized and orderly, selection was perhaps a bit limited but to be fair I did not miss a thing. - Our room was spacious, room service is quick and efficient, cleaning was as expected. - The hotel has it's underground parking which is very convenient. There is a bus stop on the main road, but Ayia Napa center is already at a walking distance anyways. - The room was spacious with all amenities as described. - We stayed at other 5* hotels at Cyprus, but this one really stands out. Altogether a 10/10 for Alion!

Everything was just exceptional, beach, food, our room, hygiene. Dinner food was exceptional, so much variety, very high quality, we enjoyed it every single night. The room was very clean, cleaning ladies were there twice a day, towels smelled great and all hygiene products were very high quality as well - this is not something you get, no matter how good the hotel is. Costas who works at the cocktail bar makes the best cocktails! He was very friendly and kind, we enjoyed our nightcap every night. We will be back, definitely!

We loved everything! Spa treatments were great, but kind of overpriced in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden full of bougainvileas! We had everything we needed and more! The staff are excellent, polite, friendly and helpful! The pool is big and up to 2,10 metres in depth. The sea is right in front of the hotel and the water is turquoise. The food is amazing, delicious and made with fresh ingredients in all restaurants of the hotel. All restaurants have excellent and exciting vegan options that are permanently on the menu and clearly marked! The spa provides a wide range of massages and treatments; we were very relaxed after our massages! We could buy a six pack of water bottles from reception which is highly appreciated, since we did not want to around looking for markets to buy it. We wish we did not have to leave! We will definitely come again!!!

It would be great if the dishes that are vegan were clearly labelled at breakfast too; all other restaurants and the dinner buffet had labels that showed what is vegan.
