We opted for an early vacation at the very beginning of June and chose Ayia Napa because the air and sea temperatures are slightly higher compared to the rest of Cyprus. As an middle-aged , we wanted to stay near Pantachou Beach, so we selected the Gaia Sun N Blue Boutique Hotel. We are absolutely delighted with what this small, intimate hotel has to offer. The rooms have a side sea view, are spacious, bright, clean, and excellently and modernly equipped. The entire hotel is very pleasant and run by a small, carefully selected staff who are extremely kind and attentive. We would especially like to mention Vasilis from the management team and Anna at the front desk, who is originally from Poland and speaks several languages. Breakfast is almost the same every day but offers a wide variety of choices at the open buffet, which we found quite satisfying. The breakfast area is on level 0, at pool level, and has a lovely atmosphere. Dinner, during our stay, was priced at €20 per person and served in the ground-floor restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. What we appreciated most was the flexibility—we were not required to pre-pay but could check the buffet offerings each evening and decide whether to dine at the hotel or elsewhere. In our case, we dined several times at the hotel and on other occasions at some of the well-known tavernas in Ayia Napa. The hotel food was delicious, and I must praise the head chef, a young woman from Greece, though unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. The pool is small but nicely arranged and extremely clean. We often used it after returning from the beach. The atmosphere was relaxed, with no crowds, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available during this time of year. In the afternoons, the hotel bar on the shaded eastern side operates with both indoor seating and a lovely outdoor terrace. It also has two large flat-screen TVs where guests can follow sporting events.All in all, we had a wonderful stay

I would appreciate it if the hotel offered a complimentary drinking water delivery service. It’s not a major expense, but it greatly contributes to the comfort and relaxation of the stay.

Loved the pool, the nice stuff, the location! And of course the breakfasts! A quiet place, but in 200 meters you find all the convenient stores, restaurants and bars. They have soundproof windows that is one big plus🤍

We’ve booked 3 rooms and mine didn’t have a view at all! Inner courtyard view can be different and mine was unpleasant. The WiFi didn’t reach the balcony and it was upsetting. Trouble to reach a stable water temperature in the shower. One wrong move and the water is boiling hot, another move and it’s ice cold😅

Everything. It’s close to beach, and it is close to the city. You have a bus station by the hotel. You can rent the beach towels so you don’t have to bring yours. Staff is super friendly and always ready to give you needed informations and recommendations. Breakfast has good selection of food (eggs made in two-three ways, fresh fruits, yogurt- plain, with fruits, cakes in glass, potatoes, grilled vegetables, sausages, croissants, little pastries, salads, cured meats, three kinds of cheese, coffee and juice machines, sweet cakes and jams, sweet spreads etc…). Room is cleaned regularly, pool is super clean and is never crowded. At the beach you can rent two beds and umbrella for 7.5 €. We also visited Nissi beach, it is reachable with the bus, it comes every 10-15 minutes and it costs 1.5 € per ticket. We took Kapnos shuttle bus from airport to Ayia Napa for 10€ per person, 45’ ride. It was our first time in Ayia Napa, and we will be back next year at this same hotel for sure.

Exceptional in all aspects. Clean, spacious room, tea/ coffee every day and fresh water! Breakfast delicious with various options savory and sweet and even better live cooking of fried eggs, omelette as u like to ur tasting! Half board is the ideal to book. Different cuisine every day , feeling the homecooking taste, amazing choices. What we also liked the most is the welcoming and hospitality from the staff and owners! A big thank u to Mr. Petros and his family. Highly recommended!

Far enough from the busy night life to be silent ( 8 min walk ) but close enough to the beach! Perfect! Bus Stop to Nissi beach 70-100m distance.

There was something wrong with water pressure on the third floor, but not that serious and weirdly every appx 15th second you get a steaming hot wave in the shower :) No big deal btw!

-kind and helpful staff -very clean rooms -good quality soundproff walls( we barely heared our friend's screaming baby, who were bext door) -very good facilities -under 5 minutes walk to the beach - 15 minutes walk to the party zone, so at night everything was quiet. We are really happy with our choice and can't wait to return.

Absolutely wonderful staff, from the receptionists to the waiters at breakfast to the cleaning ladies, everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel is located close to the beach and has a good pool area of a decent size. Located close enough to the city centre to benefit from being walking distance to it but far enough not to be bothered by how busy it gets . Overall I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The one thing that comes to mind is that the lamps used to keep the food warm for breakfast are very strong, therefore even foods that shouldn’t have a crispy texture end up somewhat dry (but at least they’re warm).

Aircondition didnt work in the temperature i put , it was just air with a normal temperature..

Basically everything about the hotel is fantastic. Fantastic staff, very helpful and obliging staff, nothing was any trouble. Lovely clean room every day, and the all you can eat breakfast something for everyone. Highly recommend anyone visiting Aya Napa to stay there, I genuinely thought it was very good value for money.
