⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – A Great Stay with Exceptional Restaurant Service We recently stayed at Hotel Melissi in Ayia Napa and overall had a fantastic experience. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a real difference to our holiday. Our room was spotless, with excellent air conditioning – a must in the Cypriot summer! The absolute highlight for us was the Mezepolis Restaurant inside the hotel. Hands down, it’s the best hotel restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. The food was consistently outstanding, and the staff there are so warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely – it truly became one of the best parts of our trip. The only downside worth mentioning is that we were placed in the apartment section, which is separate from the main hotel building. Unfortunately, there's no internal access, so getting to the main facilities involves a walk up the road – not ideal, especially with young children. That aside, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return (ideally to a room within the main hotel next time). Highly recommended for couples and families – just be aware of the apartment layout when booking

Loved everything!!! Not sure why this is a 4 star hotel and not 5! Also had the best massage of my life - I believe her name was Jeannte. Very reasonable spa prices too - less then I pay at home!

Only complaints is the vegetarian foods are not marked and as a vegetarian it was hard for me, especially at dinner. But the food was excellent! Also fix you wifi. Very spotty and none by the beach - this is 2025!

Breakfast was excellent, very comfortable hotel overal, nice decor and perfect bathrooms. Very modern and nicely done. The pool area was ok but too busy for our liking. We enjoyed the beach, the staff can't do enough for you and personally it deserves 5 stars. Special mention goes out to Maria at the spa and the two ladies at the reception Katarina and (? sorry forgot the other nice lady with long hair that works alongside her) they are all lovely. The studio is a small walk away but that didn't bother us. We will definitely return as we live on the island, it's nice to have a break in a quality hotel.

I would prefer some body lotion in the bathroom. You do receive shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. One comment that our studio the lock on the door was not operating very well. My daughter was unable to open the door alone and often the door was not able to be locked.

The hotel is pretty nice, good located with nice pools and close to the beach. We stayed in a apartment which is about 3-4 min walking outisde the hotel zone, but is was quiet and there we also had acces to a pool.The apartment is spacios and the view is great ( the aparment was on the groundfloor) and we had acces to the garden directly. On the restaurant the food was varied ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) each night had another speciffic ( italian, greec, mediteraneean, grill )

- I think that due to the fact that apartmanets are outside hotel zone they don't pay to much attention to the cleanliness. They said that the cleanliness is done daily, but only on each 2nd day one day they are mopping and vaccuming, the other days only arrange towels and bad. - we chose all inclusive experience because we were with our doughter ( 1.5y) and we thought that we had also fresh fruit on the snack program but it was just fast food variants ( burgers, pizza and pasta)

Beautiful set of the hotel, on the beach, with a stunning view, just like in the pictures. Very good breakfast and buffet dinner, different type of dinner every night. Take a room with jacuzzi on the balcony, it is amazing. Tennis court is free. Nice and polite staff, they gave us the room earlier than the check-in.

The beds and especialy the pilows were not that confortable. There is no duvets, only blankets( it was a little bit cold in april). The design of the room is basic, old style, but functional. The water in the pools is FREEZING in april, so don't count on the pools in april. The interior pool can be used only with extracharge and is also freezing. At dinner it get's crowded, you wait around 10-15 minutes to be seated ( because the terrace was close due to the wheater). But overall we had a lovely time and it was a good value for money, comparing with other hotes in Ayia Napa.

We stayed at the hotel for a full week and enjoyed every moment! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff is exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The pool is large, quiet, clean, and very pleasant, with a dedicated adults-only area that includes a bar – perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The direct access to the nearby beach adds great convenience to the vacation. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant on site, serving high-quality food with great service. Despite a small issue we had in the room, we would like to give special praise to George, the hotel manager, who personally handled the matter with kindness and professionalism. He resolved the problem quickly and attentively, showing an outstanding level of customer service – truly a role model in hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!

That the vacation is over

The hotel is located at a really great beach and has really nice pool area, so you can easily switch between. The beach is public. Hotel sunbeds are free of charge; if you want to be in the first row, the price for the set is only 7.5 EUR. Beautiful spa, several activities. Our rooms had a perfect pool and sea view. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Beach towels free of charge every day.

A bit worn out. Thin pillows. Seemingly rich breakfast, but many options not really tasty. Very bad WiFi. Small TV, no platforms. One would not expect this in 2025

The friendliest and the greatest place to stay in ayia napa! Everything was perfect. the food is delicious and various, the room is clean and comfortable, entertainment is great (thank you Gisella, Alexander and the rest of you guys for all the fun!), receptionists are friendly and helpful, wonderful heart warming staff around the clock (thank you so much Bahr from the main bar for your big heart, smile and service), pools and beach are brilliant. We had a blast. Can't wait to come back again.

I chose this hotel mainly for the SPA and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service. I had 6 treatments in 6 days ;-) Large selection of food for breakfast and every night a different themed dinners offered a very good quality of food.

Very poor TV channels selection. It' is ok to be oriented to please the guests mainly hosted in the premses but a 4* hotel should have more TV channels in different languages ... at least the news channels. BBC news was the only English channel available. All other TV channels - includng films and documentary - were in Russian, German and Polish.

Staff was beyond excellent. Even in peak hours they were utmost friendly and helpful. The hotel location was excellent with easy access to public beach which was always clean and maintained. We loved food, especially thematic dinners altering every day. Food in pool bar was average, yet still refreshing.

Cleanliness around swimming pool area happened to be poorer especially in the afternoon. Unfortunately, some people tend to leave behind plastic cups on the floor around pools and pool bar and it stayed there until evening some days. The hotel elevators are highly underrated encouraging people to use staircase instead of waiting in a line for elevators (not bad for health though :)
