Everything was great. The breakfast had a great variety of snacks, pastries, savory dishes, all the essentials were there and were tasty and fresh. The staff were really nice and friendly. Most of our interactions were with the staff at the bar, Christina, although young was very professional and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily around noon, which is great to see. Cleanliness was top notch and clearly a priority which is always nice to see.

Jacuzzi and the water jet above the pool were not functional which was not an inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have. I doubt the reason was water shortage due to the very hot summer weather since the water used can be filtered and recycled. Would have been nice to have livelier music and general ambiance...it was a little...dull (I'm sure a DJ could definitely spice up the atmosphere...at least in the morning hours before people get all lazy and prefer a quieter atmosphere).

Nice and peaceful place. Overall I had a great week here! They also upgrated my room to a lovely bungalow. Thanks :-)

Things to improve: it took too long time to get the batteries changed in my room safe. The front desk woman was not able to provide information about airport shuttle bus. A little bit strange. I found stinky cat pooh by my sunbed at the swimming pool. The staff should smile more. But they were still great people, this is just to make a good hotel even better :-)

I actually have visited New Famagusta Hotel six times for the last 10+ years, and it is always exceptional, welcoming and hospitality! That is an ideal 'village-like' territory to have a rest from a big cities, scyscrappers and hectic modern world. Perfect hotel's locaction when you can easy reach the beach, main streets or even your favourite Bars Street :) within a short time. I would like to say big THANK YOU to the Hotel's Personnel - Administration Team, Waitors ladies and Cleaning ladies! Your attention and caring are apreciated (your complimentary fruit plates actually saved me when I had got a cold and had to stay in the room:) Last, but not least -biggest thanks to the Hotel owners who support the people in this challenging time... See you then in the next seasons, I hope!

The barwoman was flirting with my boyfriend. Overall the place was fine, the shower was inconvenient the water went on the floor because of the glass.

The hotel was fabulous, and our stay was made more perfect by the amazing staff. The room was spacious and spotless, with a complimentary fruit plate. A lovely swimming pool and surrounding area, and a tasty breakfast. Close to the beach and restaurants, very central, can walk everywhere. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we were personally shown to our rooms with an explanation of the hotel facilities. Great value for money. Big thanks to Viktoria on reception for being so friendly and helpful, and also the the manager Yiannis for the warm welcome. All staff from the cleaners to the waiters and reception staff were super friendly and smiley. Highly recommend.

Nice modern furniture around the pool, good variety for breakfast and nice clean towels and sheets in the rooms. Good location, just a short walk to main restaurants. Nice and quiet.

Some areas are a bit tired, rusty shelves in the fridge, entrance to the block with lift is past the cleaners area with mops and cloths outside, which isn't the most welcoming. Some grout and sealant in the bathroom needs redoing and the shower heads need cleaning as they spray in all directions.

I recently stayed at New Famagusta Hotel and had a wonderful experience! 🌟 The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The pool area was very well maintained and a great spot to relax during the day. Breakfast had a good variety of options, fresh and tasty. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect choice for both a short getaway or a longer holiday in Ayia Napa. Highly recommended!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was well-equipped and had everything we needed, offering beautiful sea view. The pool area was a fantastic addition, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the daily complementary fresh fruit plates were a delightful touch. Additionally, the affordable hotel transport and the hotel's proximity to the bus station, markets and pharmacy made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's bar served up some truly enjoyable drinks. In addition to the delicious food, we were pleased to find that the restaurant was clean and had ample space, creating a comfortable dining environment.

The pillows could be more comfortable. Some dishes had an excessive amount of oil. Additionally, there could be more food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Very kids friendly. We went with a toddler and all the staff members where super nice with the baby. They gave as a room upgrade, that was our second time visiting and both times we got a free upgrade. This time they gave us a suite and it was very spacious and came handy when the baby was running around. The kids pool was perfect for us, very safe and the pool bar had good prices for food. Also the breakfast was better than a lot of 5 stars hotels and it was still open at 1030. Overall value for money and great staff. Another plus there is a very good italian restaurant across the street in case you want to grab a bite near the hotel

They do not provide towels for the pool which was a minor inconvenience and a bit more thorough cleaning would make our stay an overall ten. . The hotel was really busy and it seemed like the room was cleaned up in a bit of rush, the floor had a big stain in a corner that went unnoticed

The most pleasant part of my stay are people working there , absolutely always ready to assist , advise, to ask how is everything, always accommodative and smiling, I would like to highlight Viktoriia , Anna, Maryna, Xavien and Mr.Euthimipu! These people are spirit of the hotel. Apart of that location is amazing, suits for families and couples, atmosphere is nice and quite there. Beach is few min walk , restaurants and bars are near , bus station , supermarket, paths to walk along the sea. Rooms are decent, clean , area of the hotel is clean, if there are some issues , reception and maintenance try their best to assist and fix the problem!

Didn’t experience any problems
