Everything was great. The breakfast had a great variety of snacks, pastries, savory dishes, all the essentials were there and were tasty and fresh. The staff were really nice and friendly. Most of our interactions were with the staff at the bar, Christina, although young was very professional and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily around noon, which is great to see. Cleanliness was top notch and clearly a priority which is always nice to see.

Jacuzzi and the water jet above the pool were not functional which was not an inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have. I doubt the reason was water shortage due to the very hot summer weather since the water used can be filtered and recycled. Would have been nice to have livelier music and general ambiance...it was a little...dull (I'm sure a DJ could definitely spice up the atmosphere...at least in the morning hours before people get all lazy and prefer a quieter atmosphere).

I actually have visited New Famagusta Hotel six times for the last 10+ years, and it is always exceptional, welcoming and hospitality! That is an ideal 'village-like' territory to have a rest from a big cities, scyscrappers and hectic modern world. Perfect hotel's locaction when you can easy reach the beach, main streets or even your favourite Bars Street :) within a short time. I would like to say big THANK YOU to the Hotel's Personnel - Administration Team, Waitors ladies and Cleaning ladies! Your attention and caring are apreciated (your complimentary fruit plates actually saved me when I had got a cold and had to stay in the room:) Last, but not least -biggest thanks to the Hotel owners who support the people in this challenging time... See you then in the next seasons, I hope!

The barwoman was flirting with my boyfriend. Overall the place was fine, the shower was inconvenient the water went on the floor because of the glass.

The hotel was fabulous, and our stay was made more perfect by the amazing staff. The room was spacious and spotless, with a complimentary fruit plate. A lovely swimming pool and surrounding area, and a tasty breakfast. Close to the beach and restaurants, very central, can walk everywhere. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we were personally shown to our rooms with an explanation of the hotel facilities. Great value for money. Big thanks to Viktoria on reception for being so friendly and helpful, and also the the manager Yiannis for the warm welcome. All staff from the cleaners to the waiters and reception staff were super friendly and smiley. Highly recommend.

Having to go home!

Nice modern furniture around the pool, good variety for breakfast and nice clean towels and sheets in the rooms. Good location, just a short walk to main restaurants. Nice and quiet.

Some areas are a bit tired, rusty shelves in the fridge, entrance to the block with lift is past the cleaners area with mops and cloths outside, which isn't the most welcoming. Some grout and sealant in the bathroom needs redoing and the shower heads need cleaning as they spray in all directions.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was well-equipped and had everything we needed, offering beautiful sea view. The pool area was a fantastic addition, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the daily complementary fresh fruit plates were a delightful touch. Additionally, the affordable hotel transport and the hotel's proximity to the bus station, markets and pharmacy made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's bar served up some truly enjoyable drinks. In addition to the delicious food, we were pleased to find that the restaurant was clean and had ample space, creating a comfortable dining environment.

The pillows could be more comfortable. Some dishes had an excessive amount of oil. Additionally, there could be more food choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The most pleasant part of my stay are people working there , absolutely always ready to assist , advise, to ask how is everything, always accommodative and smiling, I would like to highlight Viktoriia , Anna, Maryna, Xavien and Mr.Euthimipu! These people are spirit of the hotel. Apart of that location is amazing, suits for families and couples, atmosphere is nice and quite there. Beach is few min walk , restaurants and bars are near , bus station , supermarket, paths to walk along the sea. Rooms are decent, clean , area of the hotel is clean, if there are some issues , reception and maintenance try their best to assist and fix the problem!

Didn’t experience any problems

I had a great stay at New Famagusta Hotel. The great location, clean and big room, amazing outdoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym, and pleasant staff made my stay amazing. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood but still in the pure city center, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need for an amazing vacation. The staff is also really amazing, and polite, especially the guy from the reception, Xavien, who was always supportive and welcoming - so I need to highlight that as well.

Rooms are comfortable and very simple. Location is great - in city center, but in quite area. Bus station is just in front of the hotel, as well as several supermarkets and shops. You can borrow charger (adapter) at the reception. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is good - the same everyday. Good choice for a 3* hotel.

I would prefer if towels were changed everyday (they were in general, except for one day). Also, our Waterpick broke because it has an American input and the power level in the toilet is not adapted to the device. It would be nice to have an option to borrow beach towels at the hotel as well.

Helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good location, high level of cleanliness, nice pool and good breakfast.

The hotel is split between a block with hotel rooms and blocks with apartments. The latter blocks definitely need upgrading along with some of the grounds.
