It’s clean, everything is working. Quiet place. Parking place. Good stuff.

Wasn’t iron and hairdryer. You need to ask for it. I can’t say that it’s a problem for me, just unexpected, but hotel placed on a hill. So when you walked all day, it’s not a best filling to go up.

Rooms are comfortable and there is cleaning service every day. Beds in the bedroom were comfy, sofa in living room not so much but this is expected from the sofa's. Nice pool but because of that a little bit noisy in the evening and early in the morning (sometimes people sit around the pool whole night). Breakfast was great but everyday was the same and if you stay for a longer time it get's a little bit boring. Location is fine, around 15 min walk to the beach and close to the restaurants for evening walks. There are some parking spots around the buildings with no charge.

The floor tiles in our room were damaged and detached so it was not safe to walk barefoot (Building B). A little bit noisy but this is Ayia Napa and the whole place is like that.

Leaking bath area, slippery and they should change the curtain as it was slightly dirty. It was not protecting properly and water was coming out all over the bathroom. Cleaning during the stay was poor, basically only towels changed. No coffee machine, just instant coffee You place water from a water tank however water was always cold or mid temperature even when you came for breakfast at the opening hour- starting from 7:30.

Breakfast included had a huge variety of things to choose from. We really enjoyed the bacon above all. Apartment reached our expectations, exceptionally clean and tidy. I came with my mum and she has a phobia of cockroaches and thankfully didn’t see any at all. Was blessed around the pool with little cats who’d sit around the pool area that was very sweet. The staff and cleaners were very friendly, kind and polite. Helped us out with anything we encountered. Gave us a later check out with no additional charges which was really kind of them. From start to finish, it couldn’t have been a better first experience for us. The value for money was absolutely incredible. If you’d like to stay in the heart of Ayia Napa, you are in the centre and everything’s within walking distance. Even have a supermarket literally on a corner by the pool as you exit the hotel. We are debating doing it again as was on a budget and such short notice. There’s plenty to do and the beach is about a 20 minute walk where you see this beautiful harbour. Restaurants, usual takeaways you get here. Plenty to do and choose from!

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable, I’m assuming they have a plastic wrap on to prevent any damage to the mattresses. Pillows were comfortable. Had no issues sleeping. Could probably be given more towels as we was given 3 small towels and just 1 big towel every time the cleaners came in and there was only two of us. But wasn’t a big issue we were still very happy with our stay

It was a great stay. Excellent staff at the reception, as well as the breakfast staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, as is the entire hotel, the pool and the sun bads, everything is very neat and clean. We felt at home

Breakfast should be more varied, a very nice offer for those who come for 4/5 days of vacation. If nothing else, more variety of fruit and a coffee machine are needed

Friendly staff, great location, quiet. The manager was very open to feedback and sorted out my request straight away. Staff at the canteen are super friendly and make great coffee. If you can work a bit harder on the points above, I'll be back!

I felt that the breakfast was lacking variety and was dated. I didn't find the room was very clean, with bits left behind in the bathroom from previous tenants. Generally the place needed a deep clean, and a change of filters in the AC which smelled musty. I am very strict with cleanliness and expect a spotless place so this is coming from a strict person when it comes to cleanliness. The pool area is open to the public and so that creates opportunities to experience awkward situations, like older people picking up girls. Based on that last point, I'd say that this is not suitable for families.

The hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa, perfect location. Accomodation is well equipped. Staff very friendly. Pool bar is provided excellent Breakfast. For sure we will come back.

Very spacious apartment for its price. separate bedroom, kitchenette with fridge. Balcony to enjoy awesome view on the landscape (We were lucky because some look at the houses). I needed to work a bit and internet had absolutely no problems. Pool area and bar was additional comfort. Also, calmness and lightness of the colors makes you fall in love with Cyprus. Although it was not the nearest option to the beach but 10 minutes of walk to and from the beach is additional pleasure in Ayia Napa. On different routes we could find plenty of awesome places to eat and/or enjoy the day.

Mattress quality could be way better. A microwave in the kitchen would also be a great idea. Besides that, Breakfast was almost the same every day (diverse enough though, with everything one could expect from hotel breakfast) and drinks could be better. For instance - coffee machine instead of instant coffee.

The apartment was clean and exactly like on the photos. Next to restaurants/ night live/ supermarkets, not far away from the beach . Amazing location !!! Swimming pool area so clean. For the breakfast you will have diversity that includes the main needs, products are fresh and tasty. The manager and the curly young lady from the reception was so nice and professional, they make us feel so welcomed ( I don’t remember there name’s 😢 ). Value every penny !!!!! 😎

Some staff member should be more polite with the costumers. The mattresses are little bit hard ( at least for me ).

Location is great! Close to the beach and restaurants and night clubs. Rooms are well equipped and they clean rooms every day. Staff was super friendly and always positive ☀️ They have a nice pool, but it was cold in May to swim.

Breakfast could be a bit better with more fruits. Beside that, really nothing, everything was perfect.
