Good location if you don't have the room facing the street. Close to center with bars and shops, while the rooms were reasonably quiet. Also hotel was nicely decorated, felt modern.

Some of the staff was really nice, but some were pretty bad, especially the guys at the reception desk. I was asking at the reception about late check-out 2 days before we were leaving, but I was told to come back next day. The next day I was told to come the day of departure at 10 am. So I did that and they tell me "Sorry, you should have come yesterday"?! It turned out they completed forgot about my request, even though I raised it twice in advance. Also swimming pool area wasn't the greatest and gym was rather tragic.

We loved everything about this hotel! We were a little dubious when we turned up and it was full of young single groups, but there were a few other families there, and the staff, food, location, and the facilities more than made up for any negatives. The location was perfect. Just off the busy street but far enough away from the noisy places. The food was the highlight. Each dish from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner was perfect, super tasty, and very well presented. We did the all-inclusive and it was definately worth it, food and drinks are almost around the clock, unlike any other all-inclusive we have done before. We would love to come back for another visit one day. Thanks to the wonderful staff :)

It was a little noisy at night and one night I had to call the front desk to call our neighbours, which they did immediately and the noise quickly stopped.

All the staff at River Rock Hotel deserve a standing ovation. Though it's their job but they go further to make us comfortable. I suffered a severe hay-fever allergy upon arrival because my patio doors, when opened, have some beautiful lavender flowers, which apparently was not good for me. My room was immediately upgraded free of charge to the 3rd floor with the pool and ocean view. Both breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible. A massive thanks to Petra and Katerina for their outstanding service🤗

I had an issue with the shower head, which I wasn't sure they understood since water was coming out of it, but if the shower head was changed, trust me, you will enjoy your shower. Also, the lightning in the shower is very poor for old girl like me😃

Good location, very clean rooms. Food was fresh and it was not the same every day. Wifi was perfect.

Crazy drunk people from England! I could not sleep for 3 nights because of them. They were running through hotel, making noise, yelling, loudly knocking on doors.. like kids on excursion. The hotel just gave them “a notice”. I think that hotel manager should and could have handle this better.

Food was amazing and tasty for 3* hotel it really exceeded my expectations, location of hotel is perfect with bus stop beside it, all staff working there were awesome, very polite, helpful and smiling they really made my stay even more beautiful, especially waiters' Bulgarian guy and Ukranian blonde lady (I apologize I cant remember names :-( )

If your room is facing main street and its above hotels restaurant/bar you wont be able to sleep because of loud music and noise till 1am-2am. Room requires renovation and there was bad smell whenever I turn on AC.

Firstly, the hotel with its facilities absolutely fit our expectations.Starting from the bedroom(size,comfort,facilities), than the restourant, bar, pool etc. All staff is very polite and kind, the quality of service is really high. Location is perfect at least for us, it's in the centre of ayia napa but still quite enough for a good sleep.All beautiful beaches are very accessable because the bus station is next to the hotel. And regarding the food, it was simply best value for the money!

Nothing special, maybe I would just like the pool to be open later than 6pm but still it was fine.

We spent 12 nights at River Rock and everything was amazing, starting with a warm welcome from the reception. We even met the boss of the hotel, who kindly helped us with the elevator—a really nice person. We had many enjoyable conversations and laughs with the bartenders. The staff is genuinely warm and friendly. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to both the center and the beach. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of warm items. However, one minor downside was that some guests came to breakfast in bikinis or without shirts, which wasn't very pleasant while eating. Location - perfect! 400 meters to the left of the hotel is the Sculpture Park and the Bridge of Love. 400 meters to the right of the hotel is the center (Ayia Napa square, Monastery, cafes, taverns...). As for the beaches, you can reach Nissi and Makronissos by bus in 15-20 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The city beach, which is also beautiful, is a 5-6 minute walk away. I recommend Kaliva beach bar. Food - Excellent! The food was excellent. Breakfast was diverse, the food always fresh and very tasty. The rooms are fantastic! The beds are comfortable, the bedding and towels clean. The cleaners tidied the room every day. The staff - friendly and always smiling. Wifi - excellent.

I have no complaints, just two small things I would like to point out for potential improvement. There is no clothes dryer on the balcony. People spread towels and other items over the balcony. There is no lamp beside the bed; instead, there is a very bright wall light that is disturbing to the eyes. Another note for people who enjoy peace and quiet on the terrace... My room was on the first floor, facing the street. The view is beautiful, but it's noisy - the noise comes from traffic (buses, motorcycles..) as well as people sitting in the café on the ground floor of the hotel. When you close the terace door it is okay, you can sleep well. If you think this would bother you, my advice is to request a room overlooking the pool or the garden, definitely not facing the street.

We received rooms in another hotel next to River Rock wich they have collaboration. we paid for River Rock. is not mentioned on their Booking page about this. so, is not fair play. the other hotel was ok anyway.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Ayia Napa, only a few minutes walk to the main square. Everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food ordered from the menu (not the buffet) was very nice and well presented. Our beds were comfortable and the room very quiet.

The buffet some nights was 5/10. It was quite basic in terms of choice and flavour. The salads were always very tasty though. All inclusive drinks were not so good. They tasted odd in some cases!
