The friendly attitude of the hotel staff towards the guests, especially the owner. Excellent value for money. The hotel has a swimming pool which is nice and a supermarket which is open until midnight. The beach is close and beautiful. The location is close to the beach and promenade. I will come again.

It has all the main amendities a discent pool. The location is perfect and the staff is also ver nice. The rooms were clean. Its in a main road with a supermarket so we bought what we needed. If you are looking to feel family and friendly this is your place in an old fashined 90s way and not stay in an inpersonal enviroment this is your place.

It was totaly up to my expectations. Its minus is that there is no pool bar but their is a supermarket on the side so we had what we wanted. Its central and the people working there are very friendly.

The place is right at tge heart of everything! There is a grest swimming pool with water springing out at several parts which gives it an exotic touch and non stop music hits at a very acceptable sound level all day and you acts as water pressure for a great hydro pressure massage, the main yard is surrounded by palm trees that add more to its scenic environment. There is a supermarket right next to the pool linked through an impass so you can buy whatever you want without having to commute out in the heat and causing you inconvenience. The staff are friendly and the garden is full of pomengrade and orange trees. The rooms are equiped qith fridge, tv and drawers, balcony kverlooking te garden.Definitely worth another visit! Wifi indoors and outdoors.

Very friendly welcoming from the owners and staff, from the moment we stepped in! Facilities on hand, like pool, supermarket - part of the property. Very exciting for my son were the parrots! His favorite pet!!! Parking space on site and nearby, no need to look for a slot. Cleaning service everyday. In general, very clean, tidy rooms. Thank you Kkaras hotel!

We were on holidays and it was last-minute decision that we want to stay one more night. It was the cheapest available hotel in Ayia Napa that day but still it was not worth money we spent. It has really good location though so if you book hotel at least one week before your date I think you can enjoy your trip because if saved money (like twice) anyway in the hotel we only sleep and take a shower.

Cheap and cheerful good for lads or girls holidays on a budget staff were amazing pool and supermarket by hotel was super convenient 2 minutes walk to beach 5 to strip

Rooms are not amazing but we only used it to nap and keep our stuff in so if your not gunna use the rooms much I wouldn’t worry about it if you want nice and modern go for another hotel

The hotel is at a great location, just very close to the main beach, but again not in the biggest source of noise in Agia Napa. The hotel has pool and is great that rooms had balcony with a see view. Excellent value for money.
