This hotel is a little gem in the centre of Ayia Napa. It is within 5 minutes or less walk to everything you need, including lovely restaurants, bars, marina and a great beach. All staff members were very friendly and the food was very good too. We want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful ladies at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. You have made our stay amazing, we loved our corner suite with the most amazing views and we are very grateful for that! We would definitely stay there again.

We liked everything, it's sparkly clean and the staff is amazing and helpful, especially the reseptionists, the waiters and the animation team! Also the food has a lot variety for dinner and generally it's so tasty and ingredients are of such a high quality. Every night the dinner has a different theme (from different country) and is really great. We hope to return soon.

The only things that would be good to improve is increasing the number of water tanks, as it is truly expected from all inclusive hotel. Variety of choices for breakfast could also be improved (although quality is still great) but it would be great to have some changes from time to time 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which made a big difference. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and the hotel is very well maintained. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and quality

One thing that could be communicated more clearly is the beach setup. The hotel sunbeds are located in the third row from the shore, which may not suit everyone, and the beach bar is quite a walk away. That said, unless you’re expecting absolute beachfront luxury, the hotel still delivers a very good experience.

On arrival at Nelia Beach Hotel, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by staff and told that we had been upgraded to the Kaliva Suites, which are situated a short walk, adjacent to the hotel, right beside the beach. The suite was absolutely stunning, and in a perfect location for the Kaliva beach restaurant, bar and pool. We feel extremely grateful and had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. It was only a short walk to the hotel for breakfast, where a fantastic variety of freshly prepared foods for all tastes were available. All staff are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. As our flight was leaving late at night, they made it very easy to arrange a late check-out suitable for our plans. The hotel is a very short walk into Ayia Napa, but sits away from the hustle and bustle, ensuring the best of both worlds for guests. We would like to return in the near future to either the main hotel or the Kaliva Suites. Highly recommend.

There wasn't anything to not like from our experience.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly. The food is delicious, and the entertainment programs are engaging. The pool itself is nice, but since there’s no policy preventing guests from swimming with loose hair, you often find hairs in the water, which is quite unpleasant. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10 is that the bed linen, while clean, is worn out and in need of replacement. Aside from that, the hotel offers a truly pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Nelia exceeded all our expectations. The view from our room was stunning, everything was spotlessly clean, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station where you can catch a bus to the popular beaches. It's right in the center, so all the restaurants and shopping stores are just around the corner. There's also a beach next to the hotel with very comfortable hotel sunbeds. Despite reading about the stones, the beach turned out to be quite good. Dinner was varied with themed evenings, but if you're picky like me, don't worry, there's always a standard continental section, as well as a gluten-free section and a great selection of food for vegans. We had a fantastic time and would love to return. Greetings to the entire Nelia team!

Amazing hotel. We booked room With direct sea viev which was so so amazing. Room Was very Clean And we had everything what we need. I like High quality olive soap And shampoo. Reception staff Greet us so professionally and kindly. They gave us even more than we expected. Pool was amazing specially the sunbeds in the water. From pool is also amazing viev to the Sea. Hotel offers really High quality compare to neighbour one which we also stayed in. Staff very profesional. Breakfast very good lot of choice And kind staff. I like waffels in breakfast so si tasty And I didnt see it in different hotels

Room was cleaned daily and really maintained well. Breakfast was ok, sparkling wine was a nice surprise. Lobby looks quite decent and cosy. Children liked free lemonade served all the day next to the reception.

We arrived to the hotel late at night. All shops and restaurants were already closed. Hotel has no wending or other machine selling water or other drinks. Rooms has no mini bar or some bottled water for the late travelers. You should think about it. Also a bit annoying guests carrying free drinks in glasses to their rooms after the dinner. Liquids used to be spilled on the floor and in the mornings view was not so clean.

Great choice of food,the room was nice and the beach was very close and beautiful. Everything was nearby, so great location for supermarket, bars and a short walk to the harbour for a fabulous day trip on a boat.The reception staff were helpful and knowledgable explaining the places to go and the cheap regular bus system.

Because my flight was delayed, the restaurant was closed. We were given a chocolate rice bar and an apricot croissant and a bottle of water. It would have been better if we were left something savoury and more substancial and the bar was closed at 11 to all inclusive, therefor the barmen said he would let us have 1 complimentary drink. The red wine was not to my liking, therefor a choice of a couple of red wines would have been nice.

perfect stay in a great hotel in a perfect location in Ayia Napa. Very close to the clean, sandy beach. There are options for towels and sunbeds. There is a parking in the hotel area so you don't need to worry if you are renting a car. The personnel is very helpful and accomodating, rooms are clean and comfortable. The view from the window was gorgeous. Oh, and the breakfasts were also great (we were not having all inclusive option but breakfast only and it's something i can reccomend, because there are a lot of great places to eat outside). The pool was nice with a enough space for children. Everything was perfect and I would definitely choose to stay there again :)
