We had a fantastic stay on Limanaki Beach Hotel & Suites! The room was clean and tidy, the cleaning staff was professional and cleaned the room, windows, and toilet everyday with 0 dirt. The food was excellent, delicious and fresh. The staff is available 24/7, they were kind and helpful, and can be contacted to assist in any problem. The hotel is in the center of Ayia Napa, close to the street with all the restaurants and to the main square. The hotel has a private beach, where all cruises take off. There is also a pool with a good restaurant nearby.

Very good location, good breakfast and verry good and rich dinner (we had half-board).. w"ill come back..

Unfortunatelly , some guests were noisy and dirty... but it"s not the hotel"s Fault..

Absolutely worth every penny we paid for the hotel . Cant say perfect because there's nothing perfect (maybe my wife is ) but I will give it 10 out of 10

Not enough towels for the pool

Value for money! All the staff were very polite and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was rich and the dinner al a cart menu also had many options to choose from! The bedroom was spacious with all the comfort! Definitely if around the area again we would choose the hotel

Its not a really big dislike but slippers and a bathrobe would make a great addition!

I've stayed here twice now and it's always been very nice! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the balcony is especially nice for watching the sunset/sunrise. The bowl sink in the bathroom is perfect. Breakfast is well made and the staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is easily reachable from the Intercity bus stop and is close to many restaurants and stores. It's also right at the beach which is great!

The only thing is that the pillows were not that comfortable, and the shelf in the shower meant to hold shampoo and such was loose (it looked like it could fall at any moment).

The location!! The suite was great, the view from the balcony is beautiful. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked to find everything within a walking distance from the hotel!! We will definitely come back!!

We stayed a family with 3 children in the suite that has 1 bedroom and 1 living room in which the kids slept. It would have been much nicer and intimate to have a door or at least a curtain between the rooms...

The rooms were amazing . We paid hlf board , breakfast/dinner. Food was delicious 😋, restaurant leads out into the harbour so your dinning with a view of the beautiful Napa harbour. It’s right in the centre so you can get to shops, restaurants in a few minutes. Also you get the best view of the city and the harbour from up top 😍.

I think it was just that there was only one pool outside, so if all the sun beds have been taken. There’s no space no anyone else to use the pool.

Nice beautiful modern hotel, spacious and spotless white. Great view from the room. Massive balcony with sunbeds. Room was bigger than I expected. The sofa bed was good enough for an adult bed. main bed was also huge. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Good parking. Smooth check in/out. Good Neighborhood. I think this hotel got the most central spot of the whole beach line. Many restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited in Spring. Pool wasn't heated and was too cold to swim. Also they turn the Air-condition off for winter. You have to sleep with the window open, means waking up to anyone talking loudly outside.

We enjoyed our stay at Limanaki Beach Hotel. The location is excellent – just steps away from the beach, restaurants, the souk, and the cruise departure point, which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great spot.

While the room could have been cleaner, it was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

It is very close to the beach, the location is very good, and the breakfast food is fine.

Coffee is very bad, the room was not cleaned properly, the air conditioning ventilation was full of dust or mold. The glasses and cups were not cleaned properly. The bed was not comfortable at all, I asked for a full bed and it was actually 2 twins united that at night would fall apart and it was very uncomfortable. We booked 2 rooms, for one we did check out last minute at 12.05 and they blocked the room, we could not enter to take luggage and their answers were it is past 5 minutes after check out, with very strange attitude from reception ,not customer oriented.
