It is a modest accomodation, with old furniture and appliances. I liked that it was clean, bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Also very close to Ayia Napa center. It was also nice that the pool was at the front of the balcony and you could hop in even in the late evening. The entrance from the parking side is a bit shady for a solo woman but there were no weird encounters. They supported nicely with late check in even if thete is no 24/7 reception and also allowed me to check out later with no extra fee. AC worked very well, no extra charge. Very good WiFi signal. Spacious apartment with the essentials you might need. Great communication for self check in late at night. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with great water pressure.

Ants in the kitchen/common room - couldn't leave any baked goods anywhere apart from inside the fridge. Replacing the furniture (coffee/side tables, wardrobe) would give it a more modern feel but it's not really an issue as everything was functional.

Everything was very clean, the receptionist was very friendly, helpful and punctual. The walk up to the accomodation is not that bad, 15-20 min from our beach of choice. There is AC in the room. The price was very reasonable, it was absolutely worth it - we have spent most of the day on the beach, all we needed was a clean bed and shower at the end of the day.

The walls and the sunbeds deserve a renovation, but it’s only visuals, everything is clean otherwise.

The room was big and nice, it has a mini fridge, dining area, a balcony, AC, and 4 beds. The location is perfect, near the city center, market and the bus stop. There is a pool as well.

It is a bit too old and it needs renovating, painting the walls again and similar. Nothing that will change your stay, but something for owners to think about.

Very thin walls, we got knocked on walls by neighbours for silence and all we did was talked - apparently very bad sound isolation. Close to the active street. Felt somehow weird to be in pool while listening to the cars passing by. Uncomfortable bed (can feel metalic base) and pillows (rather small, but not squishy at all).

Nice place to stay❤. I liked the swimming pool, size of the apartament and also a parking lot. Good location. Close to the main attractions but still quiet. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, towels every second day. We also had our sheets changed. Air conditioner included. Generally speaking, nice place to stay with good value for the price👌 It would be great to introduce food options and at least breakfast. I would definitely go for it.

Location and it's clean room. It's basic accommodation, good for few days. Has air-conditioning but not tv. Reception works just in morning from 10 am. But they meet as for check in in evening, everything was OK. Good accommodation for people that just come to sleep and have full day of activities. Have privat car park. Pool old and nor for use.

Very spacious room with nice balcony. shower had good pressure and check in was easy

the fridge was very dirty, we didnt wanted to put our food in it we had a no cleaning paper at the door but housekeeping still came in

5min from center, which is great because is on hill and fare away from jam, rush, loud music... We like it and add one more night stay..

There is NO wifi in rooms... Only outside, arround pool ... They can put two cheap routers and everybody could be happy... Sim card and net with 4gb is plenty enaugh...

Everything was great, the location is top, 7min walking to the bus station, 5min to the clubs, the rooms are so nice and also the staff are very friendly and I like also the pool there.

I like everything in the hotel but just If he offers breakfast It will be the perfect and It is a little bit far to nissi beach If you don’t have a car but you can rent also a buggy next to the hotel
