Our stay at Hotel Napa Suites was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality made us feel at home. Alexandra at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with every detail of our stay. At the rooftop pool bar, Sebastian went above and beyond to make our time special – always attentive, friendly, and creating the best cocktails with a smile. Chris at the restaurant made dining a real pleasure, combining excellent service with warm hospitality. The rooftop itself was stunning – modern, stylish, and with breathtaking views over Ayia Napa. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and perfectly located.

There’s honestly nothing major we didn’t like. Everything exceeded expectations.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are fully smart, everything is controlled with an iPad to open blinds, light settings and air/con. Room service also can be ordered via the ipad. Rooftop bar/pool is very nice, staff very friendly offering free cold towels to cool off from the heat and free watermelon slices to everyone at the pool. Breakfast is excellent offering many options and an on-demand omelette/fried egg cooking station. Location is good, 2 minute drive from Ayia Napa square away from the noisy areas of Ayia Napa. Sea side view rooms are facing a very busy roundabout but the balcony doors are blocking well the traffic noise outside

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Although, rooftop bar is a bit expensive. Drinks and food are a few euros more expensive than the average price you can find them elsewhere i.e. 11-13 euros for cocktails (Aperol Spritz at 11 euros where the island average is 8-9euros in most places, 14 euros for a greek salad (way overpriced) and 16 euro for a chicken ceasar salad

The room is high tech & the bed was huge! All food we had (breakfast & lunch at the roof bar) was excellent. The set up of towels, handheld fans & service up on the terrace was great, sunbeds are a 10/10 just enough of them!! And the pool & view were fantastic.

The information when you arrive states the terrace opens at 11. We went up at 11 to find it busy & only 1 set of sunbeds left!!!! We enquired & you can use it earlier but will need your own towels. So thankfully the second day we were the first ones there at 10am.

We liked very much the breakfast option, there was a good variety of food also possibility to have a freshly made omelete/egs. We loved pool area and cabanas. The staff at pool bar was lovely, they took a good care of us.

During our stay the hotel was short staffed in housekeeping, which we felt, because the room was cleaned way later than usual, 2 days in a row we only asked for new towels and no cleaning at all because we would have to wait even more until somebody would clean it, plus we were already upset about that. We would appreciate if hotel would do something about that. We understand, but also on the other hand we paid enough money to receive the services we paid for.

The staff at the hotel make the difference, they are all very professional, attentive and friendly (restaurant, bar, cleaning). They also pay attention to details. Food is very good - breakfast and restaurant options are excellent- good variety and also very tasty, very well cooked. Pool area is nice and the sun beds are good quality. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thank you Napa Suites team ;)

For us it was OK, but perhaps light sleeping guests should bring some noise canceling ear plugs for good rest. The hotel is in front of a roundabout, you will hear a lot of scooters/buggy/car engines revving.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is very well-equipped, the staff is very kind, and everything is very clean, the food is very delicious. The dinner portions are enormous, it's impossible to eat that much, so we always ordered just one main course, which even the two of us couldn't finish. Furthermore, the view from the top is breathtaking.

The breakfast selection is adequate, but it's always the same. For dinner with half board, only two types of mains (meats) are available without an extra charge. Furthermore, from the two desserts only one is included without an extra charge. he rooms facing the street are very noisy due to the road, and the number of parking spaces at the hotel is very limited, especially since small motorbikes can also take up large spaces meant for cars, instead of having dedicated parking spots. When there is no space available, you can park in a free street parking spot a 1-2 minute walk away. Additionally, the bed was way too soft.

The jacuzzi wasn’t HOT.

The property was really modern, with nice and fresh bedrooms with all the amenities necessary. We really enjoyed the LED lights in the bedroom which set the mood. The LED lights in the bathroom were also so cool. The rooftop pool was a highlight of the stay, with really nice views and very good bar service. On the first day we had an unpleasant experience, as all the sunbeds were taken so we sat on one of the lounge sofas, to be told by the staff that we couldn’t sit there and we had to find a sunbed. Other than that the experience was good and the stuff was friendly. The location was also good.

As mentioned above one of the staff members was not friendly on our first day in the rooftop pool. Other than that the only other thing to mention is that on the day we had to check out I heard a knock on the door and then a member of staff let himself in without waiting for me to go to the door. He said he had to check the mini bar but he should’ve waited until I came to the door, especially because I had do not disturb sign on.

Beautiful property, rooms were clean and very comfortable. The facilities were gorgeous - breakfast area was never too busy, with a good variety of cooked and continental. The pool area, same, never too busy despite us being there in July. We only are at the pool side - food was really nice. The staff are incredible, they have nailed the balance between always being there but not hovering - amazing customer service by all of them! And adults only meant that it was nice and quiet.

I wish the views matched the property - but at least the property was away from the party noise.

My stay at Napa suites was wonderful, the breakfast was good, the pool and the rooftop are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The team is very friendly, kind and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped as well. I recommend !!

The only thing I regret is that we can hear all the noise of vehicles driving outside, horns honking even when the windows are properly closed. Next time, I would request a room on the other side of the building, away from the road.
