Don't expect too much ..you get what you pay for ..is very basic but for price you can't expect more ..staff where best we had in all our stays and visits around Cyprus We had apartment 10 and it's more like renting a flat than a hotel room felt at home ,stayed for a week to collect out puppy and return to UK .. Didn't have housekeeping all week but if asked for blankets and toilet roll they where given I do recommend this place Although stayed before here so this time requested a newer refitted room as there are some newly refurbished rooms but unlucky we still didn't get one But it didn't matter still enjoyed our stay! Beds I must day where very comfy !

Friendly staff, space (2 rooms), the reasonable price, shops nearby.

It happened to be far from the main beech Nissi Beech and we had to walk too much. some little things could add comfort, like hooks in the bathroom, normal bathroom door in room 24. They fixed the tap in the kitchenette though. Wifi was only in the lobby and pool/bar area, not in the rooms. it would be nice to get information printed about transport, internet, airport transport, etc.

Location was within walking distance of the centre of Ayia Napa yet quiet and away from all the noise. Lovely pool area and apartment was extra large..great staff..thank you

Large space with comfy beds and good parking. 15 min walk away from Ayia Napa centre. Host is super nice and pool is well maintained. Dog friendly!

I killed two big bugs in apartment. I think more cleaning or cleaning products should be available to guests in rooms. Breakfast is monotonous and same every day. No internet in rooms.

We had the pleasure of staying at Florea Hotel Apartments and I must say we were more than satisfied. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and varied — there was something for everyone. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a comfortable family stay. I had a great stay at Florea Hotel Apartments. The place is simple but cozy, with everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and also the beach. What I appreciated the most was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. Always smiling, ready to help at any time, and happy to give useful tips. I really felt welcome. I recommend this place to anyone.

I like it all, I'm not a picker or anything but I can tell weather is good or bad. Great work by the host. Pool is super fun to have, have some nice music and chill on sunbeds while preparing yourself for goin into night life. Also u can come in pool after nightlife xd

It's a lil bit far from the best beach in whole Europe so u gotta have it by a bus unless u rented a car, which I highly recommend, that car pays itself for keeping in your valuable things inside and a lot of mobility

Just finished our stay at Florea- it was the best choice for receiving large family room, pool for my daughter, half board for all of us and price. we like to walk as much as possible, so we were happy to have accommodation far from “dancing” streets in 15 minutes walk from the best beach Musan (with wifi). we were excited by service, willing to help and adopt dishes for us (we do not eat meat - we had dinner any time we wanted), eagerness. it was long stay for us, so combination of this advances was crucial to say that everything comes super (if you don’t wait for 5 star tower changing and 1 line). I have never sought to communicate with the owners and management of hotels, but here I saw such a sincere caring approach that I am glad that such a meeting took place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

wifi is only near the pool but we were informed beforehand. There were two meetings with cockroaches

Florea has a nice swimming pool where you can relax after a day at the beach. They also have a bar next to a pool, where you can get some nice coffee, frappe or even breakfast. Also we liked that it was quite quiet, as the main party street is ~10 minutes walk away, so we could get a good nights sleep. The staff is very friendly and if you have some issues, they always try to help you.

The air conditioner was only present in the bedroom (sleeps 3 (with extra bed)). The living room only had a fan, and as it gets quite hot in August, the other 2 members of our family had hard time sleeping ;)
