This is the kind of hotel I will never return to. The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. There is absolutely no cleaning service. If the hot water stops working, it doesn’t come back for at least two days — so if you’ve just come back from the beach, you’re stuck with salt all over your body, waiting for them to fix it. If you have the money, I strongly recommend not staying in this hotel. I wanted to write much more, but I’ll stop here.

the hotel is close to everything, which made it easier for us to have access to activities, beaches, grocery stores.. the young receptionist boy, super friendly, attentive, he finds solutions to our problems. very good work thank you very much to him. he deserves a raise for his seriousness and his commitment to work. unfortunately we did not remember his first name but we hope you see who we are talking about. very good stay thank you to the rest of the team, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast. Thanks see you soon.

the female receptionist is not at all pleasant, not welcoming

I liked how first the shelf was so not straight you put any on it fell and broke the ground. Also air condition unit was singing and ticking all night making it like I was at bongo bingo. Also the show er came with alot more than normal. The mould was wonderful to look with the shower bracket falling off and smashing me in the face. The fan in toilet was also like being at a house with cats screaming. I really enjoyed all of this tbh as it was funny. Thanks for my stay.

I liked everything

Location is perfect between main street and main party area but not too loud for sleeping. Our room was 1-bedroom flat with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and 2 balcony. The room, swimming pool and whole hotel was very clean. It has also a small library in the lobby. The personal was very kind and helpful with the head manager Ahmed who speaks many languages. Next time in Ayia Napa we will definitely try to stay here again.

The staff is receptive. Aman at the front desk was really attentive and helpful when needed. The location is amazing if you're in the ground floor facing the road to the beach. It's really happening if you're in Ayia Napa for wild fun.

Hot 🔥 water, 4 balconies, clean apartment, relatively good price, good location.

Noisy at night because of the clubs and discos around. Many colourful persons play football or sleep at the sunbeds. I expected to see European people there not dark colour persons. Not many plates in the kitchen.

The breakfasts were good, the bedding was clean and fresh. Awesome location and first floor - entrance was right from the balcony. Good fridge and bathroom had some soap and shampoos. Air conditioner worked good.

Lamps near the bed weren't working, bathroom probably needs cosmetic refurbishment, the door could be only locked, you couldn't leave it unlocked but closed. The guy from staff who led us to the room asked for tips :D. Ok, I gave him some money, but... it shouldn't work like this. I'm generous, but I prefer to leave tips on the bed after I leave property. Under the bed there was much dust.

Hotel is near to beaches and city center. Cca 10 minutes away from Bus stop to the airport. Everything is very near. We had 2 rooms with 4 balcons and it was very big accomodation. Swimming pool was fine in the center of the hotel.

In the kitchen was almost no equipment. No spoons, cutlery, plates or mugs.

Central location, very friendly staff, room size was perfect, beautiful pool, clean rooms, shampoo and soap available, AC free of charge, Internet available, private terrace and access to the room, easy check out. I visit Ayia Napa since 2013 and tried many hotels and apartments, I think Sea CleoNapa is my new favourite and will definitely book again at this place

Shower wasn't working well Not related to the hotel: The neighbourhood decided to play a soccer game from 4 till 7 AM and they made so much noise

We really liked staying in this hotel. Staff was very kind, caring and polite. We liked the pool and the bar, especially the cocktail prices) Overall it was a good experience.

The shower cabin was not in a 100% condition, but nothing too scary, everything was working, just a small dots of mold. Also, music was a bit too loud, but we don't have kids yet, so it wasn't a big problem. For the couples with children it can be an inconvinience, though.
