Great accommodation in a quiet part of Ayia Napa, yet very close to the city center! We arrived early in the morning and, since we notified them the day before, we were able to check in right away. The staff was extremely friendly and provided all the information we needed. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. On our last day, we had an early flight and couldn’t make it to breakfast, but the hotel kindly prepared a light breakfast for us in the room. Highly recommended!

The only downside was that breakfast was the same every day, so it became a bit repetitive after a few mornings. A bit more variety throughout the week would have made the experience even better.

A great hotel with friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained property. The breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a wide variety of options including bread, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, bacon, sausages, and omelets. Surprisingly, there were even chicken nuggets and spring rolls. There was a good selection of drinks, including filter coffee and homemade lemonade. The large, free parking area was a big plus. The swimming pool was spacious and clean, surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. Right next to it was a convenient pool bar. Our hotel room offered excellent value for money. It was quiet with thick walls — we didn’t hear any noise from the outside or neighboring rooms. The room also came with a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The nightlife street and the beach were just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Everything was great overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, and we had to press a button about 15 minutes in advance to heat the water before use. Also, instead of two separate single beds, it would have been nicer to have one double bed. However again great value for money. 👍🏼

25 min to Nissi Beach ⛱️ the sweeming pool was great for our 8 years old kid. Excellent location close to Nissi Avenue and all the restaurants 5 min walk. Absolutely great breakfast every day for our 7 days stay. Great value for our deluxe apartment and definitely we look forward to be back.

Bit noisy in the late evenings because of the ATVs and motorcycles passing by near the street and as well behind the building there are some excavations going on every day early in the morning.

I think 10 it’s not enough for this property. We’ve liked everything, your don’t rent a room - you rent a 1 bedroom flat with living and kitchen. It is very clean, air conditioning in each room, near to the beautiful pool with very big and own terrace outside, the breakfast amazing with espresso coffee machine. With 20 minutes (5min with car) walking distance from centre of Ayia Napa. At the end our flight was at 20:00 and they left us stay until 17:00 and we’ve won another day at the beach. We will come again here and we will recomand to everybody to come here. Beautiful!!!

The stay was just excellent, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast with local food inluded, coffee from the coffee machine, homemade lemonade. Walking distance to the city centre, to Nissi beach we used a car to get there with kids, but it's possible to walk. We liked the spacious size of the apartment and shops location. Big thanks for the breakfast packages we got as the flight was very early. Nicely packed and all we needed. Nissi beach is such a beautiful place that we would come back. Highly recommend.

I wasn't cooking in the apartment except of making greek pita for kids for the beach. A kitchen cloth would be good to have and a veggie peeler.

The room was well equipped, big, spacious and very clean. The staff was so nice and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast was very tasty with a good amount of selections. The restaurant has good and tasty food with generous portions. 1 minute from the hotel there are a few restaurants, bars and a small supermarket, very convenient. We and our kids had a great time there, thank you very much!

The location isn't the best and since it was so hot, going to the beach for 15-20 minutes is a nightmare. But we just used cabs to go around places so it wasn't a big deal for us. All in all i would have come here again

Perfect location, close to the beach and the city center, with many nice restaurants around. The entire complex has a beautiful garden with exotic plants and is very well cleaned and maintained. The staff is friendly, always greets you with a smile, good breakfast selection and very tasty, especially fresh fruit. The standard apartment is really spacious and has a large balcony from which you can admire the beautiful sunset. The kitchen has all the necessary things, however the furniture is old fashioned, but most importantly it was very clean and the pool is big enough.

The bathroom is a bit small and we noticed a few cockroaches, but at the same time it is normal , Cyprus has a different weather climate, so it doesn't matter. We still enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place .
